Very poor service! We had a car collision repair done here and prior to taking in to car there was starter problems after the collision. We were told by a mechanic that the auto collision company needed to check out the starter bc it appeared to them that it was a result of the accident. Euro mechanic James didn't even check or submit the request to State Farm bc the type of car we have is known for starter problems. Without even checking, he decided not to do his job bc of this. And, they never stayed in touch with us about when it was done. Also, they passed off replacing the glass to another company bc it was easier for them. So so frustrating that they didn't their full job due to laziness and assumptions. I'd recommend you go somewhere else to get your work done! read more

Eurocollision retuned my "fixed" car one week late with hail damage while my car was in their possession. Not only did they NOT mention the car was outside during a hail storm and was damaged under their possession, but they told me I needed to pay a whole other deductible to get it fixed with them - due to an "act of God." What a joke. Asked to speak with management, made several calls and no word back. NEVER take your car here - there are untrustworthy and may return your car back to you newly DAMAGED. read more

The car was taken in for minor repairs that were supposed to take up to 2 weeks and ended up being 4 weeks. When picking up the car, there were mechanical error codes, and come to find out about significant issues ($5,000)...they claimed (just like another reviewer) they received the car with those codes (lie). Also, to note, the car had a tracking device in the car that was removed early on and was "lost". We are now seeking legal advice and plan to go after the shop. We believe they may be running some type of parts swap via the black market. read more

I had my SUV fixed from this location after an accident, they did a good job on the repair and were very accommodating on fixing things I found wrong after the repair. I would normally give this business 5 stars however I just called in because I noticed a bracket was missing and the front bumper didn't line up correctly with my headlight. I was told originally that my SUV had a lifetime warranty on the parts that were replaced so I thought things like this would be covered. The receptionist said it was not covered and wouldn't allow me to bring in my SUV to get them fixed. It doesn't seem like they stand behind their lifetime warranty, this is disappointing. read more

Over the years I have used Euro collision many times.A few years ago they did well but it has been progressively getting worse and worse including the service and the workmanship. Today was truly the final straw I went back to let them know that the clear bra they installed on my car is bubbling and has water underneath it in addition the repairs I paid for were not completely fixed. Was greeted by the owner and Erica unpleasantly saying fine let's go look at it... after trying to explain to them the problems I was having with the workmanship I was rudely interrupted in saying they weren't going to discuss it any further and that they were going to try to re-charge my insurance for the same work I had already paid for to be done... in addition I asked him about their paint warranty and they will not disclose any information to me pertaining to their work. This is because I'm calling them out on paint that is chipping and coming off my car that was done less than two years ago. After trying to get an answer out of them I was told that I needed to leave the store or that they would call the cops needless to say WORSE experience with an autobody shop I have ever had in my life!!! read more

