At first my husband and I were concerned and second thinking the sale because we've never done anything like this so it was a bit scary at first. However after researching the company and reviewing other google reviews, and a FaceTime with our sales rep's boss, things checked out and we felt more comfortable and confident. DuPont Registry Exchange offered us the BEST price for our vehicle and we also had it listed on a few other sites with no luck. Even our local dealers could not touch our asking price so we were glad to have sold it to the right people. Everyone that communicated with us did so clearly and effectively, making the sale process and pick up smoothly. They sent out a car carrier to our home address making it an easy transaction. We are so happy with everything that we will most definitely sell and buy from them in the near future. This is the best way to buy and sell! Thank you thank you all for a great experience.

You provided the best price for my vehicle and delivered your promise that I would be extremely satisfied in dealing with you.

Using Car Gurus (I live in Denver, CO), I found my car at Next Ride Auto Sales. A bit worried I don't have any friendlies near Nashville that could stop by and "put eyes on it", I called and spoke to Eddie and from that moment on I couldn't have been happier with my decision to buy the car. Every detail he told me about the car was correct, up to the minor scrapes on the inside of the front passenger wheel well which for me weren't even worth knowing about. Eddie was always available to me, answering every question I asked him and even picked me up at the airport when I flew in to buy the car. Lots of people who sell cars out there, but the ones you can trust implicitly and with 100% confidence are few and far between. Even on my ride home when it started to rain and I noticed an issue with the wiper blades (and was planning to address it myself), I get a call from Eddie checking in on my progress with my drive across country, and before I could say a word he told me he remembered he didn't get to the wiper blades, it was his bad and told me to stop anywhere and get it addressed and he would PayPal me the money. If you need a car, get it from Eddie. These guys are the absolute best!

The car had been represented as pristine. It wasn't. I could stop there, but let's not…read more I had believed that the price was fair for this car UNTIL (see the photo) the list of repairs needed was sent to me. Asking questions, especially on vintage cars is the only thing one can do remotely. Remember, 6-hour drive to get there. Those pesky questions revealed a car in piss-poor-shape, not pristine. I had made plans to visit and look over the car. No promises were made to purchase, but based on the information I knew at the time, it looked right to buy. So, I reserved a trailer close to the shop in the event I'd buy the car and I'd have it ready to move the car. Funds were made ready, so as not to delay the purchase. That's called consideration. The hotel was reserved because in either event I buy or walk away, I needed to stay the night. The "rug being pulled" was the sudden pulling the car off market. It'd been there available months, listed on eBay and now it's off market. Why? To get the list if repairs done. That's great, who can complain about that unless one had an appointment scheduled to see the car. Which I did. Oh, and you had months to get the car in the shop to repair. Be proactive and not reactive. I don't know what world these people live in, but when a business is "by appointment only" they should either not confirm the appointment if the car is not ready to show or honor the time they have set. I don't know how anyone else feels, but reserving a trailer, filling out all the info, supplying the ID requirements, speaking to the rental place on the phone is time consuming and not time well spent. Making a hotel reservation and planning the route (I-40 was closed at the TN border) also takes time. The transfer of banks funds to be prepared. Then to cancel after all that effort. Yeah, Jeff pissed me off. The lack of consideration for anyone other than himself is appalling. If answers take time, then you get back to the customer and simply state, "we are STILL working on it", verses crickets. How the hell do I know you're actually doing something when it's been days since you've said you'd get back to me. Overall, I was very patient. Even Jeff thanked me for being patient as he had duties to perform at his church. Well, there comes a time when being patient ends. Call me old fashioned or vintage, because I believe in great service, having consideration for others and honesty make a sale. All I need to do is show up and make a decision. The rest is on the seller to make the sale. This business failed on at least two of these beliefs, consistently.

Defective Van; Refused to Honor Warranty…read more I purchased a 2015 Dodge ProMaster from Wholesale Inc for ~$31,116.76 on March 30, 2019. I was given a 30 day warranty on the van. The van was defective. While traveling for 60 minutes on the interstate, the van lost power and had a max of 30mph. Multiple check engine lights appeared on the dashboard. On April 22, 2019 at 10:06am, I texted Breanne Carver of Wholesale Inc that the van was defective. Her response was to make a claim on the Wholesale INC 30 day warranty, but they do not fix anything on site. She advised me to take the van into the Dodge Dealership to start the warranty process. I did. The van has been in the shop since April 22 (103 days and counting). On June 18 at 3:37pm, I texted Breanne Carver to make a claim on the warranty. She did not respond. On June 18 at 4:31pm, I texted Jamie Sniderhan to make a claim on the warranty. He denied my claim. I reminded him that I started the claim with Wholesale Inc within the 30 day warranty. He has not responded. I want them to honor their warranty and correct the damages that they have inflicted. I want to be made whole as if we never did business together; specifically, remove 5 hard inquiries from my Equifax credit score. Buyback the van from me, paying off the loan to the bank that financed it. Reimburse me the interest and payments made on the van.

