First, we got a couple of soju slushies and ordered the fried dumplings. I have never liked dumplings, but these were THE BOMB! They came with a sweet chili sauce that really made it taste great. Then, we enjoyed the Himalayan salt room. Some people were talking too much which was annoying, but I understand it's a spa and people come with their friends and family to unwind. We enjoyed a few more sauna rooms before heading downstairs. Downstairs, there were two pools and 3-4 hot tubs. We ordered delicious mojitos at the pool bar and enjoyed the rest of our time. I cannot wait to come back. A day pass was only $40 to enjoy all the amenities. Although the drinks and food were extra, I was so glad to be able to order food and drinks at a spa.

I've been coming to Spa Palace regularly with my sister and a friend because we enjoy relaxing in…read morethe "Females Only" jacuzzi. Unfortunately, our visit today was so disappointing that we decided to leave almost immediately. After showering, we went to the women's jacuzzi and realized it wasn't working. We let a staff member know, and all she said was that the button was broken, it was no longer in service, and that we should go to the front desk. There was no apology or effort to offer a solution. When we spoke with Levante at the front desk, he was understanding and professional, just as he always is. He greeted us kindly, listened to our concern, and let us know that since we had just arrived, we could receive a refund. We appreciated his customer service. While we went back to get changed so that we could leave, our experience took a turn for the worse. When we got back to the front, Jason, the janitor, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or speak respectfully, he said, "You've only been here 9 times, and there's nothing we can do for you." His comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy, not spoken to in that manner. The issue wasn't just that the jacuzzi was out of service-things break. The bigger problem was the lack of communication and the way we were treated afterward. If a major amenity is unavailable, customers should be informed before paying. And no employee, regardless of their position, should speak to guests disrespectfully. Thank you to Levante for being professional and helpful, but because of the poor handling of the situation and Jason's rude behavior, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses both the communication around out-of-service amenities and the way customers are treated. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE : First, of all 10 to 15 minutes after arriving, we approached the front desk to report the issue. A staff member named Levante explicitly informed us that we could receive a refund. Based entirely on that assurance, we immediately went to shower so we could leave. Our primary reason for visiting your facility is to use the women's jacuzzi; had we been told a refund was not possible, we would not have rushed to shower and exit. When we returned to the front desk, we waited several minutes for Jason. Rather than listening to our explanation, Jason approached us with a very poor, rude attitude. We spent another 20 minutes trying to resolve the matter with him.To be clear, I never initially demanded a full refund. I only expected one because your own staff member offered it to us. Given the misinformation and the poor service we experienced, I am simply asking for a $10 discount credit toward a future visit. I strongly encourage management to properly train staff on company policies and take accountability for the conflicting information provided by your team. It's frustrating to see so many companies automatically defend their employees instead of taking the time to genuinely investigate customer complaints. Too often, it feels like the focus is on avoiding negative reviews rather than determining what actually happened. The reality is that businesses and employees make mistakes. When multiple customers share similar negative experiences, it's difficult to believe that every one of them is inaccurate. Instead of dismissing complaints or becoming defensive, companies should take them seriously, investigate them fairly, and hold employees accountable when necessary. Owning mistakes and addressing them is what builds trust and credibility. Customers are much more likely to respect a business that acknowledges when something went wrong and takes meaningful steps to improve, rather than one that automatically shifts blame or dismisses legitimate concerns.

I used to come here all the time, in fact for at least half a decade ive been coming here semi…read moreregularly. I work in LA but live in the IE and my hours are weird so sometimes if i'm too tired to drive home i'll stop by to rest for a few hours. always loved the convenience, however my last visit will be the final one. i've brought so many friends here, i've definitely spent thousands of dollars here throughout the years. I wanted to bring my 2 coworkers here to celebrate one of the girl's birthday. the others never been here before & we never actually made it inside. The security and the management were extremely rude and there was a major altercation which resulted in us going to Spa Palace (that place is actually so much better!) My friends have never been here as i mentioned so when we entered into the parking lot she made a wrong turn and went the other way so that we didnt check in with security. we are thinking no big deal we are literally about to go in and speak to them. the parking is free anyway so i didnt think it would ever be an issue. we were sitting in the car for a few minutes before we headed in. as we're getting ready to go, the rude security guard is walking towards us looking angry and bothered. i asked him multiple times what the problem was & he muttered something under his breath instead of communicating like a normal human being when somebody asks you a question. im thinking maybe he only speaks spanish so my friend who speaks spanish got out of the car to ask him what the issue is. this is when he says he's getting the manager and kicking us out for no given reason. then he starts arguing with my friend! a grown man at his big job is arguing with a lady, a potentially paying customer. the manager comes out & is telling us theyre refusing service because we turned the wrong way coming into the parking lot and said we were smoking which is not allowed. i told the manager ive been here many times, ive told the front desk before "im gonna go out to my car for a smoke and will be back" with no issues. i also said that had we known its not allowed to smoke in our car/on the property, we would have no issue respecting the rules but your security never actually spoke to us at this point my friends are extremely irritated. i tell the manager im taking my friends out for my girl's birthday and we dont understand what the issue is outside of you having a disrespectful and rude security guard. he tells us to stop yelling but nobody had raised their voice but this is when it escalated the manager straight up REFUSED to provide either his name nor the security. he did give an email which was " info@wispausa.com " to file a complaint. i asked how are we supposed to write a complaint without their names? he said to just include date and time of the incident. we went ahead and recorded them because clearly they are both trying to get out of consequences. this happened on 8/26/2026 at around 4:30 AM. really just disappointed after years of patronage to be getting treated unfairly for whatever reason and then when we were finally walking away the manager called us "p**sies" and yelling across the parking lot. Funny, when we were all standing right in front of him he had nothing to say. As soon as we walk away he wants to throw insults. I said "this is how you act as a manager?" he said basically that we started it. except we didn't, the security did, and one major difference is we are not on the clock sir. if my friends are irritated and they start talking back to you, thats your bad! you mishandled the situation. you chose a customer service job which means holding your composure when you have complaints and disgruntled guests. i also manage a business and have over 10 years of customer service experience. the way this man handled the situation was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. after all this, i was trying to keep the vibes happy with my friends. we found Spa Palace not too far away, and let me tell you!not only was it a much better experience because they actually let us in lol. but actually the facilities there are so much nicer, you have more privacy since its more lowkey (we ended up being the only ones there for a few hours which was awesome, total privacy!), everything was just way better. the shower areas are cleaner and more luxurious, the soaking tubs are bigger and the overall interior just looks really cool. from the security guard Big O to Alice at the front desk at Spa Palace they killed it. I definitely found my new place to spend my money at to the rude security guard and manager, i hope you get fired because you are bringing down the reputation of this place and its standards! what type of manager, a grown man, argues with 3 ladies across a parking lot calling us vulgar names? are you not embarrassed??

