My sales associate Ella was very sweet and really worked hard to try to find multiple dresses in different silhouettes. She went above & beyond to try to make the whole fitting comfortable and accommodate the different opinions of my family who came with me. Definitely ask for her if it's your first time here. She did not pressure me into making a decision & always respected the budget. She was probably my favorite associate to work with out of all the shops I have been to thus far.

Although it sounds like a good idea I don't find the logic on purchasing a dress that needs to be completely redone because it's huge(4 sizes bigger) at another place without a warranty that it will be able to be done .... I understand alterations are often needed, But having to redo a dress is something else . Chances are you won't be able to complete your wedding look here as there's a very tiny selection of accessories to complement the dresses (veils, belts etc...) Upon entering, you see lots of bright colors from all the quinceanera and formal sample dresses some small displays of accessories for wedding, quinceanera, or communion. It looks like Jane does all the work, as I didn't see anyone else. She did a beautiful job on the bustle for my dress, but then I changed my mind and asked her to completely remove the train! At first she was reluctant (I basically wanted her to undo all the hard work she put into doing the bustle, and there's no turning back once you cut off the fabric!), but she eventually agreed. I think her prices are reasonable, and turnaround time was about 2 weeks (lots of layers = lots of work). She also has many catalogs for ordering formal dresses (I think she said shipment time was1-3 months?).

Jane was very professional and reassuring that she would be able to alter my wedding dress from a size 12 to a size 8. She said she had worked with heavy beading multiple times and it was no problem for her! I also needed bridal buttons replaced and she was able to find me perfect pearl ones she had in stock. She also added 5 bustles to my gown, which were placed beautifully when the skirt was bustled! She added cups to the front as well, which I didnt even know could be done with this dress! She did all this under 2 weeks! And the price was amazing! When I recieved my dress, it fit so perfectly I was blown away! You cant tell where she cut and restitched the beaded bodice and the hem on the skirt was perfect as well! She said it would be delivered in 2 weeks. I had to pay half down when I ordered the dress. She never called me to tell me my dress arrived. I called her after three weeks and She didn't seem to remember who I was. I went to the shop to find out what happened, and she had my dress on display in her shop on a mannequin. When I asked her why my dress was on display, she said that she put it there while she waited for me to pick it up. I needed the dress ASAP so I paid the other half of the cost and said I wanted to take it. Instead of putting it in a garment bag she covered it in a green trash bag. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

You're able to try on dresses but also look at a book for different ones that they are able to order. If you're worried about the dress not fitting- don't worry, they take measurements beforehand! Color choices and styles are very diverse! The girls are amazing and so nice and communicative. I've been raving about them to all my friends. Sadly I don't know much about price range since I found my dream dress in a short amount of time, but I believe $245 was a great price considering they took measurements so I'll have to avoid altering costs! I needed a dress tailored and it cost about $40 to take it in on the body and arms and add a side zipper. It only took two days and I came back because it needed a slight adjustment and they did that free of charge. Each time I've come, I always see happy customers and they tell me they come here often.