Vehicle: 2008 Lexus LS 460 L 4dr Sedan Prior to purchasing the vehicle the car fax was provided to me and I asked validating questions about vehicle directly to Jamie. Upon receiving the car it was immediately noted by me that vehicle displayed the following issues: all 4 vehicle rims were not what were advertised on Car Guru's listing and not what was agreed upon. Rear tires were bald and had zero tread on them on. Vehicle was leaking oil on my driveway. I called Jamie the next business day to state concerns and was directed by him to take vehicle to a repair shop to have it completely inspected. Repair shop provided list of all safety issues that would need to be addressed asap: Horn not working, torn windshield wipers, front sway bar bushings needed, front/rear air shocks needed, 4 tires needed (rear bald - front has balding on edges), transmission slipping, front rear facing ball joints torn, oil filter housing cracked causing oil leak, engine timing cover leaking oil. Needs new tires and alignment. After sharing these issues with Jamie his response was that any labor needed on the vehicle was my responsibility and that "Midas could not be trusted and their business model is to scare and overcharge". He suggested I shop around for the repairs. The issues must all be addressed in order for vehicle to pass PA state inspection - which I informed Jamie would be needed upon my receiving the car. Jamie knowingly sent me an UNSAFE vehicle and NEVER disclosed any of these SAFETY issues. I did not agree to purchase a vehicle in this condition. As of 6/11/24 the vehicle is completely inoperable and has been issued a preliminary diagnosis of a failed fuel pressure sensor. I am making monthly payments ($346/mo.) and the car is not safe and not operable.

As for our trade in, they never paid it off even after three months due to some ignorant mistakes on their part, again only being resolved after I called over and over pressuring them to get this done. Every answer I got felt like a lie or excuse and suddenly was resolved by the end of the business day when I dropped the friendly and forgiving demeanor. My credit score went down due to having two active car loans and my reimbursement from my previous lender for the difference in the current payoff and payoff check will not include THREE WHOLE MONTHS of accrued interest. I had to jump through hoops not to be fined by the state for not insuring a car I didn't have and I had to call and hold their hands through every step of this trade in. I drove an hour and a half to one on my only day off in two weeks, who had run my credit and knew exactly what I wanted. I came to buy a car unseen. It was scheduled to arrive the first week of Sept. But the salesperson never gave me numbers (payment & interest rate) and tried to put me in a vehicle they already had. Considering my time crunch, it wasn't a good idea. He kept saying "it takes 3 hours to buy a car". This process felt more like a break up from an abusive person than buying a new car. So I left without purchasing anything. Two days later Wilson county motors called to say they just got the car I wanted in. (I was on their list). I explained my troubles before and asked if they could accommodate a busy person. Absolutely! They ran my credit, prepared my car, took a down payment on the phone and made me an appt for two days later to finish up. They had me in and out in less than an hour! I think all car buying should be this easy. Some times we just need people to listen. I should also add that the other two dealerships had marked the car up $8000-$10,000 more than Wilson county motors. We will be back and refer all of our friends! Everyone was wonderful ! However, the water pump started leaking, and I took it back to Cartime to have it replaced- that's when the problems really started. I went through a colossal ping-pong game with them to get the water pump replaced, and it still never happened. The owner claimed he was ordering the part and lied about it- first he said he was buying it online, then he said he was getting it at a local parts store. Nearly two weeks elapsed before he even claimed to have the part-and I still don't know if he was telling the truth. I insisted on paying him for the work that had been done on it in diagnosing the water pump problem. The owner said it would be $150 and he only took cash- a huge red flag. When I asked for a receipt after paying that amount, he said he would text it to me on my phone. That never happened. The hours they post were not accurate; they would close early and were frequently unavailable for me to check on the status of my truck. When I'd call their number, it would just ring- no voicemail, no return calls. Nothing. All in all, they held my truck for nearly a month and never did anything to it. There was always an excuse- their mechanic didn't show up to work, their garage didn't have adequate heating, always something. Then, the owner has the gall to post a rebuttal on social media saying he didn't charge me for the time my vehicle was on his lot- even though it was there due to his own incompetence. And he also made it out as if he were doing me a favor by not charging me for the antifreeze that was put in my vehicle- even though I paid him $150. Their ethical conduct andcustomer service is beyond horrible-PLEASE pick any auto mechanic shop other than this one if you're in the Lebanon area.
