Gene and Tyson did amazing job designing it using Arrital cabinets and Miele appliances , and general contractor Peter that Gene has referred us to was exceptional in making it a reality! We had reservations about modern Italian kitchen cabinets fitting into our contemporary home design, but Tyson came up with some very innovative ideas essentially doubling the size of our kitchen and cabinet finishes that worked great with the dark wood ceiling beams. Gene and Tyson were fantastic helping us design and execute our new kitchen in conjunction with our architect who provided exact measurements of the space. Tyson was meticulous in planning the cabinetry and also offered terrific advice on the aesthetics of the kitchen. We get so, so many compliments on our kitchen and, in fact, have had friends copy it for their own. Our island is 12' long and the main kitchen wall spans 20' plus an "el" plus another set of cabinets. In addition, we used their cabinetry for our den in another style and color. It took about 2.5 months from order to delivery which was told to us at the outset. Given that these cabinets are made in Italy, this lead time allows for a 4-6 week production time which is not at all unreasonable. The cabinets are stunning and look so much more expensive than they were. I am ever so glad that I bought our cabinets from Euroluxe. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

I can't say enough good things about Euroluxe Interiors. I was on a very tight schedule and I needed a new countertop fabricated and installed within 2 weeks. I went to multiple other places I. Chicago and no one could get me the exact quartz coy tip I wanted installed in under 3 weeks. I went into Eurolux on a Thursday morning and met with Gene Sokol. He immediately found the quartz countertop that I wanted and was on the phone with the supplier/fabricator to see what could be done for me. To make a long story short, they had a guy out to my apartment to measure the next day in the countertop was installed exactly 1 week later. On top of that, they saved me $550 because they were able to do the entire job with 1 slab of quartz when all the other places were charging me for 2 slabs. Thanks Gene ave Eurolux. Gene and his team are professional and a delight to work with in designing your dream kitchen. He gives honest opinions and truly takes the time to get to know each customer and their desired kitchen goals. While the cabinets are a more modern design, they give you high function with clean lines and I was able to have them blend well into my 1893 house. I love the option to have grooves to open cabinets instead of handles. We chose to add handles on lower cabinets and handle-free on uppers. Gene is just awesome and delivers on time and as promised. I can not in any good conscience recommend this company. The sad part is I actually like the look of the product....in the magazines and promotional sales literature. And function wise, the products bells and whistles are on par for the price point. Unfortunately, there are three reason I write this review. 1) the absolute ridiculous time it takes for this product to go from paper to reality is absurd. 2) the Eurolux owner and rep (Gene and Tyson) take absolutely no ownership once the product is ordered and 3) the idiosyncrasies associated with the installation continue to haunt me. It's been two years of owning a $100K+ Arrital kitchen and we are now just finishing installation ... I THINK. If you choose to move forward with your purchase even after reading this review then prepare yourself for ridiculous lead times and no matter what anyone tells you do not hire a contractor unless they have specific experience installing these cabinets prior. The price of these cabinets should include installers who know the specific European cabinet idiosyncrasies necessary for efficient work. I would also recommend to only move forward with a design that is compliment with the natural installation of the product especially if it's laminate. Our team, designed "additional trim" that looked great on paper, however, the installation was and continues to be a nightmare. The trim is a design feature that requires the product to give in ways that laminate is not intended to give. It also requires precisison that is just not humanly possible. It should not be done. In order to realistically attach trim, your contractor needs to drill nails (which DO NOT blend in after the fact) into the surface of laminate. And laminate has a tendency to crack when said drill is applied. This element ALONE has caused countless redos. And I continue to question why we were sold a product with this stupid design feature without being explained the installation risks? If the above ain't enough to deter you. Here's the long version... We placed an order for our kitchen in December 2013. Delivery was promised for February 2014. The original shipment arrived on location in April 2014. Half of the order arrived incorrectly. Depth measurements were wrong for an entire wall housing our double ovens and a refrigerator. We were told this was an oversight by the Arrital company production line. Incorrect cabinet lengths and depths arrived for our island. We were told this was a labeling error by Eurolux. Our bar area did not account for the owned wine fridge we originally planned on keeping. We were told this was another error by Eurolux. Never was a face to face apology issued. Though both Gene and Tyson were on site several times to try and remedy the situation. The only comment they continue to make is "this was a custom kitchen". And the only comment I have in reply "duh? Aren't they all?" Never was a refund offered. When asked, I was told their contract states that they will do everything in their power to fix in a timely manner. Just to be clear "timely manner" is in their terms. Any new pieces that need to be reordered regardless of who's error are subject to the same three plus month delivery lead time. The products to replace the last round of errors made by our second hired contractor were placed Dec 2014. We were told they would arrive March 2015. We are just now scheduling that repair. It is now November 2015. There are so many wonderful places to find cabinets. Save yourself the headache and do just that. Walk Away. Walk Away Right Now. read more

