But place it into a room and they call it an item of extraordinary value, and irregardless of the insurance you pay for, they call up some obscure Long drawn out version of why its not covered. Well if its not covered why the hell did you take it in the first place. You reviewed the Bill Of Lading, not once but twice, and you charged me for it!!! Well After his attempt to get me to take less than one hundred percent of the claim based on ODL's lack of obvious ignorance of liability. He then asked me What me next move was. I informed me it was based on his decision to get me a full refund and if not Ill do what I have to make sure that happens. To date I have not heard back although I was told I would. With today's technology, a business handling customer returns should have some form of record or verification system. The lack of accountability here puts customers at risk when returning carrier equipment.
