IF I COULD GIVE ESTELLE BRIDAL NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD ***SCAM BE AWARE*** Despite paying for my wedding dress in full, Estelle Bridal is refusing to release my dress unless I sign a new release agreement that was never part of my original purchase contract. I do not believe I should be required to agree to new terms in order to receive property that I have already paid for. Over the past several months, I have documented repeated missed deadlines, broken promises, inconsistent communication, poor workmanship, alteration issues, and the refusal to provide itemized receipts and invoices despite my repeated requests. Throughout this process, I was never able to properly fit into my wedding dress. I attended approximately four separate "final fittings," and at each one I explained that the dress was so tight I could not even sit down comfortably. Rather than correcting the issue, I was told that "beauty is pain" and that some women simply sacrifice sitting throughout their wedding day. That was never my expectation or what I paid for. I repeatedly requested that additional inches be added so I could comfortably wear and enjoy my dress on my wedding day. I was then told my dress would be ready for pickup on June 29, 2026. However, I was unable to pick it up because the dress had not been cleaned. Blessing and Oksana had previously told me the boutique would have the dress cleaned before pickup. Instead, I was given the option of either taking the dress without it being cleaned and having it cleaned myself or waiting until they cleaned it. This conversation is also recorded. It was only after I moved all communication from text messages to email to create a clear written record that I began seeing previous representations changed or denied. I was later told that Estelle Bridal never agreed to make my gown into the two-in-one dress I purchased and that cleaning the dress had never been part of the agreement, but was simply a "favor" or "act of kindness." However, I have recordings and documentation that I believe are inconsistent with those later statements. From my perspective, there has been a consistent pattern of shifting explanations, changing expectations, and reframing prior conversations in a way that has made resolving this matter extremely difficult. Instead of enjoying the months leading up to my wedding, I have spent countless hours documenting communications, following up on missed commitments, and purchasing backup dresses for both myself and my bridesmaids because I no longer had confidence the original orders would be completed as promised. I also requested to cancel my wedding dress order and the bridesmaids' dresses and requested refunds due to these ongoing issues, but those requests were denied in lue of taking the reviews down and waiving my legal right. Today, 7/9/2026 I am left with broken promises instead of the refunds I was promised for my wedding gown and bridesmaids' dresses stated in email and via phone. I have endured missed phone calls from Florence, a constant stream of back-and-forth emails, refusal to release my paid-for wedding dress and bridesmaid dress, and refusal to issue the requested refunds for wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. read more

Holy Moly!!! I'm not sure what made stop here....as a matter of fact, get out of the car! This location is a bit run down and not all that appealing! Before entering Estelle Bridal I was hesitant and was about to let the outside of this place fool me! I'm so glad my mom always told me to "Never judge a book by its cover". As soon as I entered her quaint boutique I was in awe! I haven't seen dresses this beautiful, unique and/or gorgeous at ANY of the other high end bridal shops. When you see this place from the outside....you won't expect the beautiful dresses she has. She is also in the process of sprucing the place up a bit. The owner is very sweet and also let me know her September 2015 shipment will be just as beautiful and unique as the one she has now or maybe better. Visit this place! I made an appointment online for Monday. I got an email confirmation. I drive an hour to get to the shop to to find out it's closed. There's a sign so I call the number on the sign. She apologizes and says the shop is closed and they didn't have any appointments today. I'm already annoyed at this point. We hang up and she calls back and tells me that they are closed on Mondays and will be open Tuesday. I told her that their website shouldn't allow anyone to make appointments on Mondays! I drove all the way from Humble, TX. On google it also says they were open! I ended up writing a bad review on WeddingWire and instead of trying to make it right, she sends me an unprofessional text: "" whatever that means . I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

My experience at Estelle Bridal was nothing less than exceptional! My visit with them was very last minute as my first wedding dress went terribly wrong. I was pressed for time but Mrs. Estelle and Blessen assured me that they would turn my awful situation around and that they did. I'm extremely grateful for these ladies and wish I had known about this boutique sooner but definitely happy I found them when I did. My husband loved my dress it certainly brought him to tears when he saw me in it! My guest couldn't stop saying how much they loved my first dress and how much the cape Mrs. Estelle made for my second dress was a show stopper!! After visited several wedding gowns boutiques, my cousin found Estelle Bridal over the internet (with 5 stars reviews). I must confess that at first I did not expected such a real personalized service. Afi the owner REALLY works by appointments only! We scheduled online our appointment (My sister, my 2 cousins and myself - my mom and aunt via Facetime !) I tried every single dress we found it will be "the one" , Afi was very patient, dedicated and had good advice about the dress, fabric, add on accessories and featured designers. The store carries a wide range of wedding gown designers , sashes, veils, mother of the bride , bridesmaids and flower girls merchandise. After visiting BHLDN, Davids Bridal, Unbridaled I decided to go with a Justin Alexander dress I tried at her shop. I NEVER felt she was interested in selling to me an specific dress or an specific dollar amount dress, NEVER asked me about my budget she really focused on finding the ONE dress I would like , the dress I would feel comfortable wearing and the one I would love to wear for my big day! Afi suggested to me other dresses available at the catalogs. After trying out all the dresses at her and other stores, I finally concluded the one dress was at her store. I returned to make the purchase and Afi did mentioned to me that due to my petit size no matter what dress from their assortment I choose I had to have it altered and recommended to me a seamstress to do the alterations. This place is great. Don't judge a book by its cover, the ladies who work there are super nice, and the dresses are beautiful. If you get a bit overwhelmed with big dress stores and want to browse without feeling pressured this is a great place to do it. Their gowns are gorgeous and affordable. I went to another "high end" "bridal experience" place and didn't find anything, and all the dresses were way overpriced and i felt overwhelmed and like i didn't get to try on what i wanted. If you want to have all eyes on you in a custom gown, look no further! I meet Mrs. Estelle at the bridal extravaganza( one of the biggest wedding shows held in Houston at the George R. Brown Convention Center) One beautiful dress caught my eye and the rest became history!! My dress was custom made and I was carried along each step during the making of it. Communication was on point needless to say. Service was excellent. My dress was finished earlier than expected and needed no amendments!!! This wedding boutique is wonderful! The owner went above and beyond to ensure I loved the wedding dress I purchased.
