My husband just went there today September 23, 2026 to get 2 sterling slivers rings size to a half an inch for $60 dollars each which is a bit high. My husband returned and asked for the rings back! Terrible customer service when my husband return to get the rings back since we were no longer interested in their services. They literally laughed at my husband! Mind you my husband went in bald and with no eyebrows he's currently undergoing cancer treatment and they laughed at him! Karma will be a bitch for laughing at someone with cancer. My wife took her Seiko Solar watch in for repair thinking it was broken when it was simply light starved. She was informed that it would be "sent out" and subsequently was quoted a price more than the purchase price of the watch. Upon return after two weeks the watch was in a plastic bag with the back off, held in place with Scotch tape and the bracelet open missing a pin. I placed the watch under a lamp for a direct charge and all is well. I will go near the place only to register my complaint and hopefully have the watch re-assembled while I wait! read more

A few weeks ago, I fell and bent the pins on my Invicta watch. The company wanted me to send the watch back so they can repair it. The total cost would of been well over $50.00. I asked a co-worker about a jeweler she would recommend and she referred me to Eternity. She swore by them as she's been going there for years. I had this jeweler recommended to me because I needed to get my fiancée's ring resized and this was the only jeweler in the area that would perform resizes in store while you wait. I was a little hesitant because it's not one of the major big name brand stores but I was willing to take a chance in order to avoid the two week waiting period the big names have (because they ship the rings off for resizing). I couldn't be more pleased with my decision, the ring looks amazing and it now fits perfectly. The customer service is also outstanding because we left the store thinking the size was correct but later returned when we realized it was still slightly too large after she would wash her hands.
