Ethan's Eatery is definitely a spot worth checking out. The food was great from start to finish. I ordered the chilaquiles with over-easy eggs, and they were full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The tater tots were crispy, golden, and seriously delicious. I also added a pancake on the side, and it did not disappoint -- soft, fluffy, and just the right touch of sweetness. The waitress was very nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. The place was clean, comfortable, and had TVs throughout, giving it a relaxed and welcoming vibe.