I built a new home in Chicago and used Euroluxe for all my bathroom and media cabinetry. I went to them at kind of the last second but they were still able to deliver on my time frame. Gene (the owner) and Tyson do a wonderful job and the product they deliver is a great value. + I looked at a number of cabinet companies before choosing Euroluxe and ultimately went with them due to the high quality of their product (I went with a laminate but it does not look like a typical laminate), the knowledge/helpfulness/responsiveness of Gene and Tyson, the value of the product, and the ability for me to customize based on my budget. + Tyson is a great designer and very knowledgeable about cabinet design. He created customized 3-D layouts of all the cabinets that would be in my home. This allowed me to see exactly what the cabinets would look like (in color) and make any changes before placing the order. As mentioned, they designed my bathroom cabinets but also some media cabinets. The media cabinets in particular were a little tricky given we created a customized area for the sub-woofer. Tyson was able to use some general sub-woofer specs to create the sub-woofer cabinets which looked really good once the project was complete. This was not something I would have been able to do with an "off the shelf" solution. + Again, the quality of the cabinets is superb. From the soft close mechanisms to the drawer slides, everything is high quality. You can really see/feel the difference in these cabinets compared to others. In my mind these are high end cabinets without the high end price tag. + As mentioned, Gene and Tyson were fabulous to work with. They were always very responsive and went to great lengths to get my orders in before shipments would leave from Italy. Even after the cabinets were delivered and installed they were always available to answer any questions or address any follow-ups. - The only negative is the lead time required for the cabinets which is really out of Euroluxe's control. Since the cabinets come from Italy, they need to be ordered and shipped on a container, this usually takes at least 6-8 weeks depending on when you order them. This is really no different than ordering custom furniture which can also take just as long. My cabinets were well worth the wait. Overall, great experience with Euroluxe and I would definitely use them again! read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Tyson who did an incredibly precise initial measure. We were moving to a high rise with many pre-existing restrictions and he was able to create a clean, functional European look to our open concept condo space. We were familiar with their products as my husband's family home is in Europe. It needs to be said that one should familiarize themselves with this concept before ordering to make sure that this is the function and look you are going to be happy with. We also ordered 2 bathroom vanities, mirrors and 2 wall cabinets. All fit perfectly, it does require a good deal of pre-order-installation-detail conversations with your contractor (Euroluxe can provide an installer). We also had the luxury of time, we gutted our condo and needed the 12 weeks lead time to complete construction. This is also an issue for anyone looking for 8 week turn around for cabinetry, you need to understand that these products are made in Italy and shipped from Italy requiring significant lead time. Tyson and Gene were easy to work with, available and remain in contact with us as we have bought several beautiful furniture pieces from their showroom as well. Downsizing required a re-think on all furniture, they have multi-function conversion pieces that change from coffee table to desk to dining table with a flip and twist. The storage/sofa/wall bed is a functional and practical solution for our guest room. We did a good deal of shopping around before heading back to Euroluxe for the furniture pieces, their price point is very competitive. Again, do your homework, if you have the time required to order from a European manufacturer, I can highly recommend Euroluxe Interiors. We ordered a sofa from a French based company (not Euroluxe) in July and are still waiting for delivery. It is the nature of working with specialized manufacturers. Tyson is professional, precise and knowledgeable. He was able to create a custom kitchen we are proud of. We are very satisfied with our decision to work with Euroluxe. read more

We completely remodeled our kitchen about six months ago. We purchased our cabinets from Euroluxe and are very happy with our finished kitchen. We wanted a contemporary kitchen and we liked the Poggenpohl cabinets with bi-fold uppers, lower drawers, and no handles on anything. Euroluxe had some laminate cabinets from Arrital that were--to my eye at least--indistinguishable from the Poggenpohl cabinets (also European laminate) at a third of the price. Gene and Tyson were helpful throughout the design process. They spent a great deal of time making sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it before finalizing the order. The cabinets were made in Italy, and the turn-around time was surprisingly fast. When the cabinets arrived they fit the kitchen space and our appliances perfectly. The contractor that they recommended installed everything quickly, correctly, and at an affordable rate. There was a problem with the installation of one panel and another panel had a very small defect on one of the corners. Gene ordered two new panels for us and had them installed at no charge. We can hardly believe how well our kitchen turned out. Exceptional quality at a price we could afford. We highly recommend Euroluxe. read more

A great experience from start to finish! It was a pleasure working with Gene (the owner) and Tyson (the designer). They really helped us in all the decisions we had to make and cared for the whole process up to giving tips for our contractor to assure proper installation. Their product quality is excellent. This is the place to go if you want beautiful modern / contemporary European cabinetry for a good price. Gene and Tyson were always quick in getting back to me. I mostly worked with Tyson on the design, he made 3D CAD drawings and renderings and made sure all our appliances with perfectly into the kitchen cabinet design. We ended up going for white PVC finished cabinets, and I'm very happy with that choice. I loved many of their other options as well though. I just finished building my single family and I wanted a kitchen that had a WOW factor to it. These guys totally get it. And they were also willing to work with a budget. The service is solid.
