I'll admit, the name didn't give me the intrigue to try this restaurant sooner. I think I may have passed over it in the past because it didn't catch my eye. However, I am so happy that I tried Eurasia Ramen 3. The food ranges from ramen to pho to sushi, and it doesn't suffer as a result. In fact, the ramen that I had was some of the best I've enjoyed in Austin. Likewise, the sushi roll that my fiancée ordered was also excellent by her standards. I think the best part of the experience was the speed of service. You order on a small tablet and pay there, independent of a server. They bring your food out to you when it's ready. All of this took place in a matter of about 15 minutes. This meant that on a casual weekday evening we were able to quickly stop in, and enjoy some fantastic Asian cuisine in about 45 minutes. This makes it a perfect place for a casual weekday dinner that doesn't break the bank. Prices were very competitive and fair, and while portions were small, I'm still very happy with the food overall as I prefer excellent portions that are on the small side to larger portions of questionable quality. There is nothing worse than a restaurant who can't even be bothered to update their info. We drove 30 min. to get to this place. Arrived at 9:04 pm, only to have them turn us away because they "apparently" close at 9pm. When the sites; Yelp, Google and even their building window clearly stated they close at 10pm. Beyond annoying and frustrating. How much time does it really take to update your hr information honestly. read more

We live in the neighborhood and started getting ramen here basically as soon as it opened (which was a few days ago? a decade ago? the pandemic has totally ruined my internal calendar) and we continue to eat here once a week at least. We've had all of the ramens and some of the pokes and everything is just so delicious. It's also really fresh and well put together (seasoning/ingredient combinations are just perfect). My partner loves the spicy ramens and has tried all of the different ramens. I on the other hand can never bring myself to have anything but the curry mozzarella ramen. I used to get other stuff but listen it's so good and I am absolutely obsessed. The interior of the restaurant looks great and clean, though we haven't eaten there in person yet. The staff are lovely. The online order and pick up system works smoothly. We're big fans. See you soon Eurasia! read more

The food was mind blowing...we still can't believe how good it was. We're just sitting here with full bellies and can't stop talking about each of our dishes! We got a variety of ramen, including the GF/Veggie one, as well as the veggie sushi roll. Everything was delicious..melt in your mouth, well seasoned, fresh...the broths had depth in flavor. The environment was chill, very clean & modern. The service was spectacular...I have dietary restrictions that can be a pain to navigate, and not only did they have excellent options...they were very patient and understanding..talked me through the menu items in detail and helped me build a meal. Very accommodating...it was refreshing to be treated so well. And it was literally one of the best meals I've ever had, especially considering my restrictions. This is my go-to neighborhood place for any occasion - by myself in my sweatpants, catching up with a friend in town, or to impress a date. The bento boxes are great, but the ramen is the best menu category. Especially if you're vegetarian or vegan, they have multiple delicious option for you. As an omnivore, my favorite dish at the whole restaurant is the current vegan ramen special with kale noodles and ground impossible "pork." One time I came with a friend and his dog, who is small, quiet and well behaved, and even though I'm not sure you're technically supposed to bring dogs inside, they didn't kick him out because he wasn't being disruptive. It was very nice of the staff and they are always a pleasure to deal with. The tablet ordering stations also make it really easy to queue and order. read more
