We had our kitchen countertops with full backsplash done by Masters. Tijana was amazing with explaining the pricing, and she invited us to the showroom. Master's having their showroom slabs onsite in big format lets you preview whether you'd like a certain color and/or pattern. This really helped our decision making. The quality and value of the quartz tile is great. I went to three other places, and Masters clearly stood above the rest. From Tijana, to the folks who came to laser measure for our countertops, to the installers, all were professional and great to work with. I've recommended Masters to family, friends, and even other folks I've met around town who have mentioned they are sourcing countertops. They are that good. Way to go Masters! We purchased counters from this company. Once we put our money in no one from customer service contacted us. We just had scheduling and the install. Unfortunately there are random gaps (bigger than usual), some flush, some gapped, very uneven, and a jagged piece. I assume they banked on my covering it up with a backsplash. Unfortunately some of the gaps are still showing after, and the jagged part is on a wall I wasn't backsplashing. Why should I have to pay extra time and money to cover up their mistake? The plan was a nice caulk there as there is a bar above. The only time I heard from them is when I started posting poor reviews. Then the manager called to attempt to explain to me how it works with "lasers and robots". We didn't pay money (same price as everywhere else) for shoddy work. They didn't want to own up to the mistake or make it right. Even though during the sale process they said they said if it chips they can always add more. So why can't they fix the jagged edge? Who knows! The picture speaks for itself. Save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else. You won't save money and you'll just get a giant headache having to deal with them! read more

I recently got new countertops for a bar in my newly finished basement. After a lot of research, Masters Countertops had the best price for the style I was interested in using a bar. After speaking with Amanda, she was very well versed in explaining our options and showing us the one we liked and comparable options to make sure we were making the right decision. Installation was quick and professional - the installers explained my options (like where to put the bar overhang, etc.) to make sure it was placed exactly to my liking. I am having a hard time trying to even explain how unprofessional and unconcerned that Amanda at Master Countertops is. Our countertops were fabricated incorrectly and there is no way to fix the problem with the solution that was offered. The posts and sink Would still be 1/2" off center. We even tried later in the evening to figure out a way if we could cut a piece off of our cabinets to make it work. But we would have to move Plumbing, electric and re do our wood floors to even try to work with the change that was proposed to us. We were offered $1000 off our price if we accepted the incorrect countertops the way they were and live with it. We do not want that since it would look bad in our kitchen. Then we were told that they would get another slab that was close to what we had even though we painfully took our time to pick out the book matches or bookends stone so that it matched completely. We do not want something close, we want it to look right. We were then told that there was a granite supplier that had two slabs available for us to look at. We went and looked at the slabs but there was too much brown in the slabs. There were no other places that were given to us from Amanda or Ludim to go look at. So we had to search and we found the 2 slabs at granite supplier and put them on hold and called Amanda. We then went down to Master Countertops and asked them when would we be able to get the new ones put in. We now currently have NO sinks or countertops in our kitchen at all now. Amanda was very unprofessional and seemed very unconcerned about the problem. She kept saying that Ludim had looked at the slabs at the granite supplier and thought they were very similar. So we should just keep the island countertop, which we have not even seen fabricated yet and they will cut a piece for the perimeter. And yes they were similar yet very different from our original pattern. And since we were told about 2 new slabs at one of the granite suppliers but they were not the what we wanted we went to another granite supplier and found the same named slabs. We thought that Master countertops was going to do the right thing and refabricate from new slabs that would match. However, they just wanted to slice up the countertop they made the mistake on regardless of awful it would look. That is their way of resolving the mistake they made. Then Amanda called us and basically told us she does not want our business. That we can go somewhere else. She said that master countertops could never make us happy. I told her all we want is our countertops made Correctly and installed. We realize people make mistakes. Whether it was made by the person who measured or by the person who cut it. Mistakes happen and that is just life. But she kept saying that Master countertops would not be able to make us happy. I still do not understand that statement. So I asked her is it because Master countertops cannot make them correctly? I am confused. We did not ask for any money off just remake our countertops correctly. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY COMPANY! RUN AWAY! They are unprofessional and do not take care of their mistakes! read more
