Left it DIRTY and AWFUL communication. I sent them my concerns WITH pictures as evidence and they responded with a message that seemed to say I was not truthful and then never followed up. We also requested for additional cleaning via email and they never responded before going to clean and then just never cleaned the area that was requested. read more

Used them for a move out cleaning before putting my house on the market. Paid over $400 and had to go back and clean the floors myself, vacuum out closets, and wipe down the kitchen counters. Did not smell any cleaning supplies at all. They offered to come back out to redo it but there was no time for that. Only positive thing I can say is they were on time. read more

Save your time and money! I should have known better than to hire Molly Maids to do a deep clean on my house when they didn't evenshow up for the estimate and never returned my phone call. But I called again to set up another estimate, which they did show up for and was very clear about wanting/needing my floors actually scrubbed, and my other needs for the clean. They provided me with a brochure that included what they do for EVERY clean every time(picture included), and only 1/3 of this was done! They didn't even vacuum the area rugs! The job they did was horrible even for a basic clean, but this was supposed to be a DEEP clean! When they asked me to look over stuff when they were almost finished, I found even the most basic things weren't done like wiping off/dusting the nightstands so I had to ask them to do SEVERAL basic things then finally got frustrated with having to basically teach them how to clean so I just let them be done. I called the office the next day to tell them about it and asked for a refund or partial refund and they said no refunds, but they would have them come out and re-clean, ok fine. Well the second cleaning was just as bad! I had to show them several areas that were untouched and unacceptable. AGAIN, I gave up and just said whatever I guess that's as good as you are willing to do. So then I had to spend time cleaning myself after having them come "clean" twice! I don't even have some crazy high standard of cleaning, but the filth that was left after they "cleaned" is appalling and completely unacceptable! $223 for what?!?! For me to have to go back and clean it myself. They should be ashamed. Are they for real?!?! Look at the pictures and you tell me if that's clean to you... read more

I've used Molly Maid for years! (at least 15) They do a great job and are fast and efficient. I started with twice a month and now I do every week. Team #3 (Navra and Kimberly) are great, friendly, extremely accommodating, and always remember what I like for them to do and not do. I highly recommend them! The company is sometimes are short-staffed, but do their best to accommodate you. (I imagine that is the same as all cleaning companies right now.) read more

I started using Molly Maid at my former residence in Sandy Springs and when I moved to Marietta, I continued my service with them. I have always been very happy with their services and continue to be. When they leave after cleaning my home, I "take the rest of the day off" and do what I enjoy doing...reading! I called Saturday to make an appointment for Monday and I was told I would receive a call on Monday when the cleaners were on their way. I was at work when they called to let me know they were infront of my door. Luckily my girlfriend was home. They cleaners arrived at 2:40. My girlfriend text me that they were done in 45 minutes. Shocking. I got home and it smelled good and looked clean. Atleast I thought. Everything to the eye was clean. One of my coffee tables and everything on it was still (pictures to show) dusty, the microwave was not cleaned, the cabinets above it was not clean, the curtains were dirty, the patio sliding door was not cleaned (pictures to show), the nook where the garbage bin sits at was dirty. I had to sweep the kitchen. Wish I would've taken more pictures before I started cleaning. Overall not happy. When I made the call I explained what I was looking for and I was guaranteed that the cleaners would take care of it. As I mentioned earlier everything visible to the eye was clean. But in reality not all was cleaned. I was not expecting to come home and have to finish what someone else started. 45 minutes was too quick to have someone do a thorough cleaning. EVEN for an apartment. I dont think I will be using your services again. read more

I have worked with a bunch of maids over the years. They've all ranged from outstanding to mediocre until this one. Molly Maid is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a maid service. I was reaching out to maid services right before Labor Day weekend. Everyone I spoke to was booked except Molly Maid of Dunwoody. Their operator said they had a team of 2 maids available and it would only take 2 hours. I work as a Fine Artist and told them that it was probably much more messy than their typical customers.. Operator laughed and said they see disaster zones all the time and not to to worry. She said their maids are well trained and quickly clean seperate rooms at same time. She said they would show sometime between 10-noon. Noon hit and no one showed. I called Molly Maid asking on the status. I was told to expect them between 2-4pm with no explanation of the delay. At 4 I received a call from a maid saying she was a few minutes away. At 4:45 they finally showed. It was clear they had a long day and were exhausted. I showed them the place and the trash area and said I had some errands to address. Within 10 minutes of leaving I received a call from the operator. She said that they expect their customers to straighten up the place before the maids show and unfortunately they were going to have to pull the team. She said not to worry that they would not charge me and that they could come back next week. I asked if they could at least straighten up a little and was told they can't. Unbelievable. They wasted my entire day. I couldve cleaned the whole place myself in 3 hours. I don't blame the maids for this magnitude of neglect, rather management. They seem to have the philosophy of "Say whatever you need to get the customers ATM number and if our overworked maids are too exhausted we will just reschedule in a week." No wonder they were the only maid service in the area that was available. read more

Worst experience ever. I had maid services for almost 10 years now but never had a worst experience except with molly maids. The teams are very lazy to clean the house and leave most places uncleaned. And if you show them that its uncleaned they put a very unpleasant face. I dont think they realize i am paying them for the services. Very much disappointed. Dont waste time on trying them. Not worth the money I paid. I asked for a deep clean and not only did I not get an iota of that, the crew breezed through the house without thoroughly vacuuming or removing visible stains from the counters. On top of that, when cleaning the sink they displaced the nook under the faucet so that the water is now spraying everywhere when we turn it on. Very disappointing experience. read more

I finally stopped using Molly Maid after ~ 6 months. They kept on billing me more than we agreed to and each time the housekeepers came they would only partially clean - they always forgot an area, and I have a relatively small place to clean. Not at all satisfied and I would not recommend Molly Maid - very disappointing. read more

When I came home to my first cleaning it was obvious they move every little thing to clean behind it or under it instead of cutting corners like some cleaners. It was also noticeable that they knew how to take the proper steps when cleaning each room. Not satisfied with their cleaning job they are average nothing exceptional to pay $$$ for the service they give compared to other cheaper cleaning service companies. I was expecting a professional level of cleaning but it's been 3-4 times they have cleaned my home and every time they leave some spots untouched or don't put much energy to make it spotless like I had told them about the stain in tub which could come off easily with bleach but they didn't carry bleach neither they offered to ask if I had bleach and will like them to use it to clean the stain on tub but rather replied saying they cleaned and did their best but the stain won't come off !!! They changed the cleaning team twice but both were jus not interested in helping me keep my home clean they want to finish the job in 2 hours and leave that's it. They left with milk stains on top of my small bedroom refrigerator, gas stovetop not scrubbed and burn marks left, didn't do bathrooms spotless. They say I can do a deep clean everytime if I want it spotless !!! What a rip off. read more
