Cheeseburger & Fries
Amy L.

We were in town for a show at The Roxy/Mahalls and Eugene's is a quick walk down the street. A little confusing initially how to order, walk in toward the back of the location and there is a small window where you can order food within the Bottlehouse Brewery. Simple focused menu, reasonable prices. My husband got the burger and house made fries and I got the small house salad with added fried chicken tenders. Easy pay with credit card and they give you a number that you can take to any seat you find. No soda other than bottled root beer at the bar, but iced water is available for others that don't drink. My husband's smash burger had plenty of cheese and was well seasoned, the fries are amazing and highly recommended. My house salad was excellent, not just an afterthought with included spicy marinated cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh spring mix and feta. The salad dressing was a green goddess - it was amazing, flavorful and bright. Their house made sauces were all wonderful and they should be bottled. Their bbq sauce was spicy and sweet and Dilly ranch is a must try. Highly recommend paying extra for their sauces - may have been my favorite part of the meal. The added fried tenders were only $5, great deal as they are freshly made, large portion and perfect with their sauces. Service was kind and efficient, great overall experience.

Be aware that this business does not have a sign outside; it's joined with a brewery. I went to the Cleveland Heights location. * Hot burger * Hot fries * Everything tasted good (thick bacon, nice patties, toasted bun) * Possibly the best smash burger in Ohio * CBD beer with burger +2 points Gryffindor * I wanted to eat it all, but I would have been mad if I had none later, so I took some home. I have really started to enjoy food places in the area that do not operate for full-day dining. Options that are only open in the afternoon have become a personal favorite of mine. Friendly staff. The food is always super fresh compared to places open all day; the extra charge is worth it.

Vegan Diner Burger

Their kitchen in the back of bottle house is a great location. Service was quickly and friendly. I had the vegan diner burger, tasted great but I don't think the burger and (not included) side of fries was worth the price just under $20.

Located inside the bottlehouse brewery and Mead hall, you can grab lots of options here. There are snacks as well as full meals on the menu. We choose a Pretzel which had nice flavor and dips. It arrived quickly and paired nicely with our beer samples.

Best fish fry in town!

One of the best burgers in Cleveland. The best fish fry in Cleveland during Lent.

First time having a smash burger, it was delicious. Tenders were also good. We enjoyed the good, will definitely come back.

Pure goodness!!! Chicken finger, fries, dipping sauces: special sauce, black garlic aoli, spicy aioli

Always fantastic food and friendly service! My favorite burger in Lakewood. Love the chicken too, with lots of sauces.

A good selection of bourbon and cocktails that are just as delicious as their BBQ. Combine that with friendly service and a chill ambiance you will want to come back.

We ordered beers and as luck would have it, I was able to order their last available rack of ribs for the evening (my go-to barbecue item)! We also got some beef brisket and a few sides to share. Overall the meats were tasty, but there were a few issues with the meal. The ribs had a nice dry rub seasoning on them and were quite tender. The brisket also had a good bark, but was a tad dry. In terms of available sauces, the Kansas City sauce was thick and tangy, but the Proof sauce was not good at all...I just could not put my finger on what about it I didn't like n its flavor profile. The coleslaw was shredded with vinegar and quite dry, the mac-n-cheese was only semi-gooey and the fries (although tasty) were limp from being undercooked. Bottom line was thumbs up on the meats and thumbs sideways (or down) on the sides. Wil most certainly give them another try as I am a BBQ junky, hoping the outcomes are slightly better.

It's a cute little place right near the lake with white brick walls, a casual atmosphere, and phenomenal service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and sat right away. Our waitress truly went above and beyond for us, making our visit feel extra special!! Everything is so fresh here--they even make their own pretzels and sandwich bread from scratch! We shared a Soft Pretzel served with house-made brown butter cream cheese which was absolutely delicious. For mains, I got the Cheese Steak Dip and my husband got the Surf & Turf. Highly recommend checking them out!

Sandwich was good, but a little heavy on the lettuce. We also got the chicken skins with ranch, which of course are the best part of fried chicken. This dish was raped about by Michael Symon and Guy Fieri. We also got some french fries dusted and hot spices which we need more ranch dressing for. Very good, but we need to go later on dusting next time. We also got a brown sugar rice crispy treat which we got one to split and then we ended up getting a second one because it was so good. Cheers, the good company
