I initially went to the silverdale location because it was closer to me but the parking lot was packed, so I left and trekked the 1+ hour here. I was grateful to be seated right away. I was in need of coffee and had 2.5 cups. They were great with refilling it as soon as they saw it getting low. I of course ordered my first Eggs Benedict since I stopped eating vegan and this did not disappoint. It was just as delicious as the first time I ate it a few years ago. I definitely recommend it. Potato pancakes are so good, you can taste the butter that they fry it with. I got the sour cream and applesauce on the side. Can't wait to go back again.

It was sweet and buttery so I didn't even need to add syrup or butter to my French toast!
