I went to Euro Collision on a recommendation from a coworker, intending to pay for the repairs myself. Unfortunately, the damage ended up being more extensive than I realized, and Euro Collision helped me work with my insurance company to make sure the repairs were done comprehensively and correctly. Everyone I worked with at Euro Collision was professional, helpful, and patient. They worked to reduce the cost of the repair by suggesting refurbished parts when appropriate. A five-star review was earned on the great work they did. The prompt review was earned because they went above and beyond. I hit some traffic on the way to pick up my car when it was ready - I called, and they had someone stay 15 minutes late to make sure I could get my car! I recently got into a car accident, I called over 20 body shops - all of which were booked out at least 2 months due to hail damage. Euro Collision was the ONLY shop that prioritizes tow-ins (my car was not drive-able). The front desk receptionist was very helpful and patient as I called often to ask many questions. They worked with Geico to get all the parts (even rejected used items they did not feel met their standards). Don was a great appraiser and took great care of my vehicle. He was also great at communicating the status of my vehicle. My car was fixed within a couple weeks (before any other shop would have even had time to look at my car) and it looks brand new. Will definitely be coming back in the future and recommend them to anyone in need of a good body shop with quick turnaround! read more

I took my daughter's new, used car into Euro Collision because one of the plastic headlamp covers was clouded over. They buffed it out and it looks brand new. Bennett informed me that there would be no charge. Talk about customer service, Bennett and Euro Collision are the Best!! This is the second vehicle I have taken to them and they have done an amazing job. Right from the very beginning they are very professional, to the point and will not waste your time. Bad service from service manager and substandard work. Do NOT take your car to Eurocollision. Brought my Audi in to get a fender bender fixed.. They didn't fix part of the bumper because "I didn't tell them to"... Several panels were replaced crooked and misaligned. I'm typing this from their lobby while being ignored, I think they are hoping we will leave. I expected so much more, very disappointed. They claim people tell them to only fix things partially a lot of the time so unless you are a car expert you won't know what to tell them to fix. read more

Had an estimate done for hail damage and their markers burnt into the paint on my car. Didn't notice until 1 week later when I got other estimates, and they pointed out the damage. I scheduled to have a meeting with bob, and he was not there. Victor delt with the matter in a very unprofessional way. he took my car to wash it, after having it for an hour I said I wanted my car back. He brought it out and began screaming at me because I didn't have the time to stay and get it buffed since it will take 2-4 hours. I wouldn't reccomend this place for any repairs. bad service and cause more damage to your car than what was originally done!!! read more

They improperly installed my seat belts upside down, headliners coming apart in multiple spots, car rattles cause of missing screws, went in multiple times to get things repaired over and over again to find out they made things worse. Despite coming highly recommended, it was the single worst auto repair experience I have ever had. Kathy is difficult to reach, and rarely makes calls as promised. Never responded to voicemails and denied even receiving them. Do not expect to speak to anyone during lunch hours. Extremely rude when speaking to customers. Failed continuously to update Enterprise rental cars and our insurance provider with a timeline for the repair (which constantly shifted to the right, from a 4 week to 7 week repair) resulting in us being incorrectly charged hundreds of dollars. They also put the car back together with broken parts, causing them to have to reassemble the vehicle yet again. Will not return for future repairs, would not recommend to my worst enemy. read more

We took our car to Euro Collision for an insurance claim in addition to repairing our passenger side mirror. When we came to pick up the car, the driver's side mirror was broken and the passenger side mirror hadn't been fixed. Although the insurance company had paid them and I had paid them for the passenger side mirror. They agreed to fix both on another date. After both repairs were made, I picked up the car and the front office lady said no charge. Six weeks later, we were getting called to pay for the mirror that Euro Collision had damaged. The Euro Collision staff was rude and unhelpful in dealing with the damage that they had done. It moved to a collection agency. We highly recommend another body shop. My friend works for an insurance company and said this happened all the time at Euro Collision and wished I would have talked to her first. read more

