This is a gem in Chagrin Falls. Delicious, handmade pizza. Salads are fresh and delicious . The appetizer of the cheesy bread was yummy. The pizza is delicious, not too heavy. Nice, thin crust in a wood fired oven. You can sit inside or outside. The outside tables have always been full when we go so we have sat at the barstools and overlooked the waterfalls. It is pricey and we visit this for beautiful afternoons as a special treat. I wish I could afford it every day. The staff are always polite and greet you. Highly recommend. read more

I've been here a lot of times and the pizza is very high quality. Not many places around make it this style and I've never had a bad pizza. The service is hit or miss. Usually I see what I assume is the manager and owner. He is great, helpful, and polite. Other than him he has a bunch of high school kids working there. Their service is hit or miss. More often than not they are friendly and nice but I've had some rude kids working there too. It's a nice and very clean shop right on the falls so ambiance is great especially if weather is warm and you can eat outside. The price is very high about 14-15 bucks for a small pizza that is typically personal portion sized. Only one size is offered. So because of cost it isn't an every day pizza for me but it is one of the best pizzas around so a great treat. read more

Just off Main Street I stumbled upon this quaint looking eatery. The staff was incredibly welcoming and explained their specials and gave suggestions on shareable combinations. Once I saw the food come out, which was very fast, I started eating before I could remember to take a photo! Highly recommend stopping here if you're in town. read more

Perfectly located in Chagrin Falls! Just opened this week and already sold out of dough! Luckily we were able to order two pies and garlic bread, all of which was delicious! The outdoor patio is perfect for a nice day and great to being your pup! They also have gelato which we didn't try this time, but we'll definitely be back! read more

Might as well eat lunchables. Came here on a date never again. Pizza is heavily overpriced, considering it's the size of a baseball. On top of that the actual inside of the restaurant feels like you're in a shed, nowhere to sit and on top of that who I presume to be the owner/general manager is an insanely snarky and unpleasant old lady. I was trying to enjoy my bite-size $20 pizza with my gf,and the old lady is giving us weird looks and at one point walked past my chair and made a smart comment basically telling me to push my chair in so so she can run around the Home Depot shed sized restaurant to her liking. On top of that I asked for a normal water cup and was denied. instead I was handed a literal fluoride cup. I asked why I cannot have a normal cup for water, and was told that people steal soda from the fountain drinking station. For a place that charges $15 for a bite-size pizza. It makes no sense why they are so worried and stingy about soda considering the fountain machine is eye view with the staff. Looking back I don't know why I just took that but I probably refilled my water cup at least 10 times not joking. Overall, food was OK, however, not filling. This place is more of a snack shack unless you are looking to drop $40 to be filled for just one person. On top of the heavily tax they still have the audacity to ask for a tip before you even receive any of the food. The only service they provide is making your lunchable size pizzas for you. besides for that it is literally serve yourself. They should pay you at that point. Biggest no for me was the old lady not going to lie. Needs to fix her attitude and the way she speaks and looks at customers. read more

There are a lot of places where you go for "pizza", but not a lot of them where you find pizza. Tastes are individual, sure, but history and tradition are not, so true pizza is pizza napoletana and if you try to convince anyone around Napoli that you can get it anywhere else they will fairly scold you out. This brings us to how difficult it is to find really good pizza napoletana all over the world, and Cleveland is no different, with less than a handful of spots with legit offers - I am now more than happy to add ETalian to that list, the margherita - and if you want comparisons you can't go with any other pizza than the real and true one - was delicious, a perfect marriage of the fresh mozzarella, the san marzano tomatoes, and the basil, on a very good dough, brushed up with olive oil. The space is very cute, on a perfect spot over the river, and everyone is nice. Will keep coming back for sure and recommend all (true) pizza lovers to do the same! read more

The hubs and I were extremely hungry and looking for a quick bite. This place was so good! The pizza had great flavor, even amounts of ingredients in the pizza and I was able to get vegan cheese that actually tasted really good! Everyone was kind and the service was quick. Definitely worth stopping by fans trying it for yourself. Also if you sit at the window you get a nice view of the water and the park across the street. Great location/building and a lot of room to grow and get better! No beer on tap, bummer. Wine was crazy expensive for a half bottle. No glassware for my wife and i's beverages They were all dusty and plastic... I liked the owner a lot and wanted to write a review to help make this place better. I ordered an artichoke pizza on a Friday night and the dough was great. A thin bottom which I love , but a fluffy crust. I would recommend adding more of a quantity of topping such as more cheese and sauce, besides that I'd recommend these 10" pizzas to anyone. I do recommend having a different device to cut the pizzas besides normal kitchen scissors. I highly recommend Pizza cutters as they would make the whole slicing of the pizza go faster. The girl who sliced my pizza had a little trouble cutting it and burned herself, and this wasn't the only time I seen her burn herself cutting the pizza. read more

Finally!! A place to get delicious , fresh Naples-style pizza. This is located in charming Chagrin Falls.It is in a renovated historical old mill building on the Chagrin River. It is easy to order- you can walk in and place a contactless order on an iPad and get a text when it is ready. They have a nice little selection of beer and wine. They even have delicious Birra Moretti. I had the Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and basil.The crust is just the right amount of chewy , the sauce is just right, Not to sweet, not too tangy. The only thing I wish this place had was more comfortable seating inside. They do have a beautiful patio. Looking forward to visiting in nice weather. Will visit again for sure. read more

This is a rare gem! Pizza perfectly cooked in wood fired oven. Staff is super friendly and restaurant is clean and located in the heart of Chagrin Falls. We recently discovered this place and have been a couple times. My son has Celiac and food allergies and it is difficult to find places to safely dine out. It was Ok. Food good but customer service not great. Ordered online and they say we ordered 3 mushroom cheese breads. We did not and called to rectify and they just shrugged their shoulders. My kids did not eat do they went in garbage. So poor customer service. Could've just given us 3 cheesey breads to make it better but they chose not too. Probably would have cost them pennies. But now the people I will tell about this will cost them a whole lot more. We live seconds away but will not order again. Too bad. We were excited to have them in chagrin.
