As I was running my hands over my legs felt like 2 day old stubble. I noticed a good amount of hair left, though now it's just mega short. It was ripped off, not ripped out. I'd say looking at the success rate, was about 50%. Half ripped from the bottom, half just ripped in half. And on the inside of both of my thighs, there is just a 4x4 inch patch just still there. I also thought my tech would get more butt crack but no. Also, feet and toes were supposed to be part of the leg package and she didn't do them at all. My tech was incredibly friendly, professional, and sanitary. She was fantastic. I really liked her as a person. But the service itself was not at all what I expected. I hadn't shaved in at least a month, more like 2. I scrubbed my legs every night for a week prior, knowing that I was getting waxed today. And did a wash even just before leaving the house. So I'm not sure why so many hairs broke and were left over other than improper techniques. I certainly have photos to show. They look good from far away, but half of the hairs were just broken. A lot of money for how much hair was left over.

When I went back so that they could "fix" the previous attempt, I wasn't charged - though I kinda felt like they shoulda paid me! I'd go there again if you drove and paid for the first cut, and the following "fix it" cuts.

We also had a long conversation where I discovered the conditioners I was using were too heavy. I was doing too much for my type of hair. She gave me so much layering and body, while lightening the weight. My hair is so much easier to manage now and looks 100 times better. I was lucky enough to find an appointment within two days and on a Saturday too! First of all, the location is good and easy to find. It is on high street, so you can get there easily by bus # 2. For someone who prefers to drive, there is a parking area behind the building. Second, the place is so quiet, smells nice and is well-decorated. The light is just perfect and the music is just right! Third, Rosemary is well prepared for her clients, so professional, and enjoys her work. There is a huge different between professionals and amateurs and there is absolutely a big different between someone who enjoys working and someone who does it ONLY to get paid! This is something I've noticed -- Some people are just tired and want to get rid of their work to have some free time for their selves. But in this place with Rosemary, no one will experience these rush feelings. I felt she was enjoying her time even more than I was! She didn't once look at her watch or rush me! Rather, she forgot herself and was immersed in her work! So in my case, instead of finishing at 3:25 she was done at 3:40 pm at the same price! She is relaxed, laid back and nice. Fourth, usually facials are only about the face treatment, but in this place one gets a massage on the shoulders, neck, hands and feet. Your skin and your body will thank you for this visit! I am a student who has no time to review every place I visit, but today I felt it was very wrong and selfish to keep this experience and enjoyment only for myself! I believe this is the first time I gave a place five stars with no a doubt or hesitation! But other than that, this was a great massage, and I've had plenty over the decades. A lot of therapists these days slop through the motions, but Karen really has a pinpoint, accurate understanding of the human body and I give her full props for 90 minutes of targeted, firm pressure body work. Me having slightly arthritic hands, I greatly appreciate her stamina! I left the appointment, amazed with an amount of flexibility in my neck and shoulders I haven't felt in probably 10 years. My 82 yo mom loves it here, too. There's a plethora of skilled service providers and lots of face, body, general wellness treatments to choose from.
