I've only been here for pedicures, but happy with the service and quality. It's nice and clean, and the nail techs were great.

I was honestly scared about hitting this place after checking their reviews but if I am being honest this might be the best experience I have had in the US with nails. I find a lot of trouble in finding a nail technician who know: how to clean properly my nails and perform good pedicure; I get a lot of ingrown cuticles which often tend to become extremely painful. That being said, this is the ONLY time ever since I moved to the US that someone properly removed an ingrown cuticle. To add, I had no pain after Maria took it off and did an impeccable job. Then, Laura did my manicure and as you can see in the picture it was exactly what I wanted. I am one week in and still is intact. As for prices, I thought it was extremely affordable. Every single nail was shaped wrong. The owner said it was because my fingers were crooked. Even if that was the case I had tips so she could have shaped them well. My "crooked fingers" never had an issue at a different nail salon. I think for a regular or gel mani pedi on just plain short nails this place is fine. But anything extensive don't come here. Oh! And my toe skin got clipped when cutting and now my toe in that area is numb. Not sure if it's related but it happened right after this. read more

I absolutely loved the way my nails came out! I went in with a few broken nails and really dry and cracked cuticles. I loved how Julie did my nails. She pushed my cuticles back and got the color close to the cuticle. Then she rubbed the cuticle oil in and removed all the extra cracked skin. I loved how she filed my nails after applying the gel. She made them look thin but still very strong. She took her time getting the shape right with every nail. The shop itself looks a little outdated but it looked clean when I went. I give it a 5 star because it was the best nail service I've ever gotten. P.s I really appreciate that they have little hooks on the tables for your bags. read more

My overall score is for the service, which was average, but I gotta mention the rate bait and switch that occurred during this visit. I came here because my usual spot was booked up and I needed a pedicure in a quick manner due to travel arrangements.. So I decided to go to this spot a block away. Location is small, but clean. Pedicure costs 17 for a regular, 20 if you get callous remover. Imagine the look on my face when I was informed total cost for my pedicure was 25. I asked how come and the woman deadup told me that it was extra 5 for my other foot. The confusion set on my face hard. How in the world did they come up with that? A smudge of a pump from the bottle for a small spot for $5 more?!?! That's like charging for tennis shoes and paying the surcharge for the laces that you would need. I ended up eating the loss, since she already did one foot and was almost done, but seriously?!?! I have never heard of a nail salon doing some trifilent acts like that. The huge bug up my butt about this rate issue was that the woman that did my pedicure was insistent that I tip her. I paid the lady and was under the pedidryer when I received my change. I typically tip when i on way out. I had plans on giving her something when the owner came to where I was seated and tried to take my money. I told her I paid already, as she eyed the money on the table and the pedicure woman told the owner she was owed a tip. Wait.... "owed a tip"?!?! I nearly lost it then. I turned to the owner and asked her about the rate discrepancy and she was oblivious and apathetic. I suggested to her to be more transparent about the rate, AND to train her workers better in how to do better service to earn their tip... Unless its openly stated, no one is owed a tip. Hours later, my toenail paint chipped. Would've been better off paying the airport pedicure spot the overinflated price than going to this location. read more

Horrible nail service. Probably one of the worst I've had. Needed my nails done for a wedding. Came here on a Thursday. And by Saturday the same week I had a broken nail. When I returned to the salon they had the nerve to tell me that if Was my fault and told me I had to pay $6, for one nail. Everything here is over priced. They couldn't find the gel color they originally used so they offered to change the gel color for an additional $25. Cut my fingers all over to the point of bleeding. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. While the service was quick (mostly because there was nobody there), my mani-pedi was completely rushed. My usual nail salon was packed so I gave this place a try, considering I live close. The woman doing my manicure didn't even take out my cuticles completely and the nail polish looked cheap. It's been 4 days and my nails look like I haven't done them in 2 weeks. The owner is also VERY rude. So... I got my nails done before and I do not do it often but when I get gel menicure it lasts three weeks and I have so do it over just because nails grows ! I went to this place at my lunch time ... two hours afterwards two of my nails chipped ... my nail polish peeled off !!! Hello? Doesn't gel nail polish supposed to last a bit longer then that!????!? This is my go-to nail salon. It's a mile from my home & if I go during the day, parking is not usually a problem. I know Susie for a long time, over 15 years, and I've always liked the other ladies who work or have worked here. The place is clean as are the implements they use. I always see them use clean utensils so I don't know why others complain. I regularly get manicures and pedicures here and twice a month I get gel manicure which last twice as long as a regular manicure. I am always satisfied with the price and the finished product. The prices are clearly posted. Only once in all that time was I ever not satisfied with my gel mani - it was a French & began chipping after a couple of days, on a trip no less. OK, well, once in 15 years...The ladies are all polite and helpful to their customers, helping them with coats, handing them their keys so they won't mess their nails, etc. I have noticed that the ladies treat customers as they are treated - if you are nice, they are lovely; if you are rude, complaining and demanding, you won't be welcomed back. A slightly better decor would get them another star, but as long as the prices are reasonable, the work is good and the place is clean, I'll continue to be a regular. read more
