Busy dad and hardly have time to review. But this one, I felt compelled to. I took my 2021 sprinter van to Jose at essence auto detailing for a ceramic coating. My van looked brand new when I picked it up! He had some lights next to the van, and I swear the reflection from the van is just as bright as the lights themselves. This is probably more of a testament to the material he used, silver package with 5 year warranty, but nonetheless it takes a master to apply it so beautifully. I was truly amazed. You can see the resulting pictures attached. Jose is very pleasant and easy to work with. Very responsive and easy to reach via text. He is very accommodating and had gone far above and beyond to satisfy his most discerning customers like me! When I picked up my car, I noticed a scratch that was probably there before I brought it in. I pointed it out and Jose went to his toolbox and brought out a polisher and immediately took care of it. I also noticed the mirror housing and other plastic pieces looked great. Jose had applied some material similar to armor all. He even used clay in some area due to contamination. It shows that he takes pride in his work and would not settle for less than perfection! None of the extras were expected but I greatly appreciate it as it completes the whole package. Most importantly, the price is reasonable. I've called around and decided to go with Essence auto detailing for the raving reviews he had on Yelp. I can honestly say I am a believer too. We just picked up our Porsche Cayman after getting full-body PPF (Ceramic Pro brand) and ceramic coating on the wheels, brake calipers, and glass. It looks fantastic!! We waited several months to get the car, and José was great about staying in contact with us and allowing us to drop the car off as soon as we picked it up from the dealer. We'll go back in 10 days for a PPF inspection at José's insistence (indicating he really stands behind his work), but so far, I couldn't be happier. No bubbles, and because it's done custom (not via a machine), the lines of the PPF are neatly tucked away, making the car look very clean. Also, this place was much cheaper than the dealership.