There really aren't any spa amenities and the locker room is a bit grungy. Once you get to the co-ed communal area, it has some tea and water where you wait for your masseur or masseuse. It was a little too warm and unfortunately my masseuse was late (still setting up the room). Once in the room, the masseuse didn't communicate, not even asking if there was anywhere I wanted to focus on or if I was comfortable. This led to the massage being not great. I had to keep asking for more pressure and the most pressure provided was actually on my feet rather than anywhere else. I also hated that she went from my feet then straight to massaging my face and head! It was more of an uncomfortable experience rather than enjoyable. This was also a VERY expensive experience so it's quite unfortunate that this was what it amounted to. I won't be back.

ALL THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE VERY ACCURATE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY HERE!…read more The one thing that all the one star reviews have in common is that the therapist do not show up at the time or at all. This happened to me where I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes trying to get a hold of front desk (which they don't have). The staff at the hotel let me know that this happens often and there wasn't anything they could do. I gave up waiting and went back home. 3 hours past my originally appointment, they texted to reschedule. I rescheduled deep tissue massage the same day and confirmed with them the time. I go there for the second time and to your guess no one is there AGAIN. James was my massage therapist and I started to raise concerns of James qualification as a licensed massage therapist. I've had many massages and the way he undraped me was very inappropriate. It already made me feel uncomfortable. Not to mentioned, he left a bruise on my back the following day! My friends are massage therapist and they said the muscle he was working which is where the bruise is located- is a tender spot. You are NOT suppose apply a lot of pressure in that area. I also asked him to perform a different method because all of his moves were just the same repeated simple movements and he proceed to the same simple movements any average joe could have done. In another instance, he used all his body weight towards my body that was way too close to my bottom rib. I honestly think I was going to go home with broken ribs..I was really confused what kind of massage I was getting.. This isn't the WWE?! I didn't find the massage to have any technicality to it just the same o' movements. I was in touch with Eva, who seems to be the owner of Faris, and told her my experience at her spa. I would NEVER recommend a spa like Frais.. not even to my enemies.. Save your time and money, folks. There are a lot more spas in DTLA and Ktown worth your while.

I usually book Soho House Cowshed facials as a comparison but they're not in LA. My facial included a Hydrafacial element, collagen mask, (enhancement upgraded) LED light therapy, hot stone shoulder/neck massage, ice rollers, Gua for lymphatic draining, and overall was relaxing but effective for anti-aging/brightening. Originally I was anxious about the facial because I had a very nauseating morning migraine but I mentioned that to Tej and she did a scalp and head massage with pressure point activation and it magically went away! Absolute game changer for post-op recovery!…read more I visited Lymphatic Flow just 5 days post-op, and I cannot recommend them enough. I had the pleasure of working with both Rejane and Letty, and they are hands-down the best. Having experienced several different LDM therapists after them, I can confidently say that these two are my absolute favorites. From the start, the experience was seamless. They both greeted me warmly outside the salon and led me to their room (suite #7) which is incredibly whimsical, clean and relaxing; exactly the kind of environment you want to be in when you're healing. Their professionalism, knowledge, experience and certifications really shine through. Easy to talk to and personable too. I loved how collaborative they were; Rejane took notes in my chart so that when I saw Letty my next appt, she knew my exact surgical history and what areas needed focus. I was feeling anxious about my post-op swelling and lumps, but they completely reassured me, while also validating that my doctor had done a great job. They were so incredibly gentle and careful with me, even offering to help me take off and put back on my faja, which was not easy for me. I've had 5 total LDM therapists, and they were the only ones to offer the help so far. The results speak for themselves: I walked in wearing my faja on the loosest hook and left with it on the tightest hook. My swelling went down significantly, and this visit felt like the ultimate turning point in my recovery. My mobility improved immediately afterward. Since they work with a lot of post op clients, they even recommended me to size down on my faja, which I also appreciated. On top of the top-tier care, the logistics were flawless. Communication was great, and I appreciated the reminder texts the day before and the day of my appointment. The location is easy to find, parking is a breeze, and you can grab your parking validation stickers right from the vending machine inside the salon. I'm not local, but I bought the package, and was able to transfer it to my MIL for LDM to help with her lipedema. If you are looking for legitimate, skilled, and deeply caring post-op lymphatic specialists, Rejane and Letty at Lymphatic Flow is strongly recommended.