Euro Collision repaired some extensive front-end damage (almost $9,000) to my Infiniti in 2016. At first, I was pleased with the results. But after a while I began to notice annoying defects with the work: the center of the hood is slightly higher than the front panel of the car making it look as if the hood isn't quite closed; the right-side headlamp is out of position relative to the left side; and the joints between the fenders and the front panel have slightly different gaps on each side. Worst of all, after moving to Phoenix in the summer this year, the A/C stopped working. I took the car to my local Infiniti dealer who said the A/C condenser-radiator assembly that Euro had replaced was in fact a low-quality after-market unit that they were unable to repair. The replacement cost was over $1,600. read more

I cannot tell you what a horrible experience I have had with this company. I brought my truck in after a small fender bender, it took them five weeks to complete the work. during the five weeks I was lied to several times of the status of my truck. The contact I had was rude and blamed the insurance company for everything. I was also told it was hard for them to get parts for a Ford F-150. I had a disappointing experience with Euro Collision. I took my Toyota 4Runner for repair. They did a good job with the repair except they did not match the color and there was orange peel in the new paint. ( the paint was not smooth). When I pointed it out to them the made all kinds of excuses. After arguing with them they said they would fix it. Unfortunately when I got the car back the orange peel was still there, the color was still slightly off and the finish work was sloppy. read more

This company is horrible. Never use them. they basically screwed me over in every way they could. My wife's car and my car were both broken into one night. They damaged/destroyed both our dashboards pretty good and damaged my door. We had to take both carsback to Eurocollision because they didn't fix the problem. And after that we had to take them somewhere else and pay out of pocket because THEY STILL DIDN'T FIX THE DASHBOARDS PROPERLY. They are a horrible company and it's a wonder people go to them at all. We've had two bad experiences with this shop in the past couple of years. I regret giving them a 2nd try after our first visit; we will not make the same mistake again. From the ill-prepared front desk staff, to an extremely rude & unprofessional service advisor and an owner whose concern for his bottom line far outweighs any concern for customer satisfaction...this is an incompetent organization. Euro Collision demonstrates questionable business practices and a level of unprofessionalism that should be a concern for anyone considering this shop for repairs. In our first experience in November 2015 another Euro Collision client backed into our vehicle on their lot on the day they had finished our repairs, causing more damage than we originally brought it in for. Unfortunate things happen I understand but Euro informed me that they weren't going to be responsible for the cost to repair the damage their other client caused & told me that I'd need to contact the client to make arrangements for them to pay for the damages. The Euro staff also shared my personal contact information with the other client without my authorization - completely unprofessional. I escalated the issue to the owner and they reluctantly agreed to contact their other client to make arrangements with them to pay for the damages. Our 2nd visit was in June of 2016. Euro took a week longer than promised to "finish" our repairs. They then attempted to deliver our car to us with an issue they'd left unrepaired. When we arrived to pick the vehicle up we found that the convertible top no longer worked. The service advisor said "We didn't touch the top; it must have been broken before you brought it in". That was not the case, the top was working perfectly just before the collision that damaged our car & required a visit to the shop in the first place. Euro couldn't figure out how to fix the problem so they took the car to Ralph Schomp for a consultation. Schomp identified the issue, implemented a fix and returned the car to Euro Collision with a charge for their consultation. Euro turned around and billed us directly for that consultation, the consult they needed because their staff didn't have the skill or expertise to fix the problem. I spoke w/the owner Bob, he explained that in his opinion it is a fair business practice to pass this kind of cost on to his customers. He told me that if they had to cover the cost every time he had to get a dealership involved to help fix a problem, they'd go out of business. Maybe Euro Collision should work on not needing as many outside consultations to complete the work they've been hired to do? Or, if they require outside help, absorb that cost because they don't have the skill in-house to address a customer issue. A reputable company wouldn't pass cost for their shortcomings on to a customer. Euro refused to work w/us on this issue and would not release our car to it until the fee for the consultation was paid. In the end Ralph Schomp listened to our concerns and made a customer-focused decision to waive their consultation fee to Euro Collision just to get us (the customer) out of the middle. If you are looking for a quality experience from a professional organization that makes customer service a priority, take your business elsewhere. Run from Euro Collision! read more

