Before moving forward with my…read morecase, I made it very clear that I did not have the financial means to cover medical bills out of pocket. I repeatedly asked whether my case was strong enough to pursue, and I was consistently reassured that it was. Based on that reassurance, I agreed to move forward. However, the outcome did not reflect the confidence that was initially communicated, and I was ultimately left in a difficult financial position. One of my biggest concerns was the lack of direct communication. Despite requesting to speak with the attorney handling my case, I never had the opportunity to do so. Instead, I was assigned a case manager who, in my experience, did not seem fully informed about the details or progress of my case. Overall, I feel that my expectations were not properly managed, and I wish there had been more transparency about the risks involved. I would encourage others to make sure they have direct access to their attorney and a clear understanding of potential outcomes before proceeding. I need to correct several points in your response because that was not my experience. At no point did I have a direct conversation with you where any of this was clearly explained. In fact, despite multiple requests to speak with the attorney handling my case, I was never given that opportunity. All communication was handled through a case manager, who, from my understanding, had very limited experience at the time and was not able to adequately answer my questions or explain the situation in detail. Before moving forward, I repeatedly asked whether this was a case worth pursuing, specifically because I could not afford to take on medical expenses without a reasonable expectation of recovery. I relied on the reassurance provided by your office. If this case was truly as limited as you are now stating, that should have been clearly and directly communicated to me by the attorney not relayed indirectly or left unclear. Instead, my case was taken on, I proceeded with treatment, and then the case was dropped shortly after, leaving me in a difficult financial position. To make matters worse, I was not even properly notified that my case had been dropped. For something this serious, that level of communication is unacceptable. That financial impact may not seem significant from your perspective, but for an everyday person, it absolutely is. This is exactly why I asked those questions upfront. This experience reflects a lack of direct communication and transparency, which is the main issue I raised in my original review.

David Dijulio and Arminé Barsegyan are unprofessional and unethical. Consider seriously whether you…read moreshould hire this law firm. On January 19, 2022 I had a $250 consultation meeting with Arminé Barsegyan to inquire on how to evict a current tenant of ours who has been harassing, terrorizing, and threatening our other tenants in our rental property. I explained to her that we did not know what we were doing and needed help because our tenant is disturbing the peace and safety of our home and adversely affecting our other tenants who live there During the meeting I went over our issues with our tenant. I also asked multiple times if Ms. Barsegyan was sure she can evict our tenant during the eviction moratorium. Ms. Barsegyan told us with all the evidence I presented that we have a good case to evict our tenant. On February 2, 2022, The Dijulio law group sent us a $1500 retainer agreement for their help to evict our tenant. I thought I'd get the help she promised in the consultation meeting, but once I paid the $1500 it was impossible to get any thing done and get in touch with Ms. Barsegyan. On February 10, 2022 Ms. Barsegyan finally sent me a 24 our notice of periodic property inspection and instructions to post on my tenants room door. On February 11, 2022. I attempted to perform the property inspection, however our tenant outright refused. I then called Ms. Barsegyan, and she told me she couldn't evict for denial of entry, and there was nothing to do. Later that day my father called Ms. Barsegyan and she explained to my dad that she couldn't do much and that we had to file and Restraining Order to try to get our tenant out. When my dad asked for help with the restraining order she then told my dad they would CHARGE ANOTHER RETAINER for them to help us with the restraining order. My dad not pleased with that asked to speak with Mr. Dijulio, and She told my dad that Mr. Dijulio was going to call him the following Monday (2/14/22). On February 17, 2020, after multiple attempts of trying to reach the Dijulio law firm, Mr.Dijulio finally called my father and told my dad that they were not able to evict our tenant. We terminated the retainer after that conversation, and asked for a refund because they didn't do anything to help us, however, Mr. Dijulio refused saying they used all of the $1500. On March 3, Mr. Dijulio sent me a threatening email. He claimed that we tried to evict our tenant for being black -- which he knew was a lie, as we were evicting our tenant for physically threatening others in the house. Mr DiJulio then threatened to take us to court for an online review my dad posted about his firm. He actually threatened us with a Black Lives Matter Protest at our front door, which is ridiculous because I am minority too and our other tenants are also African American. This is VERY offensive. Not only did he lie about my motives -- he outright threatened me David Dijulio and Arminé Barsegyan are unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest, but what do you expect from attorneys that graduated from a bottom tier unranked law school? Would you want a lawyer who screws his own clients?

Attached below is the email sent by Dijulio. Dijulio, for your information I am telling the truth, "that is not libel". I can't believe that you will take advantage of people like me. Instead of helping us, you took our money and then try to scare us so that we will not tell the truth about your Law Office. Arminé Barsegyan, the lawyer in your office told us that she can help us evict our tenant. Armine said that she will email us a notice to put on the tenant's door. The notice was supposedly to inspect the tenant's room. When the tenant refused to open her room for inspection, we called Armine and asked her what to do next. She told me to file a TRO against the tenant so that I don't have to pay. Then she refused to answer my calls and never call us back again. Instead, Dijulio himself called me and said that because of covid they can not help me. Now you tell me who is telling the truth. We will file a formal complaint to the State Bar of California about you. Shame on you. Below is Dijulio's email: He is now making up a story about person of color etc. He also mentioned about relocation fee. Armina nor Dijulio never discussed any relocation fee with us. We paid $250 for consultation fee with Armine then we paid $1500 retainer fee. Once we gave them the money, then they told us that because of covid they can not do anything to help us.

Everything about my experience with Greg Ajalat was awesome!! To begin with he told me he wanted to do some research before agreeing to take my case, because it was a complicated one. I could tell he wasn't just going to take my money no matter what, and really wanted to be sure it made sense to move forward with my claim. At every step Mr. Ajalat kept me informed about what he was doing, how long it would take, and what possibilities we could expect. When there were several options, he talked me through them and didn't pressure me at all to choose one or the other, just explained them to me and let me choose. There were no unexpected expenses. Even though my case was complicated and it was hard to predict how much the settlement would be, Mr. Ajalat gave me an estimate, and was able to get me an amount at the top of that range! The whole time I felt like I was talking to a real human being, who cared about my situation, thought carefully about things before making decisions, and genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with his firm. Mr. Ajalat was respectful and kind and made what could have been a very stressful situation much better. If you have a case of this type I recommend this firm so highly!
