Absolutely terrible customer service. I arrived right after opening when the salon was practically empty, yet they refused to take me without any reasonable explanation. It's hard to understand how a business can turn away a paying customer when there are open stations and no visible wait. First impressions matter, and mine was that they simply didn't care about earning new business. If this is how they treat potential customers at the start of the day, I can't imagine how they handle people when they're actually busy. I took my business elsewhere, and I won't be returning. By far my favorite nail salon in the area. The all female staff is so nice, detail oriented and professional. The atmosphere is relaxed. They play top hit music, usually have reality tv playing without volume with subtitles and the staff are quiet (not chatting or yelling across the salon, iykyk). Their color selection/ brands offered is amazing too. They do get busy on weekends, so be sure to call to make an appointment. They are great at honoring appointments and sometimes turn away walk-ins in order to do so. I have nothing but great things to say, so please check them out. read more

I really wanted to like this place, went in for a regular manicure, and everything was fine, I could overlook the painful cuticle pushing and the dirty looking tools that are "sanitized", but halfway through, I ended up not liking the color the manicurist was putting on and she said I could find a different one if I didn't like it and I felt bad for changing my mind, but she was nice enough to let me change the color. She was definitely talking about me in another language, which I didn't appreciate. Then after I went to pay she charged me $20 extra for a color change service without letting me know first and then said that she told me which she definitely did not and gave me a lot of attitude. $54 for an average manicure before tip is a lot (I still tipped) and if I knew I probably would've stuck with the original color. Color change is a separate service, shame on them for taking advantage of customers and charging me for 2 services instead of one, because she felt like it, even if she wasn't finished with the manicure when we changed colors. Won't be returning here and would advise others not to go here unless you want surprise charges without communication. EDIT: Should have read the other reviews first before going here. I'm realizing now that manipulating and intentionally overcharging people is a common thing that they do. read more

The prices for a regular gel mani + pedi is very reasonable! I believe gel mani is $40 and pedi is $50. But something to note: they charge $5 for removal even if it was done at their salon. I've been going to Mia and love how detail oriented + gentle she is. She takes her time to clean and paint your nails. Also very sweet! The parking is easy (rare on the west side). I got my nails done 2 weeks & 5 days & I got hard gel, during my service the UV nail lamp was super hot & I kept having pull my hands out & I immediately didn't like my nails they were way too thick & not shaped well at all which is why I got them done again so soon only to discover this. I don't know if it's because of the heat or the chemicals in the product or bacteria from their shop but this has never happened to me before & I can 100% say it's because of how my nails were done here. I don't like to leave poor reviews but I can not let this be ok. I booked an appt for Mona, from a referral, and was 30 min early. When it was time, I now know,Mona couldn't honor my appt because she was working with a customer. Another tech told me to sit at 2, I asked for Mona, she turned around to Mona, they spoke in their native language, then she said ok pick a color. Once i sat down, she began to do my pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre and this was a gift from a friend, who frequents this location and recommends to everyone at her office. I asked for Mona specifically because of the great job she does. I asked my tech what her name was she hesitated and said Mona. Which was untrue and she didn't seem to care about her service. She went very fast and afterwards my feet were not soft and she acted like she didn't wanna give me another coat from the streaking look of the polish. I had to get the front desk lady, who was nice, to help me put my shoes on and give me the hardening spray since I had regular polish. The lady next to me had fans on both feet and the spray offered to her. So I don't think I got my complete service. Once my tech finished, she immediately went to the break room. I was told by another lady that the lady I had was actually named EMMA. So she blatantly lied to me. That is unacceptable considering the area, Beverly Hills, that they service most. I also feel discriminated against, which normally isn't the case for me being a very polite and cordial person. The atmosphere is nice and very luxurious in esthetic but the service from EMMA and Mona allowing the lie to live, when she was sitting right next to me working on another lady, is unsatisfactory at best. I would have respected the fact she was busy and honestly I could have waited because I was referred for her service and that's what I desired. I have never experienced this and I'm not sure if this is the place to go. read more

After finishing my manicure, she told me to its time to pedicure--which defeated the whole purpose of booking both together. The manicure itself was poorly done, yet they still charged me $100.
