Erik is a very thorough technician w/ over 20 years of working on European vehicles (BMW, Mercedes Benz, Porsche, and even Ferrari!). He has the diagnosis equipment for the European vehicles that no one else has. There was a time when I brought my Toyota in for a car alarm problem. Even though he doesn't really work on Japanese vehicles. He still solved my car alarm problem (The dealership that I went to were telling me to bring to my original dealership/ excuses). The best part is the repair order, he will note everything down nice and orderly, very detailed too. For vehicles that need servicing, he will even detail the engine and will also include a car wash (may not be available on raining days). Just one note, you may need to make a reservation first before going in (it keeps things nice and orderly). read more

Erik has been servicing my 2006 e90 since 2009 and still driving it up until today with 210,000 miles and runs like brand new. He's very meticulous with how he performs all repair and maintenance in the car. The last time I had my car serviced, the advisor mentioned I needed my break pads changed and it would cost around $850. I shopped around and came upon EJ's. The day I requested a quote they were closed as well as the following day so I wasn't expecting much but I was contacted the next day. It so happened that Pete was helping a customer even on his day off, what customer service. He gave me a quote for my break pads which were a lot better priced than the dealership so I made an appointment. Each time we would have any work done Erik or Pete would show us the parts replaced and even raise the car up to show the new parts installed. Any questions I had they would go in depth about what role a specific part played for the car. You can tell they are true car enthusiasts because of how much they educate you about the repair, the dynamics of the car but also their overall knowledge of all the inter working of the car or suv.
