I went in for a full detail, paint correction, and Protekto KT-1 ceramic coating on the entire exterior, wheels, and brake calipers. Black paint is notoriously hard to maintain, but they made mine look like it just rolled out of a showroom. Actually, better than that. The depth in the paint is unreal, and the gloss is on another level. Every angle shows a mirror-like finish that turns heads. I asked to make all my windows 20% and instead of trying to figure out what percentage was needed to turn my factory dyed windows to be 20%, they just put 20% on top of them which turned it all 5%. When I asked to redo my rear windshield since it was hard to see, even during day, Alejandro was mostly non responsive but still redid it. I'm not sure why he was annoyed when I did not ask for my windows to be that dark in the first place. The tint install was good though, no flaws in the film. I will point out that they seemed to use Xpel film but I was not given a warranty card and the shop is not listed as an installer on the xpel website so who knows. I also had ppf done on the front of my vehicle. It appears to be some off brand ppf named Protek which has no hydrophobic properties and is really easy to water spot. Besides that, install was pretty average in some areas but mostly good. In terms of pricing, they seem to be all over the place and subjective to the amount of work they have at the shop during the time. I referred 2 friends to this shop who got better deals than me. 1 asked for another quote for another vehicle and the price he was quoted for the same work was much more. I also asked for another quote, for a different vehicle, same type of work and was given a "returning customer" price that was $800 more what I paid on my other vehicle. This shop also accepts a cash price discount, which I'm sure is some kind of tax scheme, otherwise they wouldn't offer it. I would shop around for better prices. read more

This is a vendor selected by a car dealership; be aware of who dealerships they use. -Had the PPF redone 3X due to install issues by Deep Reflections to be again redone by another vendor. -Ceramic coating had blotches which they sanded lightly to try to remove unsuccessfully. Another vedor was able to buff out blotches with any degradation to paint where sanding will thin paint. read more

This is from my experience last year when I purchased a brand new 2021 Tesla Model 3 and was looking for a local shop for full front PPF, ceramic coating, and window tint. After contacting many different places for a quote, I felt Wheel Xpertz (Deep Reflections) had a good amount of reviews with reasonable pricing that can handle the job. I assumed it shouldn't be too difficult since they work on many teslas and high end cars daily. Alejandro, the owner, checked out the car and said he can take care of the job and finish within 5 days. When I came to pick up the car, I noticed they were still working on the front clear bra and did not complete the other high impact areas as requested. He told me to come back in 2-3 weeks so they can finish up. From contacting other shops, it usually takes 3-5 business days to finish all the work I wanted so I was unsure why the job wasn't completed and have to keep driving the car without the complete "protection" before getting the car back on the road. As I looked over the car, I noticed dry dirty water residue left on my door panels from when they installed the window tint. This should've been an easy wipe and clean but was somehow missed. This was kind of a red flag since if you miss a small detail like this, it's more than likely other areas will have issues. (Attention to detail). All the tinted windows also had some imperfections in them such as dust, creases, or blurry spots. While checking other parts of the car, I noticed a blade cut on the side of my door panel that was not there when the car was dropped off. The car was looked over meticulously since Tesla is known to have issues upon delivery and requires being reported within a few days. Thats not all of it either...the clear bra on the hood had a spec of bird dropping that was wrapped under it. How can this happen? Whoever was working on the car must've been rushing and did not do the proper prep or visual check. Unfortunately this was not a good experience for my one week old car. When I brought up these problems to Alejandro, he was more than willing to fix the tints/hood clear bra and was going to need another 5 days to redo the work then apply the ceramic coating. This equals to a total of 10 days without my car and he offered me a loaner car this time around. He's a good business owner since he accepted responsibility for the problems and also lost time/money on this- hoping this was just an off-experience. Hands down best car detailer in the bayarea that I have worked with. I have bought 4 different cars here. C63, boxster spyder, 911 gt3 and a Range Rover. I trust them with my cars because they are very detail oriented and understand how to detail nice cars with care. Had my new car partially wrapped and ceramic coated back in 2019. This wasn't cheap but felt like a good "investment" to protect the paint and keep it looking new. With proper care, it did always look great. Then one day, two years later, I needed to park the car outside and I took a trip away for several days. The sprinkler was for some reason directed at the car rather than the grass and because of the angle of the driveway, water managed to build up and water spots developed under the hot sun. By the time I got back, the car was a mess. Gave Alex a call, and he said to bring it in and he'll take care of it. I quickly went back to add more film to my car for more protection. I had my rear fender keyed and I went back for a replacement as well. Comes out good always.
