I've waited for over forty five minutes past my appointment time (multiple times) just to be called back for very impersonal, rushed meetings. My medication doctor, NB, rarely makes eye contact with me. He is not concerned with my struggles, and just really doesn't care about what I have to say when I explain how I have been doing in regards to my mental health. My insurance requires three month supplies for some of my meds. I've told NB this multiple times. He never feels that it is "necessary" so then it becomes a hassle and a waiting game to get the meds that I need. He makes me feel ashamed that I do not go to therapy. Even though EVERY appointment I tell him that I do not have the funds. Every. Time. He says "Well don't you have health insurance?" Yes. I do. But it is still $35.00 out of pocket every two weeks for therapy meetings. He is very uncaring. I'm moving out of state and only have to see NB one more time. I cannot wait to be separated from this place. Forever. The customer service is awful. I dread each time that I have to see or speak with anyone at this mess of a facility. The one star is for my wonderful therapist that I was able to visit twice, Cassie. Thank you Cassie.