My wife's car was damaged by one of the many hail storms we recently have had. We took it to Euro Collision because we had used them before when we were rear ended and they did a good job on that repair. This time was a completely different story. When my wife went to pick up her car after it was done being repaired she was in a rush and didn't get to look it over but Euro Collision said she could bring it home and give it a good look over and have me take a look over it too. While she was driving it she noticed the inside of the car was very dirty. The roof of the car was removed and replaced and during the time it had no roof a lot of dust and fiberglass had landed into the car. It was so bad that when she was driving it all the fiberglass was flying around causing her eyes and face to itch really bad. Also our 3 year old was in the car too and she was complaining of being itchy. My wife ran her fingers over the inside of the roof and you could visibly see where she ran them over because there was so much dust and fiberglass left on the inside. Euro Collision did not take any time to clean the inside of the car what so ever. Along with the car being filthy on the inside the outside still had tape left on it and sticky residue all over. A quick wash would have taken care of that but it seemed like they painted what needed to be painted and anywhere that was masked off they removed the tape and didn't care to clean it off at all. There were also problems with the repair too. The front bumper had a good size chip of paint that wasn't there when we brought the car to Euro Collision. Zack who is the shop manager said they have before pictures of the car to show previous problems and I'm guessing that the pictures didn't show it was previously there because they touched it up (very poorly) when we brought it back. Also, one of the dents from the hail on the passenger fender was still there and had a paint run around it. They polished the paint run out of it when we brought it back but the dent is still there. To their defense it is a small dent but when we brought it to have the dents fixed from the hail I expected all of the dents to be fixed. Another issue with the repair was with the roof rack. Euro Collision had removed the roof rack to replace the roof. When they reinstalled it they lost one of the pieces that snapped into the roof rack and broke another piece that they tried to glue back on. There was also another piece that was still all dented. When my wife picked up the car she was told everything was completed but when I brought it back to go over all of the problems Zack told me "oh ya, we have that piece on order." So they told my wife it was done and then told me that a piece was still on order. We brought it back to have the multiple issues resolved. Like I stated before they fixed the paint run but left the dent in the passenger fender. Did a bad touch up on the fender where they scratched it. Had to place a new seal on the inside of the windshield that they didn't place the first time around. Cleaned the inside somewhat. We ended up vacuuming out the entire car and cleaning it with Armor All because even after they cleaned it there was still a lot of dust and fiberglass. They replaced the dented up piece on the roof rack but still didn't get the two broken trim pieces. My wife returned for a third time to get the two roof rack trim pieces and only one was there. To this day we still are waiting on the final trim piece that snaps into the roof rack. The entire experience with Euro Collision has been a total nightmare. There was not a single time where they showed any empathy or were at all apologetic for all of the problems we have had. A single sorry would have gone a long way. Once we finally get our final trim piece I will be glad to not have to deal with them again. read more

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being rear-ended recently and needed to get my car fixed back up. A friend of mine who I know takes fantastic care of his care recommended this place to me and I was not disappointed. I don't know what the othe reviewer experienced, but everyone that worked there was exceptionally nice to me and went out of there way to help me out. Brenda did my estimate, and then proceeded to help me through the entire process. The rear-end of my car looks fantastic now. And she even fixed a small ding on my door for free and then gave me some touch-up paint for it. They handled my rental car so that I didn't have to go anywhere else, just picked it up and dropped it off right there. They also took care of everything with my insurance company so I hardly had to handle anything. I will definitely be going back there if I need anymore body work done. I brought my car to have damage on the rear bumper and driver tail light section repaired, The wait time for me was 1.5 months (including replacement parts arrival). Brought it in when the parts arrived. When I called to check up on the status a FEW DAYS later (key point), Erica the Physical Damage Appraiser stated that the insurance quote of repair was correct and no other damage was found and that this was going to be a quick turn around, which it was 11 days roughly on their premises. Heres part one of the issue, Erica NEVER told me that I had engine light issues UNTIL she called and said it was ready for pickup with an error code P0118 (Coolant temperature sensor and safe to drive). I went to pick it up Erica was out to lunch when I picked it up I had AWD check system and TRAC OFF warning message w/ the Check Engine Light. When I got home Erica called me and said you have a P0118 error code which is the Coolant temperature sensor and that will cause the AWD & TRAC system messages but you can drive it safely, just get the coolant sensor repaired. Well when I made an appointment with my Toyota Dealership I went to drive it and NOTHING, now a new error message Check the Electrical System, I had to get my car towed to the dealership, the dealership stated that it was a wire harness not the coolant sensor, they stated that a "rodent" chewed the wire(s) and it cost me out of pocket $442. Euro Collision (Bob S.) the production manager I think, not sure his title, sent me documentation AFTER all this which states that they checked my car for error codes on the day of arrival and day of completion showing that I had error codes. MY perrsonal experience was NOT good but my car looks better now. Just a REMIDER for everyone take ALL of your valueables out of your car before dropping it anywhere!!! read more

