After signing up as a Satellite Swimmer, I had to chase down the promised monthly workout files every single month. I got the workouts for September IN JANUARY after multiple e-mails to Coach Mike and anyone else I could contact. I mean, if you can't get the workouts to me, I guess that's fine, but after experiencing the total failure that is the Satellite Swimmer program, I requested to be removed from the team in January 2018, April 4th and again on April 26th. I was charged AGAIN, and they are now saying that they don't "issue refunds". Here we are almost in May and I'm still waiting for the workouts from February, March and April. I don't think it's considered a "refund"when I never got what I paid for in the first place. I am really understanding when people make mistakes, and my multiple e-mails over the last few months requesting workouts over and over again, show that I have a pretty long fuse. But when a group makes MULTIPLE mistakes without any remorse and then tries to scam me out of money and tells me they won't do anything to fix their errors, well I'm just not OK with that at all. There are so many amazing Masters Teams out there, I really recommend steering clear of a group like this.

The way he interacts with children, motivates them while keeping classes silly and fun, is truly impressive. The company itself is also incredibly helpful. My daughter had a broken leg that prevented her from swimming, and the team helped us put our lessons on pause without forfeiting her recurring slot with Maxim, and even refunded us for her missed lesson the weekend prior. We've been incredibly happy with our time at Waterworks, both the customer service and professionalism of all the staff, as well as the skills Maxim helped our daughter learn.

Come to think about it, I look back on that time, and despise myself for the continuous monotony of lap after lap after lap in this 25 meter pool. Other than the emotional trauma caused by repetitive action, this pool is actually pretty nice. There are lots of chairs, a nice jacuzzi, and a 13 foot deep section with a diving board. Perfect fun for a hot summer day. As with all Woodbridge Village Association facilities, the Stonecreek Swim Club is maintained and cleaned multiple times daily to ensure a perfectly sanitized swimming environment. The only downside to this location is that the swim team takes over from 4:00pm to 6:30pm daily.

Avoid being alone on the trail or be cautious because many homeless camps have been on the trail. The benches need cleaning and definitely avoid the steel looking benches. The pool definitely should be open more than it currently is to attract consistent activity. It looks like the city is trying to pay more attention to the park after the pickleball courts. The football field is exclusive to schools. The tennis courts and volleyball courts see considerable use during the weekend. The volleyball community will kick you off the court even if the "other guys haven't arrived". I saw a patrol car on the trail investigating some of the homeless camps under the bridges. Anywhere but investigating the ones in the park.

Update (dropped review from 4 star to 3 star):…read more Overview: * Class instructors are challenging and engaging and there's a decent amount of offerings. * Personal Trainers are great * Hygiene is not up to ideal standards for mens showers * Cold plunge has occasional mosquitoes (annoying sometimes) -------- Pros: * Physical Trainers are top notch, Blake was amazing & helped fix my form for workouts & as an accountability partner during my first bulk. Under Blake's guidance I gained 15 ibs of muscle within 2 months and am still shocked. * The main differentiation are in the instructors. From my experience the instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and definitely push you. * Compared to other gyms this is the only one I found that had swimming coaches which is an added plus -------- Cons: * Ideal cleanliness and hygiene are inconsistent in the male lockers and showers. Showers can be clogged and stay clogged for a while (especially at the location on main) * Not the best place to find a down to earth community * Misuse within mens sauna carrying in devices and synthetic fiber clothing which can cause respiratory irritation etc * Ice baths have a ton of surrounding mosquitoes around which is not ideal
