The edges were crispy - not sure if that's intentional - I prefer my cinnamon rolls soft & pillowy. 3) The service is hit-or-miss and their overall workflow needs some adjusting. After most orders the cashier would walk away and tell the next person in line they'll be with them in just a few minutes, even if it wasn't that busy. When I got my Italian soda, I didn't get my cookie - I was told they were still working on it (it was in the display case) - yet my friend who ordered after me got her soda and cookie at the same time. I had to go up again to ask for it. 4) They're inconsistent with their use of disposable vs reusable packaging. My latte was in a to-go cup despite dining in and plenty of reusable mugs hanging there. Cinnamon roll came on a plate. Italian soda was a to-go cup. Cookie was in a to-go bag.