This place is a big rip off. Would not recommend. Had a front end accident. Their first estimate was $5000. Had my car towed there, Wanted us to sign a power of attorney to them. No fucking way. Then the estimate went up to $10,000. We ony wanted cosmetic repair done & was going to have someone else do the major repair. They said they had to do all of it for some bullshit reason. We asked not to have it painted. They said they had to paint it because primer can rust through & cause damage which they would be liable for. Another bullshit story. Believe me I had all this checked out & these are all lies. I will tell my insurance company about this to make sure they never use them. We ended up having our car towed out of there. 04/18 - *Finally got the Jeep to another shop and despite Bob claiming the lined the frame up to OEM specs, the Jeep dealer saw the misalignment and bad paint as soon as I rolled up. The comments from Bob below are pretty hollow in meaning. He's a fast talking guy who hopes he can just keep talking until you agree with him and he can get you out of his shop. *Last update 12/14. Despite the claim below, the Jeep was NOT aligned to factory specs and caused additional damage to my hard top when I left the facility. After the insurance company convinced me to go back for repairs TO THE repairs and they had it for two weeks, it's still wrong. Paint is off. Door and tub are still not aligned properly and only some of my secondary concerns were addressed. I won't be going back here. ***2nd Update*** Fender is coming off again and the work they did damaged my hard top because the body is badly misaligned. The paint also seems to be washing out in the sun. Going back to my insurance agent. Update - I'm currently looking into apparent shortcuts and some small problems that have arisen since I gave them my vehicle and got it back. Until those problems are resolved, I have to drop my rating. The shop underestimated my repair time, but knew better anyway and was prepared for the extra week it took. I understood the damage better than the estimator. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints about Euro Collision. They're team worked with me the whole way through, contacted me when they needed a special part that is hard for auto shops to find (Wrangler parts can be VERY specific) and I was able to drop ship what they needed to their shop. This damage was severe in that it caused creases in the skin of the Jeep that aren't even shown in the before and after pictures. The door had been pushed back and caused the tub to buckle. I'm impressed the team was able to get the bend/bump out. I'm impressed they were able to apparently perfectly match a BRIGHT yellow. I have nothing but good things to say about Bob. The person that I had the quote done by quit and I was skeptical, but Bob assured me when I dropped it off that I was in good hands and he took care of it throughout. Danette is also a rockstar. My understanding is she took over the repairs on my Jeep and made sure the parts were in and didn't get annoyed with my calls there in the last couple of days. I will come back here and I will refer people here for collision damage. read more

Estimated minor body work at $994.00. When I picked up my truck they charged me $1489.00. They told me it would take two days they had my truck for two weeks. The first time I went to pick up my truck the skid plate was in the back of my truck, they never put it on. When I asked them to put the skid plate they stripped the screw holes and the skid plate fell off. I had to pay an additional $300 to have some one else put skid plate on correctly. My front bumper sensors worked when I first took the truck in for repairs, now they don't work and I have taken the truck to two shops and no body can figure out why the sensors don't work. Over the past 15 years I have taken 10 cars to Euro Collision and never had the issues I experienced this past month. I spoke with the owner but he had nothing but excuses and no results. Had some rear hatch work done due to being slammed by another's hit-and-run truck lift gate. Sam was my primary estimater and contact for the 4 days they did the repairs. Work and finish done at reasonable price with a minor exception they took care of a month later.. and in less than 15 minutes while I waited. Looks perfect. Only single issue I experience out of convience; I had to schedule my repair work almost six weeks in advance I am assuming due to their popularity and previous work load. However, for the cost and final results ( other 2 area body shops wanted more $$$ but could do the work sooner ), I went with EURO Collision. A smarter decision was never before made. read more

