The man who answered the phone, who also sounded like he owned the business, told me very rudely that he's "not doing those deals anymore" even though my coupon was nowhere near expired. When I asked why he said it was because he was breaking off from Harmony Beauty Spa. I said that didn't he have an obligation to honor previously purchased deals and he said "no, I'm not doing that." He offered no apologies or guidance on how to potentially get my money back, and instead was just a total jerk and kind of ruined my morning. The real kicker is that, after a couple of minutes on the phone where it was clear he was not going to be any help, I told him I would be writing him a negative Yelp review, to which he said "I don't care, I'll just pay to take it off." WOW. Clearly no concern whatsoever for customer service. Yelp, if this review is removed or "hidden," I will be shocked, appalled, and mostly totally pissed. Don't play your supporters like that. This business does not care about its customers and is absolutely not worth supporting.

Even just have water available and comfortable sitting if you come in early and need to wait. It's cool inside for them warm days. They have nice chairs for doing or getting pedicures done. I like that the nail tech Julie will keep your nails hands and feet healthy. She will let you know if you need some products for extra treatment. Also; if you are concerned about payment asked her about the form before, so if you want to book or go somewhere else you have that option . She has a very precise and gentle hand - which made the whole thing much easier. It was my first time getting microbladed, so I didn't know what to expect for pain. Xen used a topical to numb the eyebrow area, which helps a lot. She also tells you what she's doing next, which helps so you feel good and aware throughout the process. Healing was much easier than I thought it would be. It took a week of putting on the A&D cream (Xen gave me all the instructions) and it was easy to do. I healed beautifully and could not be happier! It's amazing because I still look like me (which is what I wanted) - but with amazing brows that make my eyes pop! I LOVE them! I wanted them to have a polished, more pronounced look - but not look huge. Xen had different options and really listened to what I wanted. We found the right shape for my face (based on what I wanted) and she took it from there! My mom loved them so much that she got them done too! My dad gave her microblading from Brow & Line as a birthday gift - well done dad! Her brows were sparse and she had to pencil them in everyday. Now she has gorgeous brows from the moment she wakes up each morning! She is so happy! Xen is a total gem! She is so talented, kind, a great listener (she wants to know what YOU want) and a joy to be around! I have been to Athena twice for my brows 10 years apart and I have been extremely happy both times…read more The first time she fixed my blue black pencil thinned brows into something thicker and more natural colored (dark brown). It took a few sessions, but she patiently corrected the blue black ink into a dark brown and added a more flattering thicker brow. This time she turned my microbladed thicker brows that I had done by a master in Hong Kong into the perfect permanent fixtures on my face. I just finished my last touch up today and I cannot be happier with the results. While Athena is on the pricier end of the spectrum, you get what you paid for. I have met with many other brow artists and they all lack the vision to be able to do what Athena was able to do with mine. Most of them told me to have them laser removed so they can start over. However, Athena was able to take what was already done and fix it to be more natural. You get what you pay for, so why would you cheap out on your face permanently? My lower lip was very thin and uneven on the vermilion border. It dimpled in when I made a kissy face and pulled towards the scar when I smiled. I went to Athena because I did a lot of research and did not want to mess around with my face. Athena took her time in showing me the different ways to redefine the lip line. I have had several sessions in the past year. She always takes her time to make sure you are comfortable and checks in with you via text the night after your procedure.
