The "spa" is not up to date with microdosing of the neurotoxins, the nurse that was training a injector informed me they are only doing per the label, she obviously has NO CLUE what she is talking about and they have no business administering if they are not up to date with the industry. The staff is fantastic and friendly. I love my appointments here! With Covid, you call from your car when you arrive and they come down to let you up. I barely notice the laser for my neck/chin appointments, and the technicians are always professional and kind. We have the greatest chats! I have been going to this place for about 3 years and I finally decided that I deserve so much better. For the past 3 times they have insisted on adding more product to my face than needed. I call and order what I want, get the pricing and then show up for my appointment and every time get talked into more and about $200 extra in price. She tells me "that I NEED more" and that I "won't be happy with what I've asked for." The last time I ended up with one droopy eye brow and this time I have a permanent frown across my brows! I called and left a message with no response and then called again. I asked to speak to the injector (the doctor's wife) and the gatekeeper told me that she would give her the message. That was over a week ago and no call back. They did tell me that it isn't reversible and that "in a couple of months it will soften." I am done with them. About 3 months ago I started laser hair removal and I have been incredibly pleased with the results. horrible!!! I got dysport and they did it completely wrong and my face is uneven. Most embarrassing experience ever. The nurse assistant was talking way too much about her personal life during the procedure. She grabbed my hand to look at my nails while I was trying to hold cotton on my face at one point. Totally botched work and un professionalism. They also said I was bleeding when my eyes were closed and I felt something drop down my face and it was not blood it was dysport that was supposed to be used on me and they dropped it down my face! DONT GO HERE!!!! I will never let them touch my face again! The guy that did this to my face is named Anthony! Also when I finally spoke to them about my issues they asked me if my sister who is a medical professional could call I'm a prescription for me... Totally UNETHICAL. Which makes me think they don't have a supervising physician working with them or else they could of got me the prescription that actually wouldn't of even worked for the botch job they did. Horrible. Went in for my Botox treatment and the staff was so interested in selling me on their other products and not treating me for what I was in for. After a week there was still so much movement in area's treated. The insist you need more but other doctors seem to have no trouble with the same amount. I went in for my furrow lines between my eyes, pretty routine. They told me how many units I needed, as they are the professionals.... $220.00 and 7 days later, I still had the very same lines or 11's as it is called. I figured I needed more, also my eyelids now looked triangular and jack-o-lantern like... not how I have ever looked in my life! However I still believed they eyelids would correct themselves. I reached out and expressed my concern. They had me come in for a follow up, the nurses wife, yes, the nurse who does the injections and procedures is a man, which is fine, he is not a Dr., anyhow his wife stated she thought I looked fine. Each time I was speaking she interrupted me, I was unable to complete any sentence. She talked over me and was completely rude. I was willing to pay for more units, she was unwilling to hear me or listen to my request to purchase more. She continually interrupted me to say I looked fine. I was not asking her how I looked, I was stating I still had the frown lines and wanted to see what could have been done. I would never go back to someone so rude and inconsiderate. It saddens me to have to write this review, but after 3-1/2 months of trying to get resolution, I am forced to keep others from having my same experience. I paid over $1000 for 2 vials of Restylane - I was told the results would last 6 months at least. This is NOT true. I had immediate results of lines around my mouth that went away. Two days later the lines were back. I sent e-mails, pictures, and went into the office but the only offer I got was to come in again & pay their price ($300) to get another syringe with the comment below. Why would I invest more $ when the procedure did not work the first time? I have been in touch with the BBB & now we are contacting the NM Medical Board. This is a husband, wife, daughter business with background in education? They should not be giving medical procedures with promised, unproven results. Terrible! Botox by Jim, the RN, gave me eyelid droop. He wanted to put 70 units in my face (wow, this is so unusual, especially for a woman nearing 30). I insisted on only 30 units and I still have ZERO movement in my eyebrows. I look like a neanderthal. They even had to give me a glass of champagne because I was so anxious and vocal about avoiding eyebrow droop. Well, I still got the eyebrow droop. 