The servers were all working at full speed, serving and meeting the requests of all the patrons. Our server, MASON, had just been triple seated when we arrived, so it took a bit of time for him to greet us, but he was extremely pleasant and promptly brought our cocktails and meals. He even took the time to socialize with us briefly at the end of our meal because he went to a local school that we all knew. We appreciated his personable service, even though he was very busy. I want to express a shout out to the KITCHEN STAFF. They were swamped with many orders and the grill and kitchen were HOT! Also, I appreciated the wheel man who was able to keep all the orders coordinated. Management, at the end of the night, these cooks need a beer (or two) as they navigated an extremely hot kitchen and probably hundreds of orders. Red Door is a not to be missed Monday night. However, in looking over the menu I saw they had a variety of sides. I asked if I could change me sides, which they were more than glad to do. I got the carrots and the cornbread. The carrots were delicious and there was a lot of them. The cornbread tasted good but was a little dry. Next time I would stay with the carrots but try something else. As I said the pork chop was very big and I took about half of it home. When I placed my order the waiter asked if I wanted to order a second pork chop, which I passed on. However, next time I may take him up on the offer and have an additional one to take home. All around I give it 5 stars. Also, we asked about desert. There was no desert menu nor a desert tray to help us make a decision. The waiter did rattle off the desert options, however this was kind of busy to follow. I've rarely had a subpar experience at any of the locations nor was the case on this trip. I had the classic Three wings and fries and a couple tasty beverages and a lot of awesome camaraderie and fun! I really do think they have the best if not one of the top 3 chicken wings in the city. The bartenders are always nice and they keep the drinks full! The peanut is one of the few places that have been able to keep their prices moderate and their quality intact.
