Finally got a install date and 12 hrs before the job was to start got a text on a Sunday night telling me their installer can't make it till the next day. They show up on tuesday and start to remove old floor. Using a toekick saw they damaged my toe kick on my kitchen cabinets. I had to give them a drop cloth to put down on my hardwood floors because they didn't have one. I had to clean grout off of the tiles not just the haze but dry grout. There was thinset on my cabinets. The tile job itself is okay, but there were lots of issues with the installers.

We have gaps in our flooring, places the floor is bent which leaves shiny marks, chipped flooring (from the install) and transitions installed so improperly we can't use 2 of our sliding glass doors efficiently - not to mention the botched job of cutting flooring to fill random gaps. We are on our 3rd customer srvc rep (b/c they keep quitting). We even had a 3rd party inspector come out & report the improper installation. 12 months in & still no resolution- they just keep pushing us off. They now want to send a different contractor out (who gets horendous reviews) to band aid the issue again but I'm sure this itself will take weeks/months. PLEASE no matter how enticing they make the deal to have them install save yourself the $ and the heartache - go elsewhere. They simply don't care about Customer Experience or Satisfaction. They ghost us for weeks on end and then reappear with some BS solution which is actually no solution at all we assume it's all in the hopes that we just give up. Our home reno is at a standstill because we had them handle a whole home install. Worst decision ever!
