She did a great job explaining the process and made me feel comfortable right from the start. That said, my experience didn't quite match what I expected. Based on what I had seen online, I thought the therapist would be more hands-on and present throughout the session. Instead, this felt much more like a self-guided experience. As a first-timer, I found that part a bit challenging. I was asked to insert the equipment myself, and since I had never done anything like this before, I struggled and didn't get it right at first. Sigma did step in to help once she noticed, and she stayed briefly to make sure things were working properly, which I appreciated. After that, I was mostly on my own. I was told to massage my stomach and even given a massage gun, but I didn't really know what I was doing, so it felt a bit confusing and overwhelming for a first experience. Overall, if you're already familiar with colonics and comfortable with a more independent, self-service style, this place could work well for you. However, if it's your first time and you're looking for a more guided, hands-on experience, you may want to consider a different location.
