Hi, I have been looking for a new salon to do my hair, especially highlights. I read the reviews here and took a chance. Before christine did my hair i had bright summer blonde highlights, after I got golden blonde highlights and more light brown lowlights. I love it so much, and the highlights are perfectly aligned. the place is very friendly and clean. I recommend christine, but I'm sure the rest of the staff is good. It is pricey but you get what you paid for. I will be back again ! read more

Ok so I never really leave reviews, but seeing as I felt like a princess after having my hair done here, this is very much needed. I'll start by saying that I've lived in the US for about 5 1/2 years now and I was so scared of getting my hair done with someone other than my usual person in PR, but it needed to be done. And thank GOD i found this salon. Christina is AMAZING. When I walked in I straight up said I had no idea what I wanted, but I knew I wanted something different. She took her time to get to know me and discuss different possibilities until we found the perfect color and style. We both agreed that I shouldn't do something too dramatic, mostly because this was a new place and she didn't want me to come out of there hating my hair, which we all know is the worst. So we went with something that was different from what I had, but not so different that I would absolutely hate it. And to say I loved it would be an understatement. So everything was great, and the people were so so so friendly and I literally could not stop staring at myself in the mirror after I left because I just loved my hair so much. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. It's fantastic, and you will not regret it. read more

Never again! First off, I booked my appointment for noon after going back and forth with the receptionist, who initially said 12:30 and then said there was an opening for noon. Before getting off the phone, she said, we'll see you at 12:30 and I corrected her. I should have known better right there. I arrive at noon and they tell me I'm scheduled for 12:30. So I sat there for a half hour. I had a crappy consultation. The stylist seemed completely disinterested. I showed her a picture of what I wanted in terms of highlights. She asked if I wanted subtle/natural highlights or thicker ones. I said subtle to match what I had. She never presented me with any swatches. She just mixed up whatever she felt was closest to the picture. Then I noticed she was taking rather large bits of hair so I asked her if she was following my former stylist's work. She hesitated and said, "Well, yea." After she dried my hair, I knew it was a disaster and didn't even want to bring it up because I don't want her touching my hair again. I now have thick bleach blonde highlights and dark low lights. The low lights are the desired color but the highlights are far from subtle. They were supposed to be gold, not borderline white. I even kept expressing my concern to her throughout the process, since I'm getting married in November. She seemed unconcerned and annoyed and said, "Well, there's always time to fix it." Gee, way to make me feel better... Upon leaving, they informed me there was a $3 charge for using a card. Are you kidding me? I just dropped nearly $200 and you're going to add insult to injury? The only thing that was fine was the haircut. So now I will drive 90min to my original stylist to have her do damage control in a few months so I don't damage my hair. Ladies, please beware when it comes to color. Maybe I should have requested Christina as the other reviewers had mentioned. read more

I was looking for a fresh look and took the recommendation of a friend because I loved her short cut that always seemed to look perfect. I went with Andrea who is the owner and who really listened to what I wanted and also made recommendations that she thought would work well with my face shape and coloring. I am so happy I listened to her advice. I love my cut! You know it's good when you can wake up in the morning and just run your fingers through it and spray on a little wax! Great place!
