We were happy with the installation on two homes in Rancho Mirage but at one property there was a mature beautiful Jacaranda tree in the middle of the turf. After a while the tree started looking sick. We had an arborist out and he said it wasn't getting enough water and the space around the tree Estate Greens left wasn't large enough and they needed to set up more water bubblers. Estate Greens DID do that. It started to improve but now 7 months later it's not well. Had arborist back again. Tree was getting too much water. We are having to have it treated with root injections and hope we don't loose it! When we sent Estate Greens the diagnosis this time they have ignored it after two attempts to contact them. Now we are paying out of pocket to save our beautiful tree because they may be good at turf but not at Tree health. The project manager, Mike Setchell came onsite, took a measurement of our lot, explained the entire process and informed us we would be eligible for a rebate from the water company. We spent over 50K on residential artificial grass. You can see the seams all over the yard. I asked for help two years ago when I discovered a sink hole type defect that was occurring.