I drove in with my Subaru WRX literally duct taped together & am very happy to say it looks amazing after this crew was finished with it. They even got all traces of 1 year of duct tape off the car! They had my new full size Range Rover in for a Month kept promising it next week took them four weeks longer then they promised with no communication. Then they left the rims dirty and a full warm coffee In the the cup Holder. There is damage they said they would hix and didn't in addition to sag in the paint they didn't repair from their own paint job. He claimed he was never told about my issue and he acted to fix it in good faith giving me a rental car during the one day repair. I have never experienced such poor customer service. About 12 years ago I had some work done here after getting rear ended. They were quick, friendly, and did a great job. But, sorry to say, this has not been my experience this time. All I needed was some hail damage repair. Pretty simple, right? Well what I was told was that this would be a 2 week process. It ended up being a cumulative 7 weeks without my car. Every timeline they gave me was wrong. Imagine them saying each week, "we need just 1 more week"only to be dragged out past that each time. Imagine being told your car was already done and just "waiting to be washed" and you could pick it up in a couple hours, only to be told later that day "actually we don't have it done and we'll need to hold on to it for 3 more days". Imagine being told again it was ready and you go to pick it up only to find molding around the window still with dents and a cap missing off of the replaced roof rack. They should have caught these and fixed these before releasing the car back to me. Instead I had to be the one to point out the misses. Then imagine being told you could leave your car with them even longer (after they had it for 6 weeks in total) while they wait on those parts to be ordered and delivered from Toyota. After 6 weeks, I was taking my damn car. Told them to call me when the parts are in to finish the work. They said parts would be there in 2 days. 4 days later I hadn't heard back so I had to call. They said they had the parts, but were sent the wrong ones. (Or we did they order them incorrectly? Or had they forgotten and not ordered at all?) They said parts will be shipped in an additional 3 more days. Still didn't hear anything. I called in another 4 and they said they had the parts, just needed to paint them red to match my vehicle. I had to inform them that the rack on my car is black and never has matched the red vehicle as it is an accent color. Had I not corrected them, they would have painted them the wrong color! Every timeline they promised they not only missed, but missed by weeks. Every single communication with me to update me on the progress or the delays had to be initiated by me. What disappointing customer service. To top it off, I asked to speak with a manager and when a "manager" came out, only after leaving with her business card, did I realize she actually was not a manager at all despite identifying herself as such. She was an appraiser. Again...being lied to. I am a manager and know how to treat a guest and EuroCollision needs some retraining around that. Never did I feel like they empathized with my situation, never did I feel like they took ownership for their mistakes (just made excuses), and never did I feel like they truly tried to remedy the situation to make things right. After this terrible experience I will never choose to go here ever again and will spread the word to all my friends and family to pick a different company to go through for any of their vehicle repairs. read more

They are very nice, very prompt with service, and do a wonderful job! My car looked brand new this last time I got it. It came back vacuumed and washed! The shop started out on the wrong foot by first telling me it was not ok to purchase my own headlight. I get good discounts because I used to own my own body-shop for 16 years. The price the insurance company paid you for the headlight was $1,790.10 plus tax. Next Euro Collision people called and said "No, you can't buy your own headlight because that is insurance fraud". Which it is NOT. When I dropped the car off, I was then told that I could order my own headlight, so I did. I went ahead and ordered the headlight. This is a non-returnable item because it is an electrical item. Next their manager called me about an hour after I dropped the car off to tell me that all the tabs for the headlight were broken but I had JUST looked at the headlight to see how hard it was to change myself and they were fine. I went to your shop and demanded to see the headlight. It hadn't even been removed from the car and was fine except for the small crack in the lens. The explanation was that I must have misunderstood. When I picked the car up the check from Acuity was for $2,862.69 and we signed it over to Euro Collision with the understanding that the credit amount of approximately $1,300.00 would be sent to me after the check cleared. At this time the supplement had already been paid. It has been several weeks since I called Acuity and was told that the check has cleared. I have called several times since to request a status of the credit and each time I was told to expect a call back within the hour. It has now been two weeks since my last call and still no contact. I have called Acuity and asked them what the process is, and they told me to contact you first. I am out the money for the headlight now. So now I have to file a lawsuit and a insurance fraud claim with the insurance company to just get what I am owed. It seems Euro Collision will do anything, including fraud, to get extra money from their clients. read more

They changed the passenger side mirror for my car. The estimate is $457 and they charged me $726. When I go there ask them reason of the difference, they told me that is because during the estimate they don't have updated part price. I asked them why none could let me know there are big difference at the part price, they told me that they only know the difference when they close the file (I guess they purchase something without know the price first???). I talked with the lady estimator and later with their manager. I spent about 30 minutes with them over there for this issue. All I heard from them is different excuses, such as they got the part in a hurry, they were too busy, their system is out data. I just don't understand why it is so hard to them just say "We are sorry, we forgot to check with you for the final price". What kind customer services. read more

