My favorite local coffee shop. The cold foam on all her coffees are is perfection every time, I love the menu has seasonal or different items and she's not afraid of experiment with flavors. She also hosts vendors and artist on some days that really elevates the mood and vibe of the coffee shop. The ambience is always perfection. The coffee shop is always immaculate clean and has lots of seating area to enjoy the coffee. 10/10 recommend because it's not just the vibes but the coffees matches and anything you get here is delicious and full of flavor. Was visiting from Phoenix for the weekend and looking for a local coffee shop to try. Found Espressoul Cafe on Yelp and was immediately intrigued by the baklava latte. Looked them up on IG, tracked down their location, and booked it! The owner was making the drinks and a very kind and patient gentleman was taking orders. They use non-dairy oat based "milk" in their drinks and to make the foam. It was amazing. We tried the baklava half sweet and it was plenty sweet for me! We also tried the honey lavender half sweet and the flavor was more subtle than I prefer. Only suggestions for future might be that the floral decor over the front was a little low (the person I was with had to duck down) and the floral curtain at the window made it hard to speak to the person behind the window and it would be helpful to have ingredients listed more clearly on the signage :) loved the drink and love that the owner said that made her heart happy. Since I had been following them, I saw other happy customers raving about their Baklava latte and peanut butter latte - both are AMAZING!! The drinks and food are prepared and served from a food truck. The owner scratch makes her own caramel and chocolate syrups. I ordered the peanut butter, Nutella, espresso smoothie. She only did one shot so I wouldn't be up too late. We also got the spiced, vegan brownie. It was delicious and almost had a pumpkin taste. That might have come from the cinnamon, nutmeg and various spices. It was just the right amount of mildly sweet with some marshmallow in between. Normally the truck would be inside the nursery, but there was a monthly market today so they were parked on the front lot. I was greeted by the friendly owner and she gave me a drink recommendation since that was my first time. She made me a honey latte which was delish!! I enjoyed the latte as I walked through the nursery. I plan on coming back for another latte and just hang out enjoying the and views and listen to the water features throughout the nursery. Really liking the custom made hot latte. I asked for the coconutella not too sweet. It came in a fancy cup. And it's just the perfect sweetness where I can taste both coconut and Nutella. I ordered hot and it's not like lava hot. I was able to taste it right away when my drink was handed over and say it's the perfect sweetness. Often coffee places are kind of robotic and add gobs of syrup no matter what you order. Espressoul had a friendly man who gave me a guided tour of the menu and offered to customize the sweetness for me. They also put more espresso in the larger latte drinks not just more milk. I really like that. This coffee truck is parked at Rozet nursery and the parking was good even though they're having a little craft fair today. There are some hidden tables the front of the nursery in a little garden. It's very nice here. It's the same price as drive-thru coffee but there is seating! read more

Usually, whenever I order a latte, I go to the sugars and milks to make it perfect. And yet, with everyone of her hand-crafted drinks, I've been wholly satisfied on the first sip. She is a wonderful barista, and truly invested in making sure her customers are satisfied. She'd bend over backwards to make sure whatever you order it is to your liking. The ultimate customer-service professional. The drinks are all made with plant-milk - instead of having to pay $1 surcharge for almond or oat milk at your corporate store, the prices are great AND naturally dairy-free. Plus there are often excellent, homemade vegan sweets. I had a S'Mores inspired blondie that tasted so buttery and with a perfect blend of spices - I couldn't believe it was dairy-free! Every drink I've ever had has been sooo amazing and big bonus is that they're vegan, so if you're lactose intolerant and/or vegan you can have a coffee that is still really good.
