Just like most of the houses in Highlands Ranch, our roof was partially impacted by the Tornado in June 2023. Due to this, roof contractors got so much of work and this probably became one of busiest season for Roof contractors and they were quoting prices that we have never heard of in the past. I was very adamant that I am going to go with a contractor who is reasonable, transparent and trust worthy. I had rejected several roof contractors mainly because they didn't meet these categories. This is when I heard about Nick from Ethos Roofing through a common friend. He came and did a proper inspection of our roof , took lot of photos , spent enough time with me to explain the condition of the roof and made me understand what needs to be done to fix the roof. Within few days he gave me a quote which was very reasonable . He sent me a contract whin a week, we signed it and the work was completed within 3 weeks. After work was completed, he sent me all the photos of the work. He even discounted few dollars because the work they had to do was much lesser than what they initially anticipated. I had several companies come out to check some nail pops and the overall condition of my roof. Ethos had a competitive quote and the most unique proposal - a winter tune up that would address all my needs. Dean was very knowledgeable and thorough as he took pictures, made notes of all the potential issues/remedies (e.g., caulking, nail pops, etc.) and walked me through it. Dean returned and did an excellent job in giving my roof a Winer Tune up, removing an old satellite dish, installing additional shingles and helping to make my roof look more uniform by painting the various stacks. After leaving several messages with their answering service I filled out the online contact form on their website and weeks later never heard back. We contacted Ethos to look at a minor roof leak we had after the spring 2023 storms. Not only did Bill H respond quickly and professionally, he went out of his way to inspect the damage and give us options for next steps. In fact, he was the one that pointed out that since our roof was relatively new it was probably still covered under warranty. Sure enough, when I looked into it, there was a way we could hold our previous roofing contractor responsible for the repair at no cost. Bravo Ethos! I requested a quote for water leaks on my concrete tile roof. Sam came out and gave me an honest opinion of what he thought was going on. It was tricky and could be a little or a lot. 1 week after accepting the quote, Uriel came out. He took pictures before, during and after and did an amazing job. Mike and his crew went above and beyond to fix our hail-damaged roof. On the initial inspection he took the extra step to look in the attic for venting and insulation. I didn't hire Ethos to replace my roof, but unfortunately my neighbors did. On the first morning of the work, I found the roofers throwing shingles onto my garden and against the side of my house. I was offered a gift card to compensate for the damage. What was a much bigger deal to me is that the roofers also did not clean up my yard sufficiently after they left - I had to ask multiple times for them to return to clean up pieces of shingles and nails. I ended up having to pick up the nails from inside my fence myself and continue to find more. Their representative was annoyed that I expected them not to leave a mess behind on my property. I understand that homes are closer together in my neighborhood, but I felt that Ethos took very little effort to be respectful of neighboring properties as they worked. read more

Rough first impression. Had a leak in our garage from the room. Called and got great customer service to schedule an appointment. I sat at home for 2 hours waiting during the appointment time with no show. Called back and again got a great customer service rep saying she would have someone call ASAP with a new appointment. Still no call back?? Seems the internal team is great but execution of the inspectors doesn't happen. I found this company on yelp based on the positive reviews. I'll keep looking. We called to have our new home's roof checked. We were out of state when our home was built and decided after we moved in the need to have it checked by a professional. We had hail damage on our home from a recent storm. Ethos was one of several contractors I contacted for a quote to repair the roof and siding. Bill Halvorsen was one of the first to respond to my request, and was also the most professional and thorough. We asked for several changes to be made from his quote, and he willing obliged. Ethos was a pleasure to work with! Nick helped me with everything, including the insurance claim, from start to finish. I needed my roof redone and my fence fixed after a hail storm last year (honestly the roof was ancient and needed redone when I bought the home in 2015) and the team got it all taken care of. There was an extremely old solar panel on the original roof that Nick was able to remove also. They replaced several panels that were "soft", fixed all the flashings, replaced the screws holding my swamp cooler on, and painted all the metal to blend in. And they replaced all the gutters and downspouts. AND they did all that for the shed in the backyard too! The house looks so much better now! Bottom line is these guys treat you like family. I was pretty much done with getting estimates for my hail damaged roof in mid-2016 and after 3 estimates