Unprofessional and horrible repair job. Dropped off car for hail damage in June & it's November and I still have problems from their repairs. I was waiting to write a review once my car's back to acceptable conditions but it seems this may never be. Was quoted as needing a new hood, roof, trunk, & windshields. All replaced but not installed correctly. I'm a pretty fair person when it comes to 2nd chances but I'm sitting @ Eurocollision right now, writing this review, on my 9th visit bringing back my car for more repairs due to their inability to fix anything correctly. Augustine (Repair Tech?) doesn't have any follow up skills, Victor (Shop Manager) has no skills & rude, Bob (owner) acts like he cares but didn't even know what his shop guys are up to & says he was never aware that he had a customer who brought their car in so many times... only saving grace seems to be Brenda (only person who seemed to be genuine here & can get anything done). Moldings on car never set correctly, received defective back windshield/molding twice, sunroof making weird noises after install on new roof, trunk not calibrated correctly to open... by the way roof molding started ripping off when driving on HIGHWAY & almost got into accident~ of course no apology given by Victor when contacted. All follow up calls on repairs were promised but never done and I personally had to call so often to find out what's going on with my car. Also, beware when picking up car after repair... noone CARES here... nobody will walkthrough & explain what they have fixed. The receptionist just hands you your keys & a warranty packet and you have to look for their incompetence or prepare to come back for multiple visits. My insurance company tells me I have to bring it back here to correct any problems so I have no choice but to bring back my car again & again & again &again..... read more

I wouldn't even give one star. Stay away and take your vehicle somewhere unless you enjoy interacting with trashy and rude employees with no customer service skills and getting ripped off! The employees are allowed or even encouraged to bully and be rude to customers because the owner is the same way. He's only in it to make as much money as possible. If your insurance company is dealing w/ Eurocollision, it's probably getting ripped off at your expense. If you're paying out of pocket, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else with reputable. There are plenty of other body shops out there that do same or better job fixing cars but with good and honest customer service! read more

I have repaired my car twice here. Both times it was done in less than a week. Not only they fit me in their busy schedule earlier than any auto shop in the neighborhood, the repair was done fast although some parts needed to be ordered. I was constantly notified about what's going on and when the car would be ready. Service and the end result were amazing. I would recommend this body shop to anyone. They scored bonus points for also cleaning the inside of my car when they washed the outside and finally, they flattened out my license plate that had been all bent up. I'm no expert, but after nearly two weeks I'd better have a fresco of "The Creation of Adam" on my front bumper. Today was yet another projected completion date with no phone call from Euro Collision. I called and left a voice mail with the woman handling my repair- no returned call. Finally, I called the front desk, and when I asked her to convey the importance of getting my car back, she said "You'll have to take it up with so-and-so, I'm just the receptionist." I am happy with the results and will continue to go to them as they have yet to disappoint. I was referred to this collision center from American Family Insurance to repair my 4Runner. They scheduled an appointment with me at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. I arrived 5 minutes early to find no one in the reception area. After calling back to the garage and receiving no response, I heard voices upstairs. I said "hello" up the stairs and someone eventually came down to speak to me. I filled out all my paperwork and waited. The young lady came back downstairs to tell me that they were having a meeting to learn how to "go paperless" (really, it's 2014, you didn't do that years ago?) and "Bob" would not be able to see me today. Her exact words were "sorry, but Bob said this is more important" and would need to reschedule, could I come back on Monday? No heads up to reschedule, no remorse about the situation. She looked surprised that I had an issue with having to reschedule. My suggestion is to find a different place to fix your car. If they can't figure out how to call and reschedule an appointment, can't take 15 minutes from a meeting to "go paperless" and can't even come downstairs to speak with you in person to tell you that they are double booked and, at a bare minimum, apologize for the oversight; then how can I have confidence you will fix my truck on time and with competence. This place was a joke and I will not be going back. read more
