We were happy with the installation on two homes in Rancho Mirage but at one property there was a mature beautiful Jacaranda tree in the middle of the turf. After a while the tree started looking sick. We had an arborist out and he said it wasn't getting enough water and the space around the tree Estate Greens left wasn't large enough and they needed to set up more water bubblers. Estate Greens DID do that. It started to improve but now 7 months later it's not well. Had arborist back again. Tree was getting too much water. We are having to have it treated with root injections and hope we don't loose it! When we sent Estate Greens the diagnosis this time they have ignored it after two attempts to contact them. Now we are paying out of pocket to save our beautiful tree because they may be good at turf but not at Tree health. While Estate Greens did a great job on our turf installation, they killed our lemon tree. Shocked the roots and the tree died because of it.

I just can't say enough about Estate Greens and the synthetic turf they installed at our house. First, the estimate. The project manager, Mike Setchell came onsite, took a measurement of our lot, explained the entire process and informed us we would be eligible for a rebate from the water company. Since this was a very large project (over 5,000 sq. ft. of synthetic turf), that rebate was substantial. The other two estimates I received didn't even mention a rebate. Once it was time to get to work Mike backed out and was "very unhappy" that the owner "dumped" this job on him because he wasn't going to receive a commission on it. We spent over 50K on residential artificial grass. You can see the seams all over the yard. I asked for help two years ago when I discovered a sink hole type defect that was occurring. The owner Paul said he would send Fernando to our home to repair the sink hole. Needless to say we have never heard from Paul or Fernando.
