We will never use this company anymore. No correct information was given on the night of heavy rain pouring. 1. We were ripped: We got quoted $58 over the phone and later we realized it only costs $45 or $30 between Airport and our hotel through its own company's first sent email and other company's quote. We have questioned this but with a lie said the 1st email just a confirmation of our reservation so that he needs to manually change price to raise the fee to "correct" it. 2. No one showed after half hour waited: We were instructed in the email days before arrival that "A representative will be waiting for you at our module, which you will find before the sliding doors inside the airport terminal. In case you don't find the module you can find our staff in the reception area near the Margarita Ville." It was raining hard night, we have to keep checking in and out on both places and standing under the Margarita Ville outside made us wet by the rain badly. 3. Giving wrong instruction by its booth: we eventually boldly walk out of the waiting area to seek for help, then saw its office like booth nearby. We went for asking help, the person told us to go "Number 12" station by bringing us to wrong place then irresponsibly left us right away. We were lost for almost another half hour to figure out what "Number 12" means. 4. Nothing there after found the right spot: we have to run back and forth under the rain at dark night between the stop and its "office" to clarify if that is the correct spot and convey no one there for us. The office carelessly demanded us to just waited there. We kept waiting for another almost one more hour and scared we will standing in this foreign country overnight. 5. Someone showed up but reject to helped us: we finally saw a shuttle with eTransfers logo. We approached the driver, the driver said he is not responsible to our issue and not able to help us even though we requested him to contact his company. 6. Finally someone showed up to help us but let others intercepted our priority: as a result, we were not able to left the airport for about 3 hours after landing, and with whole body totally soaked rain by getting fulfilled its promise of receiving us. In conclude, we were ripped with overcharged and mistreated. read more

Absolutely seamless! I found the service safe, timely and easy to book. ETransfers was recommended by a friend for taking my family from Cancun to Playa del Carmen. I booked our van in advance, staff met us at the ETransfers kiosk and brought our van around to the departures area once we were through customs in Cancun. We were able to meet with my sister who flew in to a different terminal and to pick her up on our way out of town. Our return trip was just as easy even though the roads were very wet. First of all waiting time was supposed to be minimum. We paid extra for premium and waited 30 minutes, others came later and somehow got a shuttle sooner... no flight monitoring you have to check in when you get there. They have no idea if you're there or not. NO discount coupons as advertised no amenities no courtesy stop because the driver didn't speak ANY English. No water for a 40 minute shuttle AND the final straw a last-minute change from a eTransfers Shuttle to another company shuttle Smile&Go with no notice. Extremely Reliable and Best Priced I have used E-transfers five times so far and have found them to be extremely reliable as well as the most reasonably priced. There is always someone right there to meet you at the airport. When we stayed at a resort an hour away from the airport, we got texts to confirm the driver was on his way. And he was right on time. When you are that far from the airport, you don't want to worry about whether the driver is going to show up. E-transfers is excellent about confirming and communicating with you so you never have to wonder if the time/date/place is wrong. After using their service several times without any problems, I can definitely recommend them as a reliable and reasonably priced shuttle service. read more

Book ahead when you can. Most shuttles here require 48 hours notice. You can usually check your hotels' website for a price of what to expect for transportation. You will be bombarded when you walk out of the airport by taxi services. All of the prices they try to get you to pay is nearly double the average. They are high pressure and will hold you there as long as you can. Keep walking if you have to. read more

This shuttle service picked us up from the airport but had to first confirm us via text message. Our first driver Luis was just delightful. Very pleasant very informative. He made us laugh and told us a lot about Mexico. We really enjoyed the ride. However the driver who took us back to the airport on the morning we left ( from Casa del Puerto) was very rude very gruff. No Good Morning. Didn't tell us his name. Didn't say goodby at airport. Complained that we got sand on the floor of his vehicle. Did not talk during the ride. Just ride. So getting a good driver is hit or miss we guess! I am very impressed with the communication and customer service. I contacted 'e-transfers' via the chat option early in the morning to ask if they could arrange a shuttle for me for a couple of hours later so I could book a last minute flight out of the country. We moved our chat over to Whatsapp and the communication was very easy to understand and they were quick to respond. The shuttle was 3 mins late, and when I replied to the chat inquiring for after the ETA, they replied saying they would look into it straight away. We paid for a private shuttle and it was clean, and the service was great. We got to the airport ahead of the estimated time. The only thing which I think could be improved is the consistency of the name e-transfers vs airport hotel shuttle (or however else it may be shown). When paying for a service in a foreign country, this inconsistency made me a little nervous. read more

