Just found this new spot in Downtown Beverly Hills for . Normallyin DTBH, It's very hard to find a coffe place where you can sit whole day comfortably and get some work done. This Esso Cafe just opened recently, and has tons of indoor + outdoor seating! Super clean, nice vibe, and surprisingly reasonable prices for Beverly Hills. Definitely a good work/study cafe spot

Flat White - beautiful and perfect

I had some time to kill before my appointment and stumbled onto Esso Caffe. An elegant coffee shop on the corner of Bedford and Brighton in Beverly Hills. These unplanned stops are my favorite because it's always an adventure. The place is beautiful inside. I found a table near the back with a couch to do some work and take a call. The music inside is low so you can chat or work without distraction. I started with a Flat White. This is all about the ratios and it was perfect. The espresso was smooth. They have a decent amount of food options so I tried the poached eggs served with a yogurt base and some yummy pita crisps that pulled everything together. I ended my stay with a hot Spanish latte. Another nice drink, light sweetened and smooth like a good scotch. They use Italian beans from Cafe Voloce. Staff was friendly and helpful guiding me around the menu. Service is not rushed but efficient. So the stress levels stay low and the coffee continue to flow. I thought about an iced coffee for the road but didn't want to over do it. I definitely will be back.

Location recently opened up. It's truly one of the prettiest coffee shops in BH, which says alot as there are about 3 coffee shops on every corner. Aesthetically a cute place, with green velvet seating, plenty of natural lighting, outdoor dining, open and spacious floor plan, and floor to ceiling window that is fully opened. An influencers dream for sure. Staff was friendly. Seemed like a popular place to grab lunch or breakfast. I only had a latte. Latte was good, a bit on the pricier side compared to other shops but makes sense as their to go cups are on the more elevated side. I'll def return to check out their lunch. When it comes to coffee, people have their preference. Some like sweet, some like bitter, so it's hard for me to judge the latte. But overall, i'd say this place is worth a visit if you like visiting coffee shops.

The matcha here was amazing! I like how it's not too sweet, you can still taste the matcha, and it's not bitter! However, it's kind of pricey, (8.5 for a matcha) There's a lot of variety with coffee, matcha, etc. They also have food (sandwiches, bowls, pizza, breakfast, pastries) It's very clean here and spacious. Lots of seating and pretty empty when I went. The staff is nice and pretty quick, nothing crazy. You can tell they use good quality stuff.

Order for pickup the Esso salad, not worth it, very lightweight dish, and the chickpeas were hard instead of crispy. I also ordered macarons-salted caramel, it shows 3 pieces online and written with an S at the end, macaronS, however only 1 was in my order.

Esso is a brand new coffee shop in Beverly Hills. It's been around for 3 months. It's aesthetically very pleasing in here. They have green velvet booths and round tables. It's an order up at the counter type place. Pretty busy around lunch time but the line was not long. I got banana bread and a little raspberry cookie to-go. I was really impressed with the presentation. It was served with fresh fruit. The banana bread was delicious and moist. The cookie was perfection as good as it looked. I also am pretty sure the owner was there making sure everyone got their orders. Love when the owners are hands on. Always a plus. And when she went into the back I saw the wood burning oven for pizza...yum, yum! Street parking available but a bit difficult to find a space.

Cute cafe, good coffee, good service. They serve food also but we just got a poppy seed cake which wasn't bad. Wish they had more savory pastry options. Regardless would be back for their coffee. Cheers!

This place was quite pleasant. It was empty so every table was available. The cortado was made quickly and tasted amazing. It was the perfect way to start my morning before my walk. The furniture and decors are so cute ! Love the green velvet seating.

esso Café - Beverly Hills Walking around Beverly Hills, I randomly stumbled into EOS Café -- and wow, what a find! I wasn't expecting an Arab-inspired coffee spot like this right in the middle of Beverly Hills, but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The barista (who I think was also the cashier) was super friendly and helpful. I asked for his recommendation, and he did not miss -- the espresso was bold and flavorful, the perfect balance of sweet and strong, and the matcha was smooth, rich, and delicious. I'm still wired just thinking about it! I also tried two of their pastries -- the banana nut bread and lemon bread -- and both were so good. Fresh, moist, and beautifully presented. Even the plating was cute! The café itself is cozy and aesthetic -- clean, well-designed, and the vibe sitting by the window overlooking the street was just perfect for catching up with a friend. It's such a lovely little spot to chill, chat, and people-watch. Overall, Esso Café is definitely a must-visit. Great coffee, amazing matcha, delicious pastries, and genuinely kind staff. Whoever made my drinks deserves a raise -- I'll 100% be coming back

Esso Caffé has quickly become one of our favorite new spots in Beverly Hills. The pastries, sandwiches and the coffee menu, from cappuccinos to pour-overs, are excellent. There is just one detail that could make the experience truly perfect: the espresso. On four separate visits, the espresso has arrived lukewarm. Everything else at Cafe Esso shines, and with that small adjustment, it would be flawless. We're delighted to have discovered this gem and will definitely keep coming back.

She mentioned that their coffee is imported from Italy and that the Signature Herbal Lattes are a best seller as well as the Baklava Latte, which is flavored with honey & pistachios. I was sold on the Baklava Latte and requested it with almond milk. The girl that took my order was friendly as was the other gal behind the counter. I was impressed that Suzy prepared my latte for me. I took a sip and was pleasantly surprised that it tasted like Baklava. The bold, rich flavor of the roast was balanced out with notes of honey & pistachio. It also came with a bite sized piece of baklava that was the perfect tasty little snack.

The outdoor setting was perfect for people-watching, adding to the laid-back vibe of the place. The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel right at home. I also enjoyed a Madagascar vanilla latte and fresh-squeezed orange juice. Let me tell you, the breakfast burrito was fantastic! The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the flavors blended beautifully. A special shout-out to Annika, who recommended the vanilla latte--it truly was heavenly! To make things worse, they mixed up the reservation time. They told us it was at 3:00 PM, but our confirmation texts clearly stated 2:00 PM. When we arrived at 2:00, the front-of-house staff was rude and told the waiter--right in front of us--that we had arrived too early, even after we showed proof of the confirmed time. That interaction really set the tone. We spend a lot of time in Beverly Hills and are used to high-end service, but this experience felt unnecessarily difficult and unwelcoming. We were debating between here and The Peninsula and chose this spot thinking it would feel more modern, but the entire reservation process and day-of experience were disappointing. In all honesty, the space itself wasn't as impressive as we expected either. By the end, the tea party itself was cute, and our waiter was very nice, but overall, none of us would recommend it or return.
