My oldest gets his cut by Moe always treats my son amazing and the cut is always on point. My younger son's barber is Zaid. I specifically asked for a simple neck cleanup, which took only a few minutes, yet they charged $20 for that tiny touch-up while a full haircut is only $35. That pricing makes absolutely no sense and feels like they're taking advantage of walk-ins. Everyone was friendly enough at first to get you in the door, but once the service was done the attitude changed. The manager didn't seem service-oriented at all and showed no interest in making the situation right. For a place that should value repeat customers, this experience made it clear they don't.
