While my friend opted to include the beverage package, I stuck with coffee and a main dish. My coffee was bold, tasty, and refilled as needed. For my entree, I selected the Bakkafrost Salmon, which arrived as a long, thin filet of pan-seared salmon served over a Japanese sweet potato hash and plated with a tomato confit and a parsnip puree.
