Finally got a chance to try Ramen Eurasia's ramen thanks to a 75% off DoorDash credit. Got the miso ramen with double chashu and an extra ajitama egg and the subtotal was just under $20. Even without the extras, their ramen is a tiny bit pricier than it's competitors. But they definitely win with some of the best tasting chashu around... the Yelp reviews are true! The flavor of the ramen was tasty, but I had wished I had gotten the spicy miso ramen. My problem is I never know how spicy it'll be. Anyway, I kicked it up myself with some Yellowbird ghost pepper condiment and it reheated great. I don't care for corn in my ramen so I'll have to remember to remove that next time. read more

The black tonkatsu ramen was amazing! The chasu was ridiculous--tender, perfectly carmelized, and they give you two slices! Great noodles, great ajitama egg and bamboo shoots. The broth was excellent. It could have a tiny bit more depth of flavor, but honestly, that's just splitting hairs. I really loved the way the black garlic commented all the other flavors. They are currently doing both dine-in and takeout, and there weren't many people eating in, so we felt pretty comfortable doing so. Friendly service too. My husband and I ordered takeout from DoorDash this evening and it was our first time to try Eurasia Ramen. We ordered the black tonkotsu ramen, adding corn and substituting thick noodles. This was some of the best ramen I've had in a long time. They packaged the food very efficiently so it didn't feel excessively wasteful - they had the broth separate from the noodles and the other items that go into the ramen so everything would be ready to eat once delivered. Delivery took nearly 45 minutes (including preparation time) but the food was perfect temperature-wise. I am looking forward to getting takeout from here again! It was seriously amazing. Best ramen I've had in Austin. I've been coming here multiple times and this place never disappointed me thus far. The prices are pretty decent too I think it's like around 12 dollars for a bowl of ramen here which isn't too bad. I think on here the average price says it's around 15 dollars, the prices on here are inaccurate it's cheaper than that at the actual restaurant. No idea why the prices are incorrect here on Yelp for. My favorite ramens I've had so far is the Tan-Tan Ramen and the Miso Hot Ramen. I can't believe I haven't heard anyone talk about this place before! Ramen and sushi are my favorite foods so I had high hopes for this place. Luckily, my expectations were met. I got the black tonkonso ramen which was creamy and had a rich garlic flavor. I also got the Dang Good roll, not knowing it was fried, and it lived up to its name. What a wonderful lunch experience! I have no faults with the service or food. The order process was a bit different than what I'm used to. We could order using a self-service touch screen, but fortunately there was staff to take orders as well. They have a nice assortment or Ramen and Poke on the menu as well as several choices of Bento Boxes and an assortment of Sushi Rolls. I ordered the Miso Ramen bowl and couldn't be more satisfied. The broth was rich and piping hot with little bits of fat floating on the surface. Yum! The noodles were perfectly cooked and the egg, oh the egg; it was amazing. Pulling up to this place, I was expecting Americanized mediocre food, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was quite delicious. The sushi pieces were pretty cheap at 2 for $5 and were quite fresh. The spider roll was very good although it could've done without the unagi sauce. The black tonkotsu ramen had delicious broth. I came here with my friends today and we all enjoyed the food immensely. The shrimp tempura in the Reaper Ramen was so crispy and flavorful, and the broth itself was delicious. The rice in the Bento Box had some type of seasoning in it that was amazing and complemented the meal well. The So Dang Good sushi roll was also crispy and had a great flavor. Tonight we tried three different ramens from Eurasia - the miso, the basic (light chicken broth), and the reaper. All three were excellent - and each was distinctive and different in its own way. A special shout out to the chashu pork - it was flavorful, nicely grilled, and was neither too fatty or too lean. The ajitama eggs was cooked just right - hard whites but soft yolks. Mmmm. We got takeout - everything was ready right on time and super hot. I particularly liked that they do not use styrofoam in their packaging, and they followed our instructions to not provide utensils or napkins. Yay! I'll admit, the name didn't give me the intrigue to try this restaurant sooner. I think I may have passed over it in the past because it didn't catch my eye. However, I am so happy that I tried Eurasia Ramen 3. The food ranges from ramen to pho to sushi, and it doesn't suffer as a result. In fact, the ramen that I had was some of the best I've enjoyed in Austin. Likewise, the sushi roll that my fiancée ordered was also excellent by her standards. I think the best part of the experience was the speed of service. You order on a small tablet and pay there, independent of a server. They bring your food out to you when it's ready. All of this took place in a matter of about 15 minutes. This meant that on a casual weekday evening we were able to quickly stop in, and enjoy some fantastic Asian cuisine in about 45 minutes. This makes it a perfect place for a casual weekday dinner that doesn't break the bank. Prices were very competitive and fair, and while portions were small, I'm still very happy with the food overall as I prefer excellent portions that are on the small side to larger portions of questionable quality.
