On the last lesson we were canceled for unforeseen reasons (they cancelled on us) which we are completely reasonable and understanding people "Hey no problems". Come to find out a couple wks later when we log in to book the last lesson and buy more.. surprise there is no credit.. I reach out to them in a "maybe it slipped through the cracks in the horrible event that caused the cancellation." And the response was.. "​Yes it probably expired. I can put it back on his account. Are you wanting to get in this month?" To which I replied yes. No credit and no contact since. Very unfortunate as I like to support local owned, Yet I don't like being took for good money either. Weird and odd that the package expired in such a short time. As I was not told it would expire in less than 6 months considering I paid it all upfront! We also felt on the "last couple" lessons that it was rushed and really wasn't welcoming to "practicing" with the screen. It was hit a couple balls and then instruction with maybe 3-4 practice balls after instruction, which I found to be pointless. That's why we "pay to play" My son is very respectful and responsible. We have been told by every teacher he has had thus far how well mannered he is. So I'm sure it wasn't bc he acted like a little hellion jerk. Needless to say my interest in buying another package diminished after that! We will just keep going to xgolf and practice w/ the simulator there an paying for private lessons, when we are not out on the greens! .

As a matter of fact, I had my best year of golf with our men's club so, my time with AJ paid off. I had little problem getting a bay to hit because I was using the facility in the mornings. I had problems with the electronics that we were using. I couldn't get it to sync with my phone or to display. The two bays that were available didn't always have both bays working. I could go on, but in summary, I really liked AJ, his teaching and the system in General. Wish I could give it a better review, and maybe it has things (the Bays) working better, as I haven't been there in many months. I wanna give a very special shout-out to Devo Mireles (Baseball/Softball Manager - 117898). Our daughters both just started competitive travel ball/club teams as opposed to just rec fastpitch softball. We went in looking for a bat that we could afford and that would be durable, and the perfect fit for each of our girl's swing styles. He introduced us to all the bats in stock and let us know that they do have a demo bat program to help with our budget for all the other gear we need! Competive level softball gear adds up quick! Devo took his time and made my girls feel confident in each bat they selected in a doable budget for us. Based on my description of needs, he helped me pick out two handfuls of bats for each girl to go try in the batting cage. He was so patient, and kind! He didn't just sell us bats, he gave my girls very valuable feedback on their batting stances, aim, and body mechanics while swinging. Because of Devo the girls were not nervous to keep trying the bats and didn't get bored with the process. He helped them each find different bats in the perfect sizes and weights for each of them! They also left with some free pointers that will be very helpful this season and educated us parent's, as well. Thank you Devo, you're the man to lead that department for sure.! Colorado gifts, Denver broncos, nuggets, and avalanche collectibles. Hunting, fishing, guns, ammo, knives, barbecue supplies, a sportsman's dream come true.