30 years of experience?? Doesnt show. I had read all of the horrible reviews about this place prior to going, and still went because I thought "what the hell, give these people a try. 30 years experience." However, the staff was great. Nice people in general who are well intentioned. Go to a board certified specialist. I would pay triple to have avoided this horrible mess. NO stars given here. I had purchased laser hair removal from them in the past, but always seemed to get the run around. The treatments were never the same and pressure was always put on to purchase more treatments or other services. The last appointment I had was cancelled due to machine failure, however, 4 months late their machinery is still broken. They are not willing to refund and have told me my cancelled appointment was actually for a follow up only and both of my treatments were used at one appointment time ..... Not good and not appreciated. I would be hesitant to utilize their services due to all of these factors. read more

$2600 later... still shaving every day. There were red flags from the beginning. I called more than once to make an appointment for a consultation, even left a message, and did not receive a call back. Went to the clinic in person, and was told they had been calling me and left messages (and yes, they did have my phone number right). Hm. I was then taken in for the consultation for laser hair removal. During the consultation, I was obliquely asked what I do for a living, before being quoted a price. I ended up buying a laser hair removal package and was told then (November 2010) that I would be ready for the following summer after the 6-8 treatments. Two years later (November 2012), I had received 14 treatments and was still shaving every day. As it turns out, I was never a candidate for laser hair removal because my hair is too light. Rather than tell me this up front (i.e. the ethical thing to do), they sold me the package and then repeatedly told me that I just needed more treatments when I complained at each appointment that I was not seeing results. And this is to say nothing about the rude, dismissive, and profoundly unprofessional customer service there. Save your money and your dignity and go somewhere else. read more

BE AWARE OF THIS "MEDICAL" SPA!!! I recently went in for my first laser nail treatment and was treated with disrespect and incompetence for patient confidentiality. While in the waiting room with other patients, the manager Vicky Lester, yells from across the room, "I'm staring to see how bad your feet are." Not only that, but they will pressure you into purchasing more treatments beforehand without offering a grace period for a refund. They smuggled me out of $556 for treatments not serviced, and when I called days later for an immediate refund, they denied me my money back. I quickly sent a complaint through the Better Business Bureau (not surprisingly, they have complaints from customers for the same thing). When provided EYMS's written response, it was full of lies, stating that I was the only one in the waiting room when 3 other people, including my boyfriend, were there with me. I'm telling everyone I know to not receive service from this "Medical" spa. They're extremely conniving and manipulative. I would hate for anyone else to make this mistake. horrible experience at this spa.I have had consultations at a few different med spas to determine what exactly I needed to have done as far as getting a botox procedure for the frown likes in between my eyes. The most units I was advised to use was 25, by all the other Dr's I had consultations with. When I went in to see the RN who injects, she recommended I use 40 units! Twice what I was advised to use by an actual board certified Dr. This made me uncomfortable because it was such a higher number, not to mention the increase in prove i was looking at, so i decided on 30 units. Now after I have had the treatment I understand why they were recommending that I use so much. After three weeks I see a slight improvement if any at all. At this point I have started to research where the injection sites should be for these particular muscles, and now see that the RN did not place the injections in the right place.If I had received the 40 units the placement could have been injected in more places to receive an all over more intense result where none of my forehead would have moved.If they had been placed correctly however in the first place the large quantity wouldn't be necessary and the muscles that needed the treatment would have been focused on and my results would have been Much better.They do not know how to properly inject and so they just try to sell u as many units as possible so they do not have to be as precise about the injections.it took two trips back to get the treatment in the first place because of the aggressive unnecessary up selling, but weeks later when I actually got an appointment I received a phone and email confirmation for one o'clock, and therefore worked my schedule around that time,10 minutes before I was leaving for my appointment I get another confirmation email saying the appt was at 2,when I called to clear things up they tried to reschedule me yet again for weeks later.I had to get upset and ask to speak with a manager. After all of this I was actually approached by the owner to take down my bad review on living social. TOTAL unprofessionalism from start to finish, the price is cheap but you get what you pay for,waste of time and money. I will never return and wouldn't even give it one star if it wasn't necessary to write this review. read more
