I truly appreciate the quick, professional and honest service they gave me. It was the hottest time in the summer when you need your A/C to survive. My A/C stopped working and I tried calling other A/C companies and they were all booked for several days before they could see me. Essential heating and air was busy as well but made the time to come see me to help out if they can and they did help out. Our air conditioner stopped working, was able to book an appointment same day (on a Sunday), no fee for the diagnostic, fixed it within a couple of hours for a very fair price. Fast forward a week...our super old (pretty sure it's the original that came with the house) air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. Called again, made another appointment, unfortunately, this time they could not save it, so we opted for replacement, again, they fixed it very quickly for a fair price. Called today, quick response. Good communication. Our heater was intermittently not turning on. Technician Bassam (Hope I'm spelling it correctly) helped inspect our heater. Determined that our heater temperature sensor (I think) was dirty. Quickly cleaned it, explained components of the heater. I asked a question about our system, led him to discover that our system had a small vent leak from the heater itself! Probably losing our energy at least 15% each time it's on! Our a/c went out and I contacted a few people for a quote late in the evening on a Friday. Ryad got back to me quickly and was able to come out the next day to take a look and provide an estimate. He was very professional with his evaluation of our unit and showed us pictures of each issue, along with providing us with thorough information and explanations. He gave us multiple options and we ended up replacing our really old unit with a newer one. He was able to get the new unit installed within just a couple days at a very fair price. We did do a little more research, since this is not an area we are overly familiar with, which just confirmed what we were told and that it was a good price. My wife and I purchased our home recently and found that much of the duct work was installed incorrectly and was not to code. The seller told us that Advanced Tech had done the installation 3 years ago so we called to have them come correct what they had done. Basem and another gentleman, who's name I didn't catch, came out to check it out and we determined that the seller had not been truthful with us and that she or someone else had worked on the ducts since then and had created all of the issues. The owner came out to our home to do an estimate on our AC unit. He was up there for 5 minutes, came down and said we had black mold he even showed us some pictures. We let him know we were going to get a second opinion. The second opinion said there was no black mold and he replaced the motor which was under warranty. This guy suggested we replace the whole unit he was full of shit!!! I would never recommend him to anyone. Our AC works great now!!! read more
