Adding new prescriptions has also been simple. What I really appreciate is their efficiency--my orders are processed quickly and delivered to my doorstep the very next business day, which is incredibly convenient. When I call to check on prescriptions, I've noticed that some staff members are more knowledgeable and helpful than others, but overall the service has been reliable. So far, I've had four flawless deliveries. Thank you to the Placentia Linda Pharmacy team for making the transition so easy!

Driver called me back and said it is the job of people walking on the street to watch out for cars, not his job to watch out for people, followed by him saying the uncensored version of "F*** you" and that he was calling the cops on me. On February 10, 2026 I went with my father-in-law to Specialty Medical to purchase an electric…read morewheelchair. I was the one communicating with the owner, Doug, during the visit and he even texted me the receipt directly while I was standing there in the store. Within a day or two, around February 12th, we decided to cancel the order. From that point forward we spent weeks calling and trying to get a refund. On March 12th I texted Doug again regarding the refund. Screenshots of that conversation are included with this review. In those messages he discussed giving a partial refund and repeatedly asked that we remove the review. On Friday March 13th I personally went back to the store and picked up cash from Doug in the amount of $2,355. Even then the full amount was not refunded despite the order being cancelled almost immediately after the purchase. After I posted my original review about the experience, Doug began calling and texting me asking that I delete it. I have included screenshots of those communications so people can see exactly what was said. Doug also replied publicly to my previous review claiming that I was not a customer of the business. That is not accurate. I was present in the store during the purchase, communicated directly with Doug, received the receipt from him by text, and I was the one who returned to the store to collect the refund. I have also included screenshots of the original review that was removed. People rely on reviews when making important decisions, especially when purchasing medical equipment. Because of how this situation was handled and the communication afterward asking that the review be removed, I believe it is important to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. All of the statements in this review reflect my direct experience with this business and the communication I personally had with the owner. My parents are both in their 90s and they deliver all of their medications directly to their home. I've called their pharmacists on many occasions to get information about particular medications, or to find out when their next delivery will be scheduled and they have always been extra professional and friendly. Their medications are very competitively priced and you can't beat their service compared to big chain pharmacies.