Hello, our pick up by Jerson this morning from Playacar was awesome! He was very polite and respectful. Unfortunately with our round trip from Temptation resort back to Sandos playacar our driver was very rude. His name is Manuel. When I asked if he was there to pick up Chrystal he just stared and gave no answer. When I asked again he said yes I've been waiting. I replied by saying yes I apologize we are 5 minutes late (our pick up time was at 5:45 and we arrived at 5:59). Very rude to all of the passengers. Did not make us feel comfortable at all. Prompt, safe, and accommodating. We booked a private roundtrip transfer from Cancun to Tulum, Mexico. The representative from E-transfers was already waiting for us as we exited the airport and our driver showed up 5 minutes later. We were driven to our hotel in a comfortable air conditioned shuttle and were even accommodated by stopping at a bank to use the ATM. They immediately sent me emails with confirmations and detailed instructions on how to find them at the airport. The team at the departures area was very helpful and we had a car arrive within 10 minutes or so. Our driver out to the resort was Israel and our drive back from the resort to the hotel on our return trip was Guadalupe. They were both very friendly and good drivers. The return pickup driver was early but was communicative on Whatsapp. The price was also very reasonable - in fact a lot less than what some others were advertising. First our flight was delayed getting into Cancun, so instead of 250p, it was 7p and ETranfers let us know they were aware of the delay throughout our day. Once we landed, getting through customs was easy, and once we got outside, it took me a minute to locate the etransfer employee. Be aware, you will be dang near accosted buy people trying to steal a fare. Now onto our greeter. Forget his name, but he was polite and had me and my wife wait while he escorted another family to their ride. We were then met by Darwin, super friendly and professional. I opted for the suburban upgrade for our two hour ride to Tulum. As Darwin escorted us to the vehicle, he took our bags and loaded them into the rear. He then opened the door for us, and waited for us to be seated. He wore a mask and had sanitizer inside the vehicle. The suburban was clean and was a newer model. Leather seats, the works. We looked at other folks getting into vans, and we were glad to have paid the extra money. Conversation (he spoke English and I practiced my español lol) was nice along the way, he drove safely, and got us to Kore without any issues. Was extremely satisfied with ETranfers. Our return trip was equally satisfying with Mario being our driver back to Cancun. He showed up literally right at the time we were quoted lol. Got us back to the airport and directed us to our terminal for our return flight. Extremely friendly and invited us back next week lol. Satisfied with ETranfers. They all work together to get the most money out of you. They quoted $85 for three people. After trying to ignore him for 20 minutes of him following and yelling at us he finally offered $20 per person ($60 total) and that the Taxi was ready to go. HE LIED and charged us in pesos which we didn't know came out to $75. NOT $20 per person like he said. We were stuck with them at that point because they would not refund us and we had TO WAIT 30 minutes in the Sun for the Taxi to come. When he said "the Taxi is right here ready to go". We used eTransfers for personal transport from Cancun to Tulum. The driver was punctual and professional. I appreciated the communication in advance about where to meet, what to expect, etc. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the driver took us to the wrong hotel. We ended up having to take a taxi to the correct hotel (which wasn't far away, but still). The trip back to Cancun was smooth and accommodating. We changed our pick up time to an hour earlier and the driver came a half hour before that. It was really easy to communicate through WhatsApp. I recommend the service...and checking to make sure you've reached the right destination before getting out. read more

Our pick up for my group of 15 was rocky, instructions stated upon arrival to call local number and that an e-transfer rep is at the airport 24 hrs and would be easy to identify as a rep would be holding a sign displaying "e Transfers." Did not happen. Not one airport representative knew who e transfers was, after MANY attempts of calling e-transfers (no answer), airport security finally called other terminals and finally located our driver, this was approximately 50 minutes after scheduled pick up time. We also had 1 other pax pick up at different terminal, however there weren't enough seats to accommodate my group. When I ordered, it clearly stated I was reserving a van that would accommodate up to 17 pax. Our return pick up did not go smooth. I requested a pick up 30 minutes early as the pre-scheduled only allowed us 1.5 hours to check in, they could not change our pick-up time. At time of pick up, I physically walked down to hotel pick up area and asked a guy (not wearing a branded shirt) if he was with "e-Transfers", to which he said No, you need a ride to the airport?" I said No, we were waiting on our driver. Needless to say, 10 minutes later, our hotel bellhop called my name, it was the same driver who I'm assuming misunderstood me when I asked "are you with e transfers"? This must be a new company, but PLEASE have your drivers wear a shirt of have a large poster that reads "E-TRANSFERS". read more
