Dropped off my car because my subwoofers in my bmw's B&O audio system is not working. Jason troubleshot my car directly eventhough I came there when they were just about to close. It took about almost an hour for the troubleshooting and explanations from him. That's a very good service because he doesnt even complain that it was past the business ho!!! Turns out it needed new battery because it's not supplying enough energy to the system. I ordered the battery from him and it's gonna be installed in a few days. Recommended! UPDATE: Picked up my car this afternoon. He diagnosed the problem correctly. After changing the battery, the subwoofers works again. He even update all my module software to a newer version. This is an updated review for Jason, the best mechanic that I've ever met. It's been 5 months, and I've done an oil change, brake rotors/pads replacement, charcoal cabin filter replacement with him. He has also identified issues that I had when I had brought my car into the dealership's repair shop, including headlight wire harness recall (wire's not shrinked properly), engine filter housing had a screw stripped where the dealer was careless when screwing back in (he fixed it so a screw and nut can be put in again), coolant leakage via thermostat housing (which was also done by the dealer), and identified the exact location of the timing chain cover oil leakage (replacing the tensioner timing chain cover which was only a $200+ repair as opposed to the dealer's $3,000 assessment of opening up the engine and replacing the timing chain). He is the most honest mechanic and is really on the customer side. He explains it in great detail and is super patient in answering all questions, making complicated things simple. Even for basic maintenance, I will keep coming to him. Trust in the quality of a mechanic is really hard to find and he truly is top notch.