had already made up my mind to go with a local company that seemed reliable and competent. My 4th and last estimate was Nick Anest of Ethos, and I almost cancelled but then decided to let him do his thing and then move on. For me this was such a hassle as I had just had the same roof replaced 3 years earlier due to hail damage. It was a time consuming PITA problem with no upside that I wanted to be gone. Nick was up on my roof for a while and when he came down he showed me pictures he had taken of certain parts on the roof and pointed out deficiencies in my last roof install from 3 years earlier. Hmmm, no one else had done that. I told him I had a ventilation problem as the builder had not actually put in attic vents in the eaves, just vent covers. Yeah, somebody took a shortcut and this was not resolved in my previous reroofing as they really didn't know how to handle it. Nick then went on to show me a new passive venting system that would resolve that problem at a nominal cost. He also said I could have my attic reinsulated for a very reasonable cost, since when they were up there they could do that right from the outside by taking a plywood sheet off and blowing in new insulation. Wow, my time-consuming hassle just turned into an opportunity. In short, he blew me away with his attention to detail and product systems knowledge. This guy wasn't just phoning it in, and it wasn't just a "Trust Me" deal, he knew more than any of the other roofers I had talked to and really solved my roof and insulation problems. Yes, it was messy and noisy as all roofing is but in the end I got a new properly ventilated hail resistant roof and a reinsulated attic for a very reasonable cost. Most of the time I take on home repairs myself as I have found that the cost, trouble, and poor workmanship of hired contractors usually leaves me dissatisfied. Nick Anest and Ethos are a rare bright spot in this business. They answer questions promptly on email and text and follow up. And he didn't drop me and addressed all my issues and questions even after the job was done, resolving them to my satisfaction. if you don't want to read all this---just hire this firm, this guy Constantine. They are the very best. Ethos (and owner Constantine) is the only contractor I have ever dealt with that I give a PERFECT rating to. However you rate---5 Stars, a perfect 10, an A+. Starting with an in depth consultation where Constantine not only pointed out the roof damage from hail but also diagnosed damage to the siding that others would not have seen...he followed this up by being present when the insurance adjuster arrived and was instrumental in convincing him that not only the roof needed replacing but the siding needed repainting and then to top it off, found a few issues with the deck surface and convinced him to sand and re-stain the deck. I believe only 1 out of 1000 contractors would have determined this- the other 999 would have been deck only. More----after the adjuster gave his estimate, Constantine called him back out, took him to roof and proved the the existing roof was a higher quality, more expensive roof material than was estimated, getting me a better roof. Finally, his crew was professional, thorough, high quality, efficient, as quiet as possible and did a perfect install job. He then helped me get an extension for painting due to the approaching winter, and those are difficult to come by. He served a general contractor and coordinated with painting firm to insure everything was done for siding and deck on time and of the highest quality. This past summer, June 2018, hail plummeted my house. I watched hail damage my roof, my windows, my screens, my air conditioner, my deck, my gutters, car and plants. I was sitting having dinner thinking what am I going to do....then came a knock on the door, which was literally 3 hours later and it was Dean Cerrone. It was like having a knight in shining armor arrive at the door. Ethos/Dean Cerrone, had given me an estimate 3 years prior and I was very impressed with the professionalism and honesty....(I didn't qualify for a roof, 2015 at that time!) However, on June 19th, I did! He went right to work getting up on the roof, taking pictures, I received an estimate a few days later and everything has happened like clockwork. Dean was with me when the appraiser came to the house. He went over all the paperwork with me to help me understand. He was in communication with me throughout the entire process. I have a new roof, gutters, stained deck, air-conditioner, windows/screens.... all replaced in a timely manner due to Dean's due diligence. I have not had to contact any of the contractors. I would recommend using Ethos as your General Contractor. My contact Dean Cerrone was very professional and really helped me out when I needed to take my home owners insurance company to arbitration. They were refusing to repair the back of my house and paint it. We won the arbitration and my insurance company did the right thing and repaired and painted the back of my home. Roofing was completed in 2 days and an upgraded ventilation system was put on above the attic to help vent more of the heat in the summer. Dean even helped me put all the window screens back since the painters never did that. I would use Ethos again if the need came up. read more

Ethos removed an old swamp cooler off our roof and patched it up with decking and shingles. We have no comparison, but we thought they did it for a reasonable price.
