We were fortunate to visit on a beautiful day, so we opted to sit out on their inviting patio, which only added to the experience. With six of us in the group, we decided to share a variety of dishes, starting with two Greek salads. The salads were enormous--so much so that we couldn't finish them. The freshness of the ingredients stood out, with crisp lettuce and firm, fresh cucumbers that added a satisfying crunch. The dressing was perfectly balanced, enhancing the flavors without overwhelming them. Let down experience! My husband and I were visiting Chagrin Falls and came across Etalian. Since they are in a great location overlooking part of the falls we decided to give them a try especially since they had a brick fire pizza oven. We ordered our food and were told 40 minutes - this was quite surprising as the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I can't imagine how long the wait if they're actually busy. Not surprising, since tip is paid upfront with the order that the staff seems uninspired and uninterested to provide any customer service. That said, I can live with bad customer service if the food makes up in quality. Unfortunately, it didn't. The food too was a huge let down. All the pictures that one sees online of how great their pizzas look is deceiving ... pizza was way underdone and doughy.
