im a well versed mechanic/ tuner but i was just curious to see what they charge to brake loose and replace 6 bolts going from my exhaust manifold to cats. They pulled the whole autozone what year make and model gimmick for washer fluid on me, a real mechanic would be able to look at the vehicle and give you a FAIR price, so they wanted to charge me $250 to remove those bolts for no more than 30mins of work. I had the worst experience ever i called them last week on 8/16 at 1130am to ask if they're available for 1230 for a simple job (resonator delete) and they said to come whenever they're available all day I showed up at 1225pm and they told me they're on lunch and i have to come back at 1 so i did they but sure enough when i went back they said they need another hour long story short they ended up taking me in after i got mad and told them that I'm not local and had to drive 45 mins to them. They finished the job and they wanted $120 I refused to pay that much since they lagged on me for almost 2 hours i paid a $100 after an argument with the owner And his worker said " it's $130 with the tip" Never going back there again since i sent them a lot of customers and took both of my cars there previously i dont not recommend this place at all on top if everything welds are trash and the cut through my shield read more

Don't waste your money at this place. All I needed was a simple exhaust flange and they couldn't even get that right and caused my carbon fiber driveshaft to get destroyed. When I tried to get the owner to help me with the cost of the driveshaft and he didn't want to own up to the mistakes, made excuses, lied and tried to say it was my fault. I contacted several muffler shops in Riverside and Moreno Valley. They all quoted me between $350-$450 to install my JBA headers on my 1996 Chevy Tahoe. I contacted Jose, the proprietor of Espinoza's Muffler Shop, and his price over the phone was half of what I had previously been quoted by other companies. Jose is very professional, honest, and an all around good guy. He even had to do extra work and modifications, including a fixing a broken stud bolt, and he did not charge me for additional labor. First of all I would like to say Jose is one of the last honest mechanics remaining.I brought my land cruiser in for an exhaust leak and he diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. After receiving a fair quote he promised the car back in 1 day. The car ended up needing addition repair work for a cracked component he did not find prior to exhaust manifold being removed. Called on Saturday and got a quote on getting headers and a catback installed, asked if they could fit me in that day but they were backed up and said if I came early on Monday and dropped it off they could do it that day. Showed up at 8 (when they open) on Monday and was told they would probably have to keep it overnight. I told the guy what I was told on the phone and that I would need my truck for work on Tuesday, still told me he'd probably need it overnight because he was backed up (wasn't working on anything when I was there). I told him thanks and I'd take my money elsewhere, to which he had no reply and simply walked away. I guess they're doing well enough to turn away paying customers. I took my car for catalytic I had to wait a will cause they only have one rack they can only work on one car at a time. After I took my car to get smog and it wouldn't pass. I had it check by mechanic the reason was because they left hole in the welding. I will not recommend this place to nobody. read more
