I started going to Euro Nails in Stillwater and had lucky who is the owner. The shapes were always different. There was always a crooked nail. She was always running late. I always had to wait. My time is important I make an appointment at two and be care of by 215 to 20. Started going in for pedicure for $20 Sundays. Beware I did Nails myself for many many years. Never had a fungus. I now lost my pinky toe and have fungus on my big toe underneath the nail. It's all separated and and hurts stay away. They don't clean their equipment. You will fungus. That's why the fact that they're I'm very disappointed as I put trust in them. I would go somewhere else unless you get a fungus on your nails and that is hard to get rid of. I have to go to a doctor now to go get that medication and take the time out of work and pay money to go see a doctor negligence and I did not see one sanitizing cup or station for them to sanitize their equipment. Price is good. Poor selection of product. Not enough OPI polish colors in good condition. They are slow and I didn't even have time to finish up my nail polish and had to run before they could apply the gel polish as I attempted to fit in all my needs in one afternoon and scheduled a hair cut and color at a neighboring business. It is a pretty quiet place not much going on for conversation or music. No complimentary wine or water. read more

I keep coming back to this place because the price is right. It's only $15 for gel polish which is a bargain. It's $25 if you want a manicure but the only difference I could see between the manicure and polish change was they cut your nails and cuticles for the extra $10. No thanks... And I am also capable of cutting my own nails. Overall the ladies at this place do a really good job. They are very careful taking the polish off not to damage my nail. The polish change is also always very good and not sloppy. I go to places that charge $50 on the east coast and these women do an equally as excellent job as the expensive salons which is why I keep coming back. They are also very nice. I had my eyebrows waxed one time and the women did an excellent job. The wax was a little hot but hey that happens sometimes. The eyebrow wax was only $8 which again, I think is a bargain. I gave this place 3 stars because it smells like acetone horribly. I feel so bad for the women working there . This salon needs a better ventilation system because breathing in acetone everyday can't be good for those poor women. I also knocked down a star because the cleanliness overall on the pedicure stations seems questionable. I worry about getting toenail fungus from pedicures so I always go to places with removable liners on the pedicure beds. This place does not have that and I have never seen them clean the pedicure stations. I'm not saying they don't I'm just saying I haven't ever seen it and I've been to this place 5-10 times. I came here last week for a pedicure. They sat me down immediately and were very friendly to me. The only highlights of my visit was the friendly welcome and the quick seating. I mentioned to the lady doing my nails that I like to keep them naturally long, as I'm prone to infections on short nails. She disregarded that comment and cut them very short before I could say anything. She painted my first and second layer of polish and told me she'd be back in a few minutes to help another customer while my polish dries. I waited about 50 minutes for a top coat, that I never received. I was promised a 45 minute - 1 hour pedicure, that took nearly 2 hours. I will not return here. read more

My daughter and I went for pedicures. They took their time, really massaged and exfoliated and they now line their basins with plastic and change the plastic with each new client. It was one of the best pedicures we've ever had! And the price cannot be beat!!! read more

But lately I've been getting techs who obviously are not well trained and are probably there to just help out. Cheap is the only thing going for it. Every time I go there I ask myself why and say I will never go there again. I go for their Sunday pedicure special. It is a glorified color change. It is loud, the staff talk and basically yell to each other the entire time. Eating food out in the open. Not relaxing in the least bit and I know I get what I pay for. First time ever having a pedi so it's hard to know what to expect. The price was more reasonable than other places in town so that's what drew me in for their Sunday special. The pedicure was nice, however i wish they would have spent a little more time on it and gave a better over all foot massage/exfoliation and didn't seem to rush through it. I can't say I wouldn't ever go back, as I've had my nails done there before. But as far as a pedicure, I'll prob pay the extra 4 go up the street. read more

I have been a customer for about 4 years and think they are the best in the Stillwater/St, Croix River Valley area. While it's true they do a boom business on Sundays with their $16 pedicures, and have several non-regular staff working then to provide extra services, any other time it's always been the best quality. value and customer-oriented service that I know and I have tried several! I would suggest to schedule an appointment, but they certainly are very receptive to drop-ins. My husband and I schedule pedicures together ; it's a relaxing and fun time to spend more time with each other! All the staff are very kind, and helpful, as well as having very pleasant personalities. read more

Had a really bad experience today! Was getting a gel manicure and the polish was not turning out the way it should. The woman(talking in her language of course) asked another technician to try the polish and it looked better. I said ok let's continue bc it looks better and they said no looks ugly and against my wishes, bc at this point was already an hour, took off the whole gel manicure to restart entirely!! I usually love this place but today I went in to get my French manicure touched up TWO days after I had gotten it because it had chipped off of both my hands. I called before I went it to make sure that was okay and they said they'd fix it. I got there and they sat me down and removed the polish and then said "$20 for gel?" To which I responded "no this was supposed to be free. I talked to you on the phone" I argued with another lady in front of a full nail salon (embarrassing) and she said "regular manicure come off in two days. Not my problem" they then showed me the door. Completely rude and unprofessional. If you don't want a low quality manicure and/or terrible customer service, avoid this place. read more

I went here with my mom for a Sunday afternoon petticure, and had high hopes since the place had been recommended to us. The actual nail polish was good, but the exfoliation portion was weak at best. My biggest problem was that they didn't clean the foot basins in between clients. No soap, no bleach, NOTHING. They just changed the water. Disgusting!! I have gone to this salon for several years and have at times felt uncomfortable with all the whispered chatter in Vietnamese. I ignored it for years as private talk amongst the technicians. I really don't care. I commented on it once and a couple of the girls said "we like to work here because Lucky lets us speak Vietnamese unlike the other places we work". I had No problem with that at all until one day a young woman with a handicap condition, maybe Cerebral Palsey or Muscular Distrophy came in with her CareGiver. The minute she walked through the door they were all giggling and laughing and it was very obvious no one wanted to do her nails. She had obviously been there before. Due to her handicap it was not an easy job and took a long time. Afterward she had to come back in twice before she even got to the car just to repaint a nail due to her uncontrolled movements. This poor young woman felt so bad and kept apologizing over and over to the staff. I felt sooo bad for her. They giggled and laughed when she FIRST came in, WHILE she was there and EACH time she came back in for a nail polish repair. I have been a nurse for 37 years and even though I don't speak Vietnamese, I can recognize disrespect and ridicule when I see it, no matter the language. I was so disappointed and sad for this young woman! I will never go back there or recommend this place again. I exclude Kim, one of the nail techs, as she seems to have a kind heart but the rest, including the Owner "Lucky" are definitely insensitive and Low Class! read more

I love Euro Nails. I go there all the time. They are reasonable, and gentle, and quick! It's an over all great experience, and I have been going there for 2 years now! The ladies are friendly and one of the nail artists even sings in her language. The only thing I wish they did was more nail styles, as those are popular now like "dome shaped" nails, different kinds of art/airbrushed styles, and decorations, to compete with other nail shops. If you want just traditional nail spa nails, that are reasonable, look great, and that last...go to Euro Nails! read more
