A machine that I used was clearly broken and it did not spin my clothes. My clothes were wet and soggy, very disappointing. I told the attendant about it but he didn't refund me or offer anything to help me out. I found this to be pretty sad customer service. I washed my load again in another machine, paid another couple of dollars, and then put them in the dryer. I ended up spending about 40 extra minutes here because of the broken washer. This laundromat is clean with lots of new machines capable of handling multiple loads (1, 3 , 4 & 8 loads). The 3-load machines costs $5.25. You can pay directly with your debit card or purchase a laundry card you can pre-load with money using your debit card (located on back wall). They have 1 restroom in the back. And there's a huge fan on the ceiling with the doors open which makes the temp inside comfortable. They have standard dryers which costs $0.25/4 min. They also have free WIFI & free powdered laundry soap. However, you can buy liquid laundry detergent, fabric softener & dryer sheets from the attendant on duty. The prices are clearly marked. The reason for the 4 stars is I wish they had commercial grade dryers which can dry comforters quickly (even if it costs a little more) & an app to load money & monitor the time of the wash & dry cycles for each machine you're using. read more

To whom it may concern, My name is Michelle Uvero. The very first encounter I had with Maria, was when I was asking her to reload my Wash N Go card. She responded very rudely, saying that I can reload it using the ATM. I told her that I don't know how to use it, she got mad. Because she said that it was hard to type my card information on the tablet. I let her teach me how to use the ATM. After two weeks, I came back to reload my card again, I came to her and asked her to help me reload it. She pointed out that I should use the ATM again. But I told her that I still didn't know how to use it. She got mad and took my card forcefully, with attitude, out of my hand. Since then, every 2-3 weeks when we come back, she would give my family an intense glare. She would make us feel uncomfortable every time we stepped foot in this laundromat; especially when we need to ask for help or ask for the basic needs such as soap. She would slam the bucket in our faces and would continue to give us dirty looks. We have been very patient with her and not make any complaints, until 2/29/24, around 5:40 PM. She saw us again and gave us another death glare, slammed the bucket in front of us while we tried getting soap. And while I was getting soap, she came up to my children telling them not to stuff up the laundry machine with clothes. I saw her come near my children and as a parent, trying to protect my children, I went up to her and asked what the problem was. She ignored me but continued to talk to my children, I got very mad but I just had to ask what the problem was again. She then told me that we need to stop stuffing the laundry, even though there was still room left. And it wouldn't have affected her. So, I told her to leave my children alone and that I will continue to do my job and she should stick to hers. Then she came back to the counter, and I went back as well to get soap. And as she would, she slammed the basket in my face until the soap spilled all over. I asked her for her name, and I asked her for her managers name. I left and came back seeing her talking on the phone, speaking Spanish, and gave me a number telling me that was her manager. I then talked to Brenda, who claimed to be the general manager. And it seemed like she was defending Maria; she claimed that the store camera had audio and visuals and she "saw" and "heard" what happened. I felt like she was just trying to defend her employee. So I started asking her for the owners actual number because I felt like she wasn't bothering to fix the problem. But instead, defending and siding with her employer/coworker. She then asked me what I wanted. I said that I wanted Maria to apologize. She then raised and signaled that she refused. Brenda kept apologizing but I continued to tell her that her apology was not necessary. I wanted Maria to apologize. Brenda said she will do an "investigation". However, I just told her than I needed to talk to the owner, since I did not trust her to take care of this situation. I don't think a loyal customer should be treated this way, just for asking for favors from an EMPLOYEE who needs to perform their job. Why do I have to be retaliated, just because I was asking for an assistance? The one in plaza Blvd is the best. I almost don't want to write a review because it seems like everyone comes to this one because of how nice and clean it is. it's HUGE by the way. The staff are all very nice, they remember me and my little family. Always saying hi to me and my kids. when I come alone they ask about how my family is and ask about my daughter it's a very family friendly environmen. This place seems to be under new management. The location is in a busy shopping plaza off Plaza Blvd. in National City. The laundry facility is clean and all of the machines are new. The past 6 months my husband started to drop off our clothes instead, manager Alondra started to be extremely friendly to the point of getting my husbands # from the clothes drop off receipt. She would text him things like "your smile is beautiful, etc". Long story short I personally dropped off the clothes this last time, told the lady to let Alondra know that We said hi, well when we picked up the clothes we were missing all he's white clothes. We called tried to find it and were referred by the lady in this location that my husband can call Alondra to get this resolved personally. I normally love and rave about this little gem. Attendants are really nice, turn around is 24 hours and clothes are always neatly folded. I don't know what changed. But the clothes I sent were washed with a different detergent, and it is super chemical smelling. I opened the bag and instantly got a headache. I don't ever remember my clothes having this much of a cheap chemical detergent. Normally if there is any damage, they tell me, this time a new shirt was completely ruined, there are stains all over it that were not there before. See attached picture. After one wash it looks old, and I have not even worn it, it came straight from the store. I do not like how when the wash bras they turn the cup in to the other, especially if there is padding, they ruin the structure. I had a whole load of expensive bras that landed in the trash due to damage to the cup. Today was literally my worst experience. I have been a dedicated customer since this place has been in business. Started using the drop off service weekly about 2 years ago and thanks to the new "manager" Brenda I will be taking my laundry elsewhere. The constant turn over of new employees is astonishing. Brenda speaks very little english and has no idea how to communicate effectively. After picking up my laundry this week I noticed a number of items had bleach stains and color transfers. Brenda told me she would "give me a 25 dollar credit!!!!!"I don't think so! 25 dollars won't even cover the pillow case that was ruined. Instead of asking what she could do to resolve the issue, she had the audacity to try to argue and over talk me on the phone , and said "I don't know who gave you my number" ! Every employee except for Lena needs to be retrained. Lena took full accountability for the mistakes and offered to pay for the damaged items. Her doing that was enough for me and I told her it was okay and mistakes happen. I thought it was resolved until I got a call from Miss Rudeness telling me what she was and was not going to do. She loves to throw her manager title around when in reality she doesn't have the authority to do anything. I'm convinced the homeless people that sleep in front of the building could do a better job than she can. read more

There has been a lady going around cleaning since I've been here. It's in a pretty busy shopping center that has a baskin robins right next door, as well as wings & pizza so I got lucky with parking. This is the first laundry mat I've seen offer soap & that has free WiFi. Every time I come in, this place is so clean, and the staff are very nice. I had even forgotten my change in the coin machine (put in $10, got $5 in coins and forgot to take the $5 bill in change) and the ladies found me to make sure I got my money. What a great staff! If I forget to bring my favorite detergent, they have complimentary detergent for customers. This is my favorite spot because it's clean, relatively quiet (they have music on, but they don't blast it like in some places) and not crowded. The machines are in great shape, too. I've been to places where so many machines are out-of-order, but this place takes great care of their equipment. The machines still look and run like new. You also have the option of paying via coin or card. There's a machine that dispenses quarters and a machine that dispenses laundry cards. I like the option.
