Such a cute new place to open up near my house! There is a good amount of parking on the side of the building, they have outdoor seating which gets lots of nice sunlight, and the place is clean and cute inside. It's called Mountain milk because that's what they use, they gave us a sample first, it almost tastes like the milk left in your cereal after a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. It's a bit sweet the way a coffee creamer from the store might be but so delicious. I ended up trying their 14er, which is essentially a latte made with this mountain milk. So yummy and satisfying. They had free, unlimited Wi-Fi, different types of seating options (bar/tables) and the staff was really friendly. Definitely will come back and try their croissant next time read more

Walked over from our hotel while on a trip this past weekend. Exciting to find out they just opened. Glad we had this option instead of Dutch bros. They were immediately happy to see us and offered us the samples of mountain milk. It was so delish, had a feeling of being outside on a cool day. Idk how to explain it but if you get it, you get it. I opted for the pumpkin mountain, and it tasted like pumpkin pie with a fresh approach. My family ordered the fourteener and salted caramel as well. All in all, a really fun stop for coffee on our trip. It was so different from what I've had before. When I come back, and I will, I hope they're still kicking. read more

My husband and I love Mountain Milk Coffee. We usually stop in every weekend for lattes to go. The pumpkin biscotti latte is the best pumpkin version coffee latte drink I've ever had, and I have tried A LOT. The space itself is beautiful and modern. Would be a really nice spot to get some work done, or just meet a friend for coffee. Always wonderful service every time we have gone here. They have food options as well, but I haven't tried yet. Great place for coffee in downtown Golden. I had a cappuccino and my wife had a hot chai tea latte. Both were excellent.

The coffee is absolutely delicious and the sitting area is clean and cozy. I went because of the excellent ratings and was not disappointed. Our barista was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back next time in the area. read more

Oh my goodness. This was an epic yelp find on our quick trip to CO last month. I usually order a cold brew with a tiny bit of sweetener and I was curious about the mountain milk...so the barista gave my son and I a taster and I was hooked! And I made a friend in line who serendipitously ordered the same drink and said, "oh wow , you are ordering like a local" which to me was a lovely compliment...although I'm usually a confident coffee connesuier , it was nice to have some friendly advice and I also thought the cold brew was delicious...I guess that's important too lol So my order was a cold brew with their signature mountain milk cold foam and my son had a mountain milk steamer. 10 out of 10! read more

Stopped in for a matcha when I was in the area. The "mountain milk" is a blend of special milk they add to your coffee drink. I wanted the basics, which is an option. But, the matcha is very sweet with no unsweetened option. The barista did let me try it beforehand, which I appreciated, so my dislike of the matcha is on me for going with it anyway. Listen, I live in Portland, and I'm kind of a D-word about coffee. Colorado is cool and all, but it's not Portland cool when it comes to coffee. So, I'm honestly a little POed that Mountain Milk Coffee just shattered my fragile reality with a badass double shot of espresso that was absolute life blood. Smooth, creméy, and exactly what I needed. Now I'm questioning Portland's coffee supremacy because Mountain Milk Coffee topped some of my favorite spots. And to make matters worse, barista James was Portland cool--he even recognized my knuckle tattoos as a Kurt Vonnegut quote. Now I like Colorado more, which means I'll have to visit my family more. Super friendly staff willing to answer any questions you have! I had the Fourteener which had their special flavored Mountain Milk. I got a "snow cap" on top which is essentially cold foam but super sweet and fluffy. The coffee was a bit pricey but WOW it tasted amazing!!
