They did a wonderful job on the gravestone for my father in 2020. When my mother died at the end of 2024, I contacted them to add my mother's name. Took forever to get a response. Then contact was by text. I paid for the work. As of now (September of 2024), no photo of design, no work done, occasional very delayed text response. I assume now that someone got the number and that all the texting etc was fraud. We will have to report them to tje authorities, to all the facilities etc. And still find someone to add my mother's name to their grave. Horrible, horrible experience. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about the eternity memorial. I dealt with another headstone provider before that was an absolute nightmare. After 7 months I gave up on them and I found the eternity memorial company. After my uncle has passed. I was working on arranging his memorial service which included having a headstone made. I had to finish it before in time for memorial day and it was installed a week after my uncle's memorial day and did not deliver the headstone by the date promised and Mila made a poster for the marker for ceremony day. Overall it took 5 months to be done and she did an excellent job she was very kind and patient with us. Be careful with Eternity Memorial... She was nice in the beginning until I paid the first $50% Went dark on me after she took the second half of my money and would not return my calls or emails Got to the point where I was minutes away from starting over with someone else and finally heard from her .... Treated me terribly when she told me to deal direct with her supplier because she was leaving on vacation and gave me no idea when she would return. When she got back from her trip she yelled at me for dealing with her supplier... go figure that one out. She gave me the number and told me to call her supplier who actually was responsible for getting the job done. She should have thanked me and her supplier for taking the actual work away from her so she could get paid for very little effort I thought I was going to have to file a small claims lawsuit to get my money back. I don't where to start, when my dad passed away we are very sad. Someone from the cemetery give me the number of this place after a couple months of decide where we want to do our dad stone Graves we choose eternity memorial, totally wrong choose. took almost a year to get the stone, the ladie there didn't reply my emails didn't answer my calls and when she did answer, excuse after excuse was all I heard from her. Two month ago the cemetery call us that the stone was already with them. The cemetery call not her and we make the installation payment wait for the 2 weeks and they call me that they can't installation because they receive the stone without the picture we told them to install it and we call and sent emails to the place no answer after almost 3 week mention that was a mistake but she was waiting for the picture that she was going to install it soon. Well that was August 5 and still no picture installed and no even a call from the place with any updates. Totally disappointed if we can have minus 30 start that the qualification that I think this place deserves. Not recommended at all go somewhere else not professional at all. read more

If I could give this service a zero stars I would. I had very unpleasant experience with Mila, as she seems to be only concerned with profit making. I lost money and I got literally nothing for a custom drawing I wanted. I asked to give me a workable electronic copy of the drawing and was told it was not possible. Sketch was done unprofessionally and she would not fix it without additional costs. I wanted to redo the drawing and wanted to get at least something workable for the money I invested. The .pdf file is not something that can be altered. This lady is insensitive and only profit oriented. Customer satisfaction is not her priority... She is not prompt in her replies either. I agree with another customer. I had almost identical experience. Save your money and sanity and find other places, that are interested in making customers satisfied. This business does not. My brother in law passed away last June. My sister and him lived in San Francisco area. I wanted them close, so we arrange for the move and burial here. My sister hired this company to provide marker. We paid a deposit on July first and balance on 8/15 since she said that it was being delivered that week. Well we are in January and still no marker and she has been paid a full amount. I filed with BBB couple of days ago and I am asking her for full refund which again she is not responding. Every month she says, I promise to deliver by the end of the month and no luck yet. It is one thing to scam people but scam a grieving widow is really shameful. read more

Eternity Memorials had many examples and templates to help get me started, along with staff that was willing to give advice when needed. The staff was very helpful and patient with me while I went through multiple revisions until I found one that I felt was appropriate. With all the other headaches involved with dealing with a loved one passing, with regards to finances and other family matters, I was thankful that at least designing the headstone was made easy for me. I send emails and I am lucky to get a response in a week. There is never a clear answer to my questions about when to expect a final proof and who even knows about the marker. The first stone we got was beautiful. However, since it got chipped at the cemetary it had to be replaced. The vendor did not have the same stone so Eternity Memorials had one made with a stone from a different vendor and it looked horrible. Dealing with family losses is a very difficult thing, but working with Mila at Eternity Memorials to complete the memorial marker for my mother-in-law made us feel cared for. She responded to all our inquiries, sent us proofs of the work they would perform and even through the pandemic kept us informed of the process. Back in mid February one of my daughters and I visited Eternity Memorials , LLC. We met Mila, a lovely Lady . We placed our order for my husband's head stone . Mid March everything stopped, due to Covid 19 . I began to worry a bit, after reading some very nice comments as well as some very bad and brutal comments on their web site. I called Mila and I mentioned what I found and let her know my concerns. She was very understanding. Productions had stopped or, only one person was working which slowed everything down but, she promised to do her best and that she will call me to set a date to meet at the cemetery to exchange the merchandise and funds. On June 21st Fathers Day, My family and I met at the cemetery . To our amazement the beautiful head stone was installed! What a nice kind thing to do! We were all in tears! I have been working with Mila since Aug 28th, 2019, I finally had to cancelled my order with her and lost my deposit. She is very difficult to be reached and her turn around time to get back to you is 5 to 6 days. Once finally my design, which I hired someone privately to do it, was ready and submitted to Mila, it took her 2 weeks to get it finalized by her designer. She stated that she was looking for a cheaper designer!!!!!! At the beginning she offered me two method to pay, Cash or credit card. She said it will be an extra 3.5% for card. So the day I was planning to go to the store to pay, she emailed me that their machine is down and not able to accept card. when I asked her the time frame that will be fixed, she said probably couple of weeks. At this time, invested almost month and a half, trying to chase this lady, get the work done, I had so little trust in her. I was afraid she will take my cash and be disappeared until I can chase her for weeks and find her. I was so drained at this time and I told her I want my deposit back, which I had paid in cash, but she said it is non refundable and she only can return a portion of it. I figured better loosing my money than sanity, so I am taking my design to another company, but sure enough I will read the reviews first. read more