I want to start by saying that our car turned out back to brand new condition. We were both impressed by the final result, but there were some issues that we had with the lack of communication and the timeline that we were given. We were told that every Tuesday and Thursday we would receive an update on the status of our car, but we always had to call first. And when we did receive updates we were told one thing was going to happen but it wasn't always the case. We were told our car was going to be completed on a Wednesday but excuses started coming and we didn't end up being able to get the car until that Saturday morning. I would give them 0 stars if yelp would let me. I had the same problems as M.H. read the review posted on 11/17/14. I had hail damage almost all same problems molding not right, sun roof did not work, spotty pain job, car has been back 3 times and still not right. The service there is terrible same problems with Victor not sure what value he adds except to make customers leaving unhappy. I have one more comment to add the last time my car was there it was returned and still not correct and one of my seats now has mice damage the mouse ate through my leather seat. When I brought it back they said there is no way to prove it happened at their shop and they would not cover the damage. This is a true statement on where it might have happened but really my car is less than 3 years old and in perfect condition until I brought it there. They back to an open green belt my guess is there might be a few mice in the field or maybe a lot of mice. With so many places to take your car I would not recommend taking it to a place that does not care about their customers, their service or quality of work and don't forgot about the possibility of adding an unwanted mouse to your car causing even more damage. I could go on and on about other things that are not correct on my car after leaving it with them but I'm sure everyone gets the point. Why roll the dice on your car when there are so many other great shops out there. read more

Slow, dishonest, and poor customer service. Brenda! Avoid her. She will sell you on the business upfront and get you to buy-in. After that.... my car was three weeks over due. Then the body shop altered manufactor specifications. I asked Brenda to switch the specifications back to the way it should be, and Brenda just wanted to argue. Also, I know insurance pays for most repairs at this location; realistically Euro Collision is way over-priced. There are plenty of body shops, find another one! read more

I would NOT take your car here!! I got into an accident and decided to take my car here, they were not only the most expensive they had my car for over a month. And when I did finally get it back they refused to fix something that happened in the accident claiming "they didn't have time for that" and just decided that they didn't want to deal with it and sent me else where to get it fixed and pay out of my own pocket. First of all, this auto body shop used to be a great shop and used to do great work. As a personal customer as well as someone who works for Insurance companies and sends a lot of people there for their auto accident repairs, I do not think I will ever personally use this shop again. they were late on repairing my vehicle 1 week after its "due date". When I went to pick up the vehicle the battery in my car was dead as well as some of the scratches it was in the shop for were still there and I had to point it out to them so they can get them out. Like I said they used to be a good shop but have definitely gone down in service as well as their work. Very disappointed in how they handled my repairs and will no longer provide them with my business. read more

Worst experience ever! Had car while on vacation for over three weeks to fix minor damage but when returned to pick up car no work had been done. When contacted earlier that morning they had told us the car was done and all that needs to be done was some minor tent work. I drove over to this business to have a small dent looked at. We are selling our car and wanted to get an idea of the cost to have the dent repaired first or just leave it. I walked in their lobby and was the only person there. After waiting a long time for the receptionist get off a call, I was greeted with a curt "hello". I wasn't too surprised by the attitude because she had the same impatient and condescending tone with the customer she was speaking with on the phone. I explained my request and was told if I wanted an estimate I needed to set an appointment for another day. I asked if there was someone who could spend just 3 minutes with me to simply offer a ballpark range - is it a $200 or a $1,000 repair... I again got a look like I was being annoying and was told simply "no". I don't expect businesses to grovel, but a simple show of empathy or an attempt to not have my time wasted by driving over would have been nice. Yup, I should have called... I thought by bringing the car over would have actually expedited the process... Rude staff, no interest to even have a quick conversation. I guess the recent hail storm means body shops don't need to care about the customer anymore... I certainly won't go back to this place if I ever happen to need a body shop... just sharing for others researching their options. read more
