Many limousine companies charge nearly twice his rates, and we have often had concerns about the reliability of ride-share services. Lon arrived early and was extremely patient while waiting for my wife. Despite the early 5:30 a.m. pickup, he was friendly, professional, and engaging. He ensured we arrived at San Francisco International Airport safely and on time. For our return trip, Lon communicated clearly and consistently, even as our flight was delayed by three hours. When we finally landed, he was right on time despite poor weather conditions and unusually severe highway flooding in Marin County. Once again, the ride home was comfortable and pleasant, and we arrived safely. We highly recommend Lon and will absolutely use his services again in the future.

A canned voicemail states they must be busy with another customer - but for every minute of 5 hours?! And what taxi company doesn't have a dispatcher/operator to take calls?! I have to go to airport and catch a flight, so it's very important to be on time; I thought a taxi would be more reliable than Uber/Lyft. It turns out Sam's Taxi is a ghost company, and utterly unreliable. Also, the address Sam's Taxi put on their webpage at https://www.rohnertparksamstaxi.com/ is 1088 Golf Course Dr Rohnert Park, CA 94928, which does NOT exist! It's an intersection, and no buildings belong to that particular address.